Lovely ice creams, The lady serving there was very friendly and offered us to taste as many flavors as we want and decide.Seemed to be such a welcoming gesture.Kids were excited to taste and decide.

Tasty gelato and great selection!It’s summer time and gelato is a great little treat on a hot day :).We got the medium size which comes with up to three flavors, which for us were hazelnut (my favorite), pistachio (close second) and coconut. They all had little pieces of nut/coconut which added a little crush and a lot of flavor. The medium size was good to share for two.One of my favorite gelatos in town!

In a cozy downtown, close to beach and on a rainy or shiny day, this is the place you much visit. They make authentic tasty ice cream and yummy milkshakes. I tried ice cream with one scoop of Thai coconut, another scoop of organic Turkish Hazelnut and pistachio milk shake with light whip, they all are AWESOME !!! Must try.

I would give it a 4.5 for being expensive, but it wont let me, so Im just rounding to a five. The gelato here is the best, and its totally worth it to check it out if you havent already. They have a lot of flavors!

Great little place in the heart of Kirkland. I love the way the street is open to pedestrians and no cars so you can walk back and forth between stores. The Gelato was heaven. The best Pistachio we have ever had. Tried 3 kinds and they were all great. They have dog gelato made from dog friendly ingrediants, (ask and they will tell you what it is) and my dog never eats treats but actually almost bit me trying to keep me away from the container once I put it on the floor, so I am guessing its great. Will definitely go back.

Super yummy! Had the peach and dark chocolate in a waffle bowl! Wish I wouldve got the raspberry lemonade instead of peach, but it was still very good for my first gelato experience!

As seen in the attached image below, there’s an empty cup, as I may have have scarfed down this delectable affogato before I had a chance to exit Sirena Gelato! Now let me complement the young gal that served me. If I’m not mistaken, (Pardon me if I shall be), her name was Hope. This awesome affogato was well complimented with Hope’s outstanding service! I will surely be returning for seconds in the near future! This place rocks! Great service, flavors and prices!

Wow I’m speechless. I just had the best most wonderful experience here. Hope (crazy we have the same name), Marta, and Montana treated me like a princess. 10/10 customer service, been coming here for over ten years and it never fails to amaze. Brought me back to childhood in Rome when I was served fresh authentic gelato every day. Definitely come here if you’re ever in the beautiful city of Kirkland!

Best gelato ever!! Would come here again with my friends, love this place. The flavors are fantastic and the employees are super sweet as well. There was a “karen” in front of me who was complaining about samples but the employee handled it with a lot of patience which I could’ve never done. Make sure to tip well when you go! All in all, 11/10 stars from me :)

Only two fruit flavors. They had mango and strawberry, Id like to see more varieties. But the rest was great. Cute and helpful staff, decent portions, located in the heart of Kirkland.

Having had gelato in Rome at one of the oldest gelaterias in the city, I knew not to expect an exact replication. But I will say it was pretty good for a U.S. shop. Customer friendliness could be improved upon, but perhaps people in Kirkland are just more reserved. Overall not a bad experience but I have had better.

Go for the pistachio and tiramisu they are excellent flavors to cool off in a cone or cup by the Kirkland waterfront. You might be tempted to try out the hazelnut but it wasnt that great.

I mean you dont really have many icecream options in Kirkland but the pistachio and chocolate icecreams here wre great. Also the people who work here are unimaginably cute 🙈

I had their Affogato (they have Decaf pour over too!) and it was amazing!!

We go here practically every week! We love the ease and convenience of getting gelato here and the bonus is that they have pup gelato as well. I wish the space was a bit wider allow for better turnarounds instead of parties having to go past each other but hey, this is Kirkland downtown and it definitely gets crowded around here. Their gelatos are good. Not wildly bold flavors but a gentle middle-of-the-road, family favorite type flavors.

Cute place with lots of flavor options (including dairy free which is cool when everyone you know but yourself is lactose intolerant). However, it was just ok tasting in my opinion, not any better then like grocery store brand and just double the cost.

