Bought a 2010 Dodge Charger, tpms light was on and had to replace sensors, 8 months later I had to replace the whole abs module, a few months after that I had to replace the alternator. Would recommend having a trusted mechanic look at the vehicle before you purchase from here. Not a good experience.

Sales manager, and office managers both lie to make the sale. Told me a $336 fee was going to be covered in their end as part of the deal. 6 months later they say we still owe the fee and put a lien on the vehicles registration. With documentation from the sales manager as proof, they still wouldn’t honor our agreement. We will be seeking legal action. After speaking with them multiple times, office manager (Grace) was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Saw a car on Facebook that I liked from them, called ahead and made an appointment to see the car, the salesman on the phone confirmed with me that I was ready. Showed up at my appointment, looked at the car (Looks okay, some minor dings but for the price point advertised was willing to accept it) and go inside the dealership, apparently no key for the car can be found??? They told me to call whoever i scheduled the appointment with because they didn’t know where it was. I message the guy on Facebook again but with no response I just leave with my time wasted. The guy messages back half heartedly apologizing, basically blaming me for not giving him more notice???? Even though he said I was good to come see it and the car would be ready? Whatever, he says he has the key and I can come by and see it. Okay fine, I go back the next day and it’s not even the guy I spoke to, it’s some different women whom the guy told I would be coming. Fine again, I test drive the car, it works okay, I come back to the lot and the car is LEAKING OIL ALL OVER THE ENGINE. I point this out to the saleswoman and she basically blames me because I had checked the dipstick and said it’s my fault for touching things in the engine??????? How am I supposed to buy a car without looking at the basics ??? Anyways I tell them no thanks. The guy messages me a week later telling me the cover gasket in the car was indeed broken and that they finally fixed and if I was still interested. Why would I be interested in a car that you only bothered to inspect AFTER someone test drives? These people are jokes. Was given not one but TWO signs not to buy from them and I’m glad I dodged this bullet.

My wife and I are extremely disappointed and disgusted with the personnel @ World trade auto. To be exact, we were told for as long as the vehicle is being financed they would cover labor and wed have to pay for parts. Repairs were promised for a vehicle we purchased, i have in my possession the service sheet that Promised all repairs to be done. They had no intentions of resolving any of it. Theyve postponed and postponed til they told me its not there problem. A $20,000 vehicle we purchased with issues. To all future buyers, dont get scammed like we did. Those sales guys will promise you the stars then suddenly have amnesia... Its upsetting because they will continue to sell and Fraud others. These repairs have Put us in a huge setback aside losing jobs with this Covid-19.

My wife and I bought a 2010 Toyota Carola from this place. Diego promised to replace a cracked middle panel on the dashboard and gave us the run around for 6 months needless to say it never got fixed. The power windows magically stopped working 2 weeks after buying the car and Diego told us it wasn’t his problem. They wear bible verses on their shirts but will not keep their word. We have put a ton of money into this car that was “thoroughly checked” before they sold it to us. It’s blatantly obvious they buy from the auction make it shiny and dump it off to customers with out any knowledge of the actual vehicle. Don’t buy the “I’m a veteran and we stand buy our cars” BS. They play any card they can to make a profit with minimal effort. If you want a reliable car for your family this is not the place. Diego, I’m not even mad but for someone who wears a shirt referencing the Bible you need to take a long look in the mirror and realize a man who cannot keep his word is no man of God. A mans word is his bond and I trusted you with my wife’s safety and that is truly very sad. To Ownership, I hope you can right your ship and fix these issues because standing by your product and telling the truth is worth more than any quick buck you can make.

Was there for almost 2 hours. I was up front and said I was trying to help my daughter in law buy a car first time buyer she had between 800 and 1,000 to put down an didnt want a payment over 200 a month. The man reassured us that we write our own policy. Not true he came back with 1,500 down and a payment of 331 a month. How is that even close? Very disappointed needless to say we left with no car.

Here is the honest truth. This is the worst car dealership ever. Ive never been treated so poorly by any dealership, ever. Their customer service sucks. I purchased a vehicle from them in Feb. The frame was cracked, which they did not let me know up front. They ended up fixing it, because I brought in paperwork saying it was cracked. Then, the right side front light went out, not once, but twice and they refused to fix it the 2nd time. All they care about is getting your money, making a sale and barely fixing any issue that you may have. They get a lot of their cars from the auction, and they do just enough work to put them on the lot. This is probably why they offer AS IS, NO WARRANTY. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from them, take a mechanic with you and get a receipt for everything they fix. My recommendation though, is to NOT purchase a vehicle here...spend your money somewhere else and get a more reliable vehicle.

I first called to inquire about a Jeep Wrangler I saw online that has been there for months (I soon found out why). A reception lady answers the phone, she couldn’t find a free sales person to tell me if the vehicle was still available so she took down my info for a call back. Hours pass and no call so I grab my three kids and head down to the dealer to take a look for myself only to find two available sales persons. I was shown the Jeep that was sitting over by detail because the soft top had a “leak”. I also noticed the rear hatch was bent, another way for water to get in, rust was building on floor boards that had no carpet and it needed tires desperately, not to mention it was never put through detail when they received the Jeep that they’ve had since February. “We will fix all that” says the salesperson. Despite all those issues, l gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove the Jeep.I came in Capital One Pre Approved, payment and interest rate already given for that specific vehicle from Capital One. I told them, this total amount financed is what Capital one will do for this specific car. All they had to tell me is if they accept the sale price and trade in value I gave them, fix Jeep issue or discount the car to reflect what was needed and I drove out the same day with the jeep.The sales person and some cocky finance guy finally got me to write down my social security cards on the app so they can “access my Capital One application” promising me my credit would not be ran. Well, guess what? I got hit with inquiries, and they come at me asking for money down. Being a veteran in the car business I should’ve known better, lies is what the business is all about which is why l don’t sell cars anymore. I wasted two hours with my three kids hungry and thirsty because they couldn’t even offer tap water. It’s real simple guys, can you sell the car for this price? Yes or no? Can you give me this much for my trade? Yes or no? Done deal! But no, they want to run credit despite you telling them not to and writing it on the application and signing it to see with what other bank they submit the deal through and make money. Pathetic operation they run here, waste of time and effort.If you go here to buy a car be careful. Yea I see many “good” reviews here but guess what. The happiest customers are the ones that the dealership made the most money from (ripped off in other words), been in the business been there done that. Could care less about a response from you guys so don’t bother wasting your time and take the L.
