I went into Quality Sleep to look at sheets and pillows, and ended up getting a chance to try out the Personal Comfort Sleep Number bed! Woah! So comfortable, Tom walked me through all the benefits of this bed!I was able to get the Dreamfit Sheets from Tom, although they werent in store, he quickly held them at another location and it was an easy swift pickup! He also helped me pick the right pillow for me, and was an easy exchange process if it didnt fit what I needed. LOVE buying all of my bed needs from Quality Sleep...the sheets are even kitten approved ;)!

Working with a family-run business is rewarding, but the customer experience is the most important. Tim at Totem Lake was pleasant to work with, highly informative and he spent a considerable amount of time with my wife on the phone before we visited the store. We felt understood with a limited amount of dialogue. Tim simplified our choices, which gave us the confidence to make a choice, and he saved us valuable time to spend our day doing other things we enjoy. If I could give these hucksters less than one star I would.After spending 3500$ on a mattress and bed frame, I was told 4-6 weeks for shipping.After now 8 weeks, and having to demand updates from them over and over, I have still not received my products.Do not shop here. I wish I had gone down the road a mile to mattress firm or another store who would have actually delivered within the time frame given, or at the very least, communicated with me effectively to keep me updated.

My wife is 6 months pregnant, and after almost 2 years of keeping a brave face while enduring lumpy hand-me-down mattresses, she needed something way better. We went into the store in Kirkland with a recommendation in hand, and were treated really well from the very beginning. They guided us through the process of finding just the right one for my wife’s body type and sleep preferences, and we got an amazing deal on it. We probably won’t need another one for many years, but I would definitely go back when we do.

Yvonne is a great asset to the company. The delivery was a good experience as well. They were ahead of schedule and offered to deliver early but I was not at home. Tim the salesman was the best. We visited right after visiting a competitor, and he explained way more, got a feel for what we were looking for, dialed us into the same bed we were viewing elsewhere, but without the cooling function neither of us wanted nor did we know it was a significant upgrade in costs. He couldve pushed and oversold us like the competitor tried but he focused on our wants and needs. And ta boot was fun and backed off when we needed to talk amongst ourselves. Really appreciated Tim and this family owned sleep shop!!!!! Cant wait for delivery tomorrow.

Yvonne and Tim are very friendly and helpful. They werent pushy at all, and I felt comfortable spending a long time trying different mattresses in the store to pick out the right one. The delivery and setup of the mattress and frame was incredibly quick and smooth, and the people were friendly and professional.

I called in the other day to ask if this store sold mattress toppers. I knew very little about mattresses and didnt want to inconvenience the store manager. But to my pleasure, Tim, the owner, took time out of his day to explain the ins and outs of what makes a great mattress and topper, and when I should look for one versus the other. He explained to me in detail of the differences between memory foam and gel, and how both should compare to a quality spring mattress. Tim even compared different products with me on Amazon and explained what detailed terms meant. Such as what density means, and how much gel is actually in a 4” topper.All said, this was a really good customer experience. I appreciated Tim’s level of knowledge and congenial approach. With chronic back pain, I started realizing that our bed probably wasnt my friend anymore. We went shopping for a good mattress option and an adjustable frame. I read in bed and need better support for that. Little did I know that there was a zero gravity option on the 2 beds that became finalists in our search. Its been just under a week and Im so happy we made the change. I still have back issues, but I wake up more rested and I now start the day without having to address spasms the minute I get out of bed.Our salesman, Tim, offered good guidance and was very patient as I tried out options in the store. Tempurpedic was my choice and its been a great choice so far. Very supportive in every position.Also, the delivery and setup team was knowledgeable and very efficient, as well as friendly.Im glad we gave Quality Sleep a try. Ill give this bed and frame the full 60 day trial, but for now, Im very happy with my choice.

James Lamborn is the salesperson at the Kirkland store at Totem Lake. He is very helpful and doesn’t try to pressure you. I told him that I needed the mattress before a certain day and time, and he made that happen. When I need a new mattress for my other bed, I will certainly go to mattress depot in Totem Lake.The delivery guys were very nice and was in and out fast. They also called me about 15 minutes before arriving, which was great. Good job guys.

Tim was amazing! He was much more concerned with finding us the right fit for our needs than how much money he was making off the sale. Ill be coming back here for any of my sleep purchases.

BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK because they will take no resposibility for not telling truth. This place is a typical bait and switch, sales before truth company. The biggest mistake I have made in years is shopping here.The mattress that was delivered was not what they demonstrated in their showroom and was my fault for knowing there would be a difference not theirs. I called to ask why and their response was we needed to get up on the bed and walk on it for 15 - 20 minutes everyday until it breaks in. I am not joking. Returns or exchanges take two months and getting them to respond to voice mails is next to impossible. There are more reputable places to spend your money like Mattress Depot just down the street.

We have needed a new mattress for awhile but have procrastinated for way too long. We.were on our way to the grocery store yesterday and stopped in to take a look. In less than an hour we had picked out the mattress qualified for no interest financing and 24 hours later we have a brand new comfortable mattress in our home. They made it so easy and now I will have a restful sleep for the first time in a long time. Thank you!!! We will be back to furnish the guest room.

Horrible place and expensive prices. You can get the same mattress for a fraction of the price from Macys or any other store. I paid $120 for a pillow which is completely ridiculous compared to other stores. One mattress that I found in Macys for $399 gets sold there for $800. Stay away and you will save a lot of money

I would give it half a star if I could. I have been in this store twice and both times the only person working in the store is too busy chatting on the phone to offer any service at all. I was the only other person in the store. The first time I waited about 25 minutes. He finished his call after about 15 minutes and then just stared out the window. Finially I decided he wasnt even going to say he would be with me shortly, so I left. Even though I had found a mattress I wanted to buy. The second time I waited about 10 minutes for him to finish his call but he never did. He never said a word to me even though you could tell it was just a freindly chat and not business. However I got the info on the mattress I want and left. I will purchase it somewhere else.

Just visited the Quality Sleep store in Kirkland.My old mattress was tearing up my back.I arrived 10:15 on Sunday.Asked the salesman if I could get something delivered today.Picked my mattress and box spring out in 5 minutes.He called the warehouse and got on the truck to be delivered same day.Great price on the mattress untouchable customer service.

I really hate this mattress! I have difficulty getting in and out of bed and turning over is almost impossible. While the staff is very friendly, communication was frustrating when mattress was not delivered when they promised.

I bought tempurpedic mattress, king & queen bed along with spring boxes. Firstly it took 2 months to process my order where i had to constantly follow up with the store about it. Finally once i got everything delivered and setup, i found that queen bed spring box was really bad as the bed was sunking down. I called the store and informed about it as that model spring box was suggested to me by them and asked to replace it where i will purchase higher cost tempurpedic spring box but they did not accept informing there is no replacement policy. This is not the commitment which they gave when i purchased more than $5000 worth goods from the store informing if i am not satisfied with the quality of the product i can get a replacement.Please dont give commitments to customers if you cannot keep them up.
