They did an awesome job! The machine took forever but thats machines for ya! They were friendly and showed knowledge of cars! The only complaint is when they are busy the wait is long and tiring

The people there were so nice. It was my first time getting my oil changed by myself and they guided through everything. They even found coupons for me and gave me a free car wash. Couldnt be happier.

The most expensive place for anything, but thats not what makes them deserve a 1 star (a no star if I could rate them as such.) No, its the fact that their work is terrible. I went there to get my windows tinted. I told them four separate times that I wanted my windows legal,thats 35% in Missouri. Well, forty-five dollars per window later I get my truck and to my surprise I can hardly see out the windows. At night I couldnt see anything. It was very very very dangerous. I made the trip to Macon, MO to the Highway Patrol station and asked them to test my widows, they were 5%! Not only were these highly dangerous, but I could have gotten a ticket due to the illegality. I called Ice House Auto Plaza and they refused to fix the problem like any decent business. They told me it would be $40 per window to remove the tint and then another $45 per window to put on the tint I asked for in the first place! After speaking to the manger, he said the exact same thing. I had to remove the tint myself, all that money and still no tint on my windows. I will never go there again nor recommend them to anyone, ever.

They were able to squeeze my husband in last minute on a Saturday to replace a windshield that had just been broken, so he could get home to Kansas City. Really appreciate their helpfulness!

Just paid $300 for the full detail on my dads truck. A truck detail is just that, cleaning down to the small details.. They missed this by a lot... I have pictures as well, behind door handles stilk dirty, truck bed, visors and visor mirrors, grooves in the rafio controls and the floor boards under the mats... no acceptable, but my dad wont go back and complain...The detail was redone for free and my dad was very happy.. thanks auto plaza for making it right