This is one of my favorite gelato places. My favorite flavor is roasted pistachio. I also like their coconut and pineapple flavor.

Good tasting affogato - plus a selection of gelato, gelato cookie sandwich, chocolate cover gelato bar, and coffee. More seating indoor than before, and some seating outside on the sidewalk. Its nice to sit outdoor on a hot day and it might be muggy inside.

The product, delicious! Unfortunately the costumer service makes not want to consume. The girls there are lazy and moody, no great manners and zero people skills. Bad business for the owner.

Pretty good gelato

This is the place to go for a yummy gelato. Creamy, really full of flavor. I’m a chocolate lover so I got the black cocoa. It’s not sweet at all and you can definitely taste the chocolate goodness. My kids got the oreo and italian chocolate chip and they enjoyed it. My wife loves hazelnut and everything with nuts so she had that. The smallest cup is the right size for me but I think going for a bigger size is not a bad idea at all. 👍👍👍😋

Close your eyes and imagine youre in Florence or in Venice, thats literally how good and authentic Sirenas gelato is. My favorites no matter the season or temperament are their hazelnut and pistachio. Other exciting flavors come and go too. Great location for indoor or outdoor treats, perfect any evening.

Well organized, helpful and tasty. A great location, but not enough patio seating. We wandered down to the waterfront and thoroughly enjoyed our waffle bowl filled with field berry, Oreo, stacciatella and birthday cake gelato. Reasonably priced.

Refuses to mandate masks. They have a sign at the front door that tells people masks are optional. Masks are definitely not optional under WA law. 1 Star for refusing to implement common sense safety policies or follow the law.

Probably the best Gelato in this whole area. Great flavors, good variety. Highly recommend.

Always a favorite. Shared a small and it was the perfect amount. Ordered two flavors: Oreo and Hazelnut - both were delicious. I’m never disappointed when I get gelato from Sirena Gelato. (It was so good I failed to snap a pic before digging in).

Store now has a “no mask no entry” sign which is nice to see and makes me feel safer when I visit

Gelato at shop is awesome, ordered cake for birthday... For some reason didnt have same texture or flavor... Not sure if there was any difference in making...do not recommend cakes unless you already tried and liked it before.

OMG hands down the most incredible geltato place ever! Takes me right back to my travels in Italy. Its so fresh, creamy and spot on with all their unique flavor options. My absolute favorite flavor is their Thai Coconut! It has the perfect balance of coconut, creaminess and ice cream goodness. Ive gone back 2 days in a room for the coconut. Guilty pleasure! Definatley need to get a pint to go next time! My mom tried the pistachio and peach flavors and is in love too. For the price of $5 you get a generous portion of 2 flavors of your choice. The staff here is always so welcoming and helpful I love them!Plus point is its right in downtown Kirkland so the perfect spot to grab dessert and walk over to the beach to watch the sunset. There is a parking lot directly across from the location and I believe its like $2 an hour from 8am-9pm but free after. Also the gelato place closes by 9pm but there are usually lines still going and the employees are accomdating to still serve you.

This place was a lot of fun. Especially after J stent walking around on a beautiful Seattle day. It was a perfect end to an afternoon.We were greeted immediately when we walked in, samples were offered, the service was very friendly nice.The ice cream is good.The shop was small, but had some seating inside. But there is plenty of room outside including that Park just across the way.We really enjoyed our experience there and will definitely visit again if we find ourselves in the area

Love this gelato shop. They use to have a location in Seattle, but it closed down so this is the closest location for me. Their prices are reasonable, they have plenty of flavors, and they have inside/outside seating. If youre on the east side and looking for gelato or ice cream check this place out.

Rich, deep flavors, sweet staff, and fast lines. I love sweets, but a bowl of three scoops does it for me. I love the presentation and flavors, and the staff is very accommodating. Lines look long, but they move quickly. Its a tiny shop, but you have the entire lakefront to wander on blocks away.
