I bought a car from them. I drove it for 112 miles, the engine blew. I tried contacting them and the did nothing, not even a call back for a month. And now Im told I have eat the 6000$ and they dont even care! I would not recommend them at all!

This is a great place to buy a car. Very family friendly and easy going. I purchased my BMW 320i from this place and have not had any issues. Many people confuse a used car dealership as if it is new car dealership. You have to understand not all pre owned cars come perfect but they are willing to help and attend to your service. Again great service and very straightforward when it comes to paperwork as well!

Service was nice when purchasing the vehicle. They got me approved when credit was an issue. Not so much when trying to get the promised (in written) AC repairs. Purchased vehicle in November and still to this day have no AC. Compressor was changed (with a used one) and it worked for a week. Getting that repair to be done was a great hassle between one thing and another it took almost 2 months for the AC to work 1 week. I do know things happen but by the end of this whole situation I was even getting an attitude from the salesman there and needless to say I will not use them or recomend anyone there.Vehicle was a 2013 Altima which was purchased for around $11,000 no excuses for me to still be driving with no AC as car was most likely even overpaid for although no one is to blame for that.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The car I bought was in excellent condition and the price was right at KBB standard. The only thing I wish they would have fully serviced the vehicle before putting up for sale like keeping the fluids full and changing the oil. Other than that I would definately recommend this place to a friend or family.

These guys are slick. Not only did they delete my wifes review on their FB page, they deleted her visitor post. They also blocked her. We obviously see that you are not willing to take responsibility for selling us a damaged vehicle. My wife and I bought a 08 Acura RDX from here 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems. Sold with a brittle turbo, dry rotted tires, no oil change, sensors recently all going off. We were told that the car was clean and b/c of their faith based propaganda, my wife and I trusted them. The only thing they did was gave $100 to replace the tires... We were only able to get another set of used tires which also gave us another blowout during our Xmas trip back from Miami. We have been making all our payments on time in full for the past 6 months, so decided to trade in the vehicle. Went to Toyota of Orlando and that was when the salesman informed us that our car was in 3 accidents from the previous owner. None of which was disclosed to us at auto exchange. We cant take the car to any dealer for trade BC of its extensive history, loosing a lot of money on its value. We are stuck paying $24,000 on a vehicle we cant even trade in. We cant even take it to auto exchange BC the salesman who worked there was fired and the owner feels it is not his fault. We have decided to contact the news and our lawyer. Do not buy from here.

This is the worse place to buy a car got my car in October and just drove it two weekends in that month cause the car kept breaking down they told me I could exchange for another car or give me my deposit back but there wait holding my car was for two months and a half and was paying my monthly payment for it and at the end had to stay with the broken car cause they didnt wanted to exchange or guve me my deposit back, and had to pay out of my pocket almost $2000 to get it fixed, who ever wants to buy a car there good luck those people dont keep there word they talk and talk and dont have a solution for your questions or needs, first and last time buying a car there.
