The fried chickens at the deli are super delicious 😋. Staffs are super friendly. Store is spacious and clean. Also, I lost my cell phone during shopping there, and Kevin helped find my phone. Truly appreciate!

Honestly, super impressed with this Safeway overall. The modern refresh and overhaul of the store befits the Kirkland area nicely. My only gripe with the store layout is the fact that the Squishmallows are located on the top of the dusty refrigerated section. I would be much more inclined to purchase one if it were on a floor display somewhere that didnt make them dusty and dirty.

I always have a great buying experience at this Safeway and it is well stocked with good quality items. A special thank you to the staff who held my wallet at lost in found when I left it by accident on checkout. Ben from customer service was great and friendly in helping me retrieve that. I will certainly continue to shop here in the future!

Well stocked with helpful employees. Occasionally out of sale items - depends on when you shop. Late morning usually the best. Decent selection of organic produce, but not a showcase presentation. I find their digital coupons annoying, but lower prices make it worth dealing with. Car charging stations a plus.

Disrespectful LAZY manager is completely incompetent to work at a grocery store. Zero stars. Zero professionalism. Zero management. Zero customer service. Horrible experience with this manager in handling a very simple and EASY request that has been no problem for anyone else on dozens of occasions in the past. Ridiculous.

Prices are always inaccurate, always double check when checking out. You hardly find anyone walking the floor that can assist. What I do like about this store is staff are friendly and provide the best customer service they can

I went into this store the other night and there were groups of teenagers raoming around the store without masks on. We are in the middle of a terrible pandemic where 1 in 500 people have died in the US. I talked with the cashier and the manager and was told they cant tell them to leave. These teenager could be spreading Covid to the workers who could be spreading Covid throughout our neighbors. Its just one more thing to keep me away from this store. Ive been complaining about the dairy being expired or close to it for years. Seriously mismanaged.

Had a great experience checking out here with a cashier named Rico. Not only is he very pleasant to talk to, and displays the kind of chipper attitude you wish for in every customer-facing team member, but he convinced me, visiting from out of town, to sign up for a Safeway membership and saved me $33 dollars on groceries! This guy deserves a raise!

When Zavala makes you go shopping for the Towers Thanksgiving Day Potluck on laundry day and all you know how to make is instant Ramen. There are way too many options of food to cook at this store. I give it 5 stars but only because my ghost helped me figure out the hive ritual needed to exit the place.

I like to shop at Safeway when you have good sales. I belong to U sales, you always run out . You store at Kingate is not very clean.

The young man who got the cake out for me out of display at midnight without hesitation was very helpful and proficient.

I love this store so much .They have great local and organic produce .The store has a variety of groceries .Their bakery is my go to bakery for cakes they are great, one of the best cake decorators I ever see.My favorite is the Trea leches cake with fresh strawberries .This store has a butcher, bakery, deli, cafe, Starbucks, florist and much more .Safeway Kirkland is my go to grocery store .

This Safeway store just went through a renovation and had a grand reopening. I like to go to this store because the meat department is relatively big and offers sufficient stock of meat selection. Usually, I can get all the weekly sale items from this store without any problem. There is a Starbucks at this location. The store may just hire some new cashiers for the reopening, so expect to spend a little longer at the cashier.

Great store, well laid out. Great verity and wide selection. Personally I go here for my produce because of the quantity and quality. I have never been disappointed by any fruit or veggie I have purchased from this store.the staff is friendly and will do their absolute best to accommodate.

The Starbucks in here is dope, seasonal prices are great and you dont have to wear a mask if youre fully vaccinated

Good place to shop grocery, fruits and vegetables under one roof. But the things are missing is some Indian vegetables and groceries.

Safeway Store is good place to shop they have all Produce, Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Service Deli, Floral, Snacks & Beverages, Refrigerated & Frozen, Bee, wine & spirits and Family Care.

Clean store, plenty self checkout registers made in and out super quick.

Update: I appreciate the feedback guys. It makes a difference, so I changed the review. Its just one thing that leaves an impression on a consumer, when they go in there and its paid that little attention to. Thanks for checking your reviews :)

I called the store looking for a certain item. I was put on hold, while the woman looked to see if they carry the item. She told me they had it in stocks. I then asked if she noticed how many of the item they had, and that I wanted to purchase several. She informed me that they cannot hold items. I replied, I figured that was the case and thats why I didnt ask. Mind you I am a disabled senior citizen, and dont drive. I immediately took a bus, at night, in order to purchase the item. Come to find out the store does not even sell the product. I went to the manager and told him my story. His reply was, I remember that, and I also remember that the employee found that we dont carry that item. In other words lady, You must have misunderstood. To top it off he walks over to the customer service counter where another employee, and a customer were standing, and discussed my situation while laughing about it. There are nice people out there that need jobs, and would treat people decently. Instead, this Safeway employs individuals that are rude, and dismissive.

I was doordasging one of the orders was correct and one they gave me was entirely wrong.

Safeway is always a nice place all of their salads were fresh. They did not get five stars from me and gives you the chicken I wanted out of the deli was kind of sad looking.

This location is one of the better Safeways out there.

Standard fare for a grocery store. Really liked the wing bar, which had several varieties of sauces on their wings. Good selection of fresh seafood, and prices were reasonable. Nothing mind blowing, but a fine place to do your basic shopping.

Great service, store looks clean but the restrooms. I Went to mans restroom and it smells before I even opened that door and this is the 3rd time I used it in about a month.I will give them their stars back if next time I see clean urinal and not paper all over.

This store has been going downhill since it was bought by Albertsons and Bridle Trails Red Apple closed. They dont seem to care about customers anymore and I feel bad for the employees who are way over worked and it shows in the cleanliness of the store and the short attitudes of everyone there. Kirkland Safeway, continually has a quality selection of items. The self checkout is very efficient. I never need to wait in line.

I had a horrible experience with the Safeway delivery. We ordered our Thanksgiving groceries way in advance, but don’t get them when they’re scheduled. Our first thought is that they were stolen (though the delivery driver never knocked), and got another delivery scheduled for the next morning. Next morning comes and no delivery. We called the store only to be told we received the order yesterday, “left with the building manager.” Only we don’t have one of those. They delivered the groceries to the wrong place and wouldn’t acknowledge it. It took stating that we were basically being stolen from for them to even offer a refund. And I still had to go to the store! Needless to say, we will not be shopping here again.

You can always count on Safeway to have what you need. Great organic selections too. Good healthy food always available!

What can I say about my visit to Safeway? Aisles are wide, store is clean and well stocked...crew members are helpful.Prices are okay...I have the app downloaded on my phone and there has been a couple of times that I have had issues with their server. Overall its a good place to shop. In my opinion.
