I didnt think Id ever want to give a review to a mattress store, but our experience was so great that I felt the need to share. They have lots of mattress options, excellent pricing, non-pushy yet informative sales people, and free shipping. We spent almost half as much here as we were quoted at the sleep number store across the street. Check em out if you need a comfy new bed.

John was incredibly helpful, and is willing to spend as much or as little time as you need for satisfying your mattress needs. In my case, I needed a cheap full size bed, for occasional use in guest bedroom. I was in and out in 5 minutes and got exactly the right bed for my needs. Also, delivery was flexible and prompt! I will be back next time I need a bed!

When in on a Friday to check out mattresses the gentleman was helpful. When in the Following Sunday to by the mattress the original salesman was not in . The sales man that was there continuously tried to sell me a mattress I didnt want at a much higher price I didnt need. When I told him I wasnt going to buy a mattress that is $100-$200 more he got upset.

The moment I walked in I was treated like a customer. Very helpful and walked the store with me. Later that day went to two other mattresses stores and one guy didn’t even move from behind the counter. Two days later came back and bought my new bed. The guys who came to drop of the mattress were quick and nice

My wife and I have been shopping all over town for a new bed we stopped in on Friday to Mattress Depot and met the store manager John he was great!!! He showed us I think 4 beds after listening to us that met all our needs and we fell in love with the Aireloom he showed us. I came back on Saturday and purchased. John was very knowledgeable and never pressured us and he gave us a great deal.

I was in the market to replace my 10+ yr old memory foam mattress that I had bought from Mattress Depot. I went to the new store in Kirkland, was met by Dave and told him I was looking for a pillow top Queen size mattress. I am a side sleeper and have arthritis in my hips and shoulders. Dave recommended the Sealy plush pillow top which there were 2, one firmer than the other and I chose the softer one. Dave gave me a great price on the mattress. I love it! Its been a week now and no hip or shoulder pain. I would highly recommend Mattress Depot to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. Thanks again Dave!

The staff at the store was very knowledgeable about mattresses and the accessories. They were low pressure. There prices were very competitive. They were able to schedule delivery in two days.The delivery people texted me the day before delivery about the time range of delivery the next day. They showed up within that time range. The delivery people were cordial. That were quick in setting up the frame and placing the mattress. When done they showed me how to use the remote control to tilt the bed frame.We plan on using them again for are next purchase.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here buying beds for our sons new bunk bed. James was absolutely great to work, and got us exactly what we needed at a great price. Even when the bed for the top bunk ended up being too tall, James helped us exchange it out for a shorter mattress quickly and painlessly. My wife and I went shopping for mattresses today - a chore that I had been dreading for months. Mattress Depot/Totem Lake was the second place we went on a Wednesday morning and both felt comfortable immediately. Daniel was filling in for a vacationing salesman. He talked us through the options and tradeoffs but didnt try to high-pressure or up-sell us. We decided to pull the pin on a mattress right then and he matched the best price found on the Internet. It was a very enjoyable experience. We will return when we are ready for an adjustable bed.

I went to the Kirkland store to buy the mattress. The sales person there was too busy talking to a young girl to even come and show us the mattress so we went back home. We went there the next day and fortunately we met a wonderful salesperson Kiante Woods. He is an amazing salesperson. He not only attended us but also showed us the mattress around the store based on our preference. He answered all our questions even though the store hours were past the closing time. We were so impressed that we bough the mattress then and there.

We had a great experience here! Went in looking for a new mattress, found the perfect one & it was delivered to our house free next day. It was only $15 to have the old mattress removed & recycled. The salesman James was awesome. He told us he would only show us 5 beds & by the end we will find our bed. That is exactly what happened. He asked questions about how we slept (side, stomach or back) & then after each mattress asked what we liked & didnt like about it to figure out what to have us try next. He did show us deals on a bed frame, but wasnt pushy about it & moved on when we said we were good with our current metal platform bedstand. He showed us package deals that if we wanted sheets, mattress protecter or pillows we could get a huge discount. My husband fell in the with the pillow so we did decide to add it on, but did not feel pressured like we had to purchase it. Its been about a month since we got our new mattress & both myself & my husband have had significant less backpain. We are absolutely loving our new mattress!! We will definitely be back when our son is old enough for a big kid bed & any future mattress needs! As a note James did ask if we would write a fair review (if he deserved it) as the location is newer. I appreciated how he asked & even if he hadnt I still would have wrote one because he definitely earned the 5 star review if not higher!!

We were in today looking for a new king size mattress, it was our third stop of the day comparing prices and mattress brands that we found we liked best. James Lamborn was working, he immediately greeted us and struck up a conversation about what we were looking for. After listening to us he made a couple recommendations and left us to test out various products. My girlfriend and myself were amazed that the mattress we liked the most, was cheaper than what we told him we were interested in. So instead of upselling, he listened to our needs and wants, then found the mattress that suited us perfectly. He explained everything about the bed and local company that makes it. Next he showed us some amazing side sleeper pillows, unbelievable doesnt describe them adequately. We bought the bed, box spring, frame, mattress protector, 2 side sleeper pillows and bamboo sheets. We still spent 25% less than we would of for just the mattress at the other 2 Kirkland mattress stores. James is a superstar employee, I will bre sending all friends and family his way. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Talk about going over and beyond...After just arriving in Kirkland at 2pm, unpacked a uhaul, we went mattress shopping...the salesman totally gave us the royal treatment and we brought home an adjustable queen bed to sleep completely comfortable our first night in Washington...I highly recommend.

Omg, I can’t say enough great things about this place! We went to 4 or 5 different mattress stores, and by we got to this one we were so confused and conflicted becaue we had heard so many sales pitches from other stores.When we walked in, the sales associate, James, was friendly and not overbearing at all. He asked us what we were looking for, our price range and showed us what we were looking for. He didn’t try to upsell or sell us on something we didn’t need or ask for. We learned A LOT about mattress care (did you know you are supposed to rotate your memory foam mattress quarterly?! Cause we didn’t know that) and at the end of meeting with him, he encouraged us to go home and think on it, he even to go to another store just to be sure of our decision. Needless to say, we ended up going back to James and we purchased our mattress. It was just delivered today and the delivery guys were so nice and extremely helpful.I don’t usually write reviews but I just really felt with making an expensive purchase like this, it is actually helpful to see these kinds of things from actual customers. Especially after going to all the other stores like we did.Thanks Mattress Depot, and James! I’ll make sure I tell everyone how great you were!!

If youre shopping for a newer mattress, give James a half hour of your time. He was well educated, unbiased, fair priced, and well spoken which are the best traits to ask for from a sales person.

Worst customer service! The only salesman was too busy talking on his phone to help us. When we motioned to him to see if he was available he merely shook his head at us and told us the area in which he was located was off limits to customers. We just wanted to see if he could come help us since we had been waiting for him for awhile. When did customer service die?
