If you are not of Spanish-speaking background prepare to have horrible service as with almost any autozone in the Kissimmee area, Ive stayed in this are for almost 6 yrs now and it hasnt gotten any better, they need more diversity on the stores in the area. Im not a DIY person I have an actual commercial account with Autozone and have gotten parts all over the Orange, Polk, Lake, and Osceola counties and the Kissimmee store are by far the worst stores Ive visited or dealt with. Today was the worst the manager of the store working up front was very short with me and the customer ahead of me, when asked about parts he gave both of us the We dont have or carry that before even lookin it up when Im looking at the part on the website, with both of us they actually had the part. Beside that we he was actually working with us he just walked off to talk with the ladies in the commercial department without even saying can you give me a sec, they are very rude and inconsiderate of the customer again especially if youre not of Spanish-speaking background.
Bought 4 batteries 2 over phone service over the phone was good. Picked up the batteries and got no help taking them out or coming out to get the cores
Disappointed with the customer services. I came to buy a windshield cleaner for my car, I gave the representative the make, model, year and type of my vehicle. When the rep searched the system, he asked me if it was an early or a new model. I told him that I did not know, I had already given him all the information that I have about my car. The rep tells me that he cant help me. He didnt even give me others options. So I go to the competition to help me with something so simple.
Back in the day the guy behind the counter new the part you needed just by you explaining what sound your car is making and gave you the right part...Autozone, When hiring, make sure that the person is knowledgeable of the job theyre going to be doing.

Ladies, heres the place to shop for all of your automotive needs. The sales people at autoZone will help you find what you cant find yourself. Im very impressed with the female employees ability to give me automotive advice as good as the guys can. This is the best place to shop with winter coming on.
Today 1/16/21 at 5:30pm i dealt with a rude as Employee associate that had nothing but attitude and disrespect. This is the 3rd time i have dealt with unprofessional people here and i will be reporting them to Consumer affairs for such a bad Customer Service they have. I am a Mechanic and have been Purchasing parts from Autozone for many years and this kind of Service is 100% unacceptable.
Sign on the door; MASK REQUIRED, yet no one employee wearing one1 pm on 11/11/2020tried explaining the sale person to verify my parts since box were different size for the same two part I wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed it he kept on saying there were the same part number I insisted and he told me that he was gonna take his badge off if wanted to take things outside.absolutely no customer service! whats so ever!..horrible shopping experience. never coming back to this location......
Nothing in stock - counter person was useless. None of the items I needed were in stock - he offered no help or info.

The manager was great! He himself was helping me find the best viper options for my car. Even though they did not have it in the stock he suggested other AutoZone stores which have the right product in stock.

I have to say I live in St. Cloud and this has been the best customer service I’ve ever had.Juan help me and went extremely above and beyond to help me with the order I placed for items for my 2010 f150. My car died when I got off work and I rushed as fast as I could to drive to this autozone. When I got there, the store manager at this location was on register. My husband went in and told him that we needed a battery for my car. He asked what kind of car we had, witch was a Kia Soul. He immediately interrupted my husband and told him that they can’t change the battery for my car because the we’re closing in thirty minutes. My husband finally convinced him to come look at my car and he told us that he couldn’t change out the battery because he needed to disconnect the computer from the battery, which was the part behind the battery. He said that he didn’t want to get autozone in trouble if he messed up the computer. We were both confused because both of my parents went to autozone in the past month to get their battery replaced on both of their cars. They own a Kia Soul and a Kia Forte. After we told the manager that autozone had replaced the battery in our parents Kia before, in a threatening tone, he asked several times for the store and employee that did the battery changes. I’m not sure why he wanted to touch the computer because that wasn’t even necessary for the battery replacement and that wasn’t even the computer. Then he proceeded to tell us that it was to late to do it because he needs to close the store because he lives in poinciana and has to drive and hour away to get home. I definitely did not want to hear that considering that we were farther away from our home. At this point I was upset and stressed out because I had to go the opposite direction from home to come to this location. I only came here because it was the closest location from my job only to be turned away by disappointing customer service from the store manager! This was a very unprofessional experience that lacked any courtesy and empathy in our situation. I then went to O’Reilly and gave them my $200 purchase with a much better experience overall with someone that knew what they were going!!!

I want to share my yesterday experience to let you know that you can get a really a hard time and harressed at this store.I come every time to get my car equipements and I spent more that 500 usd in a very short period of time even if the prices are very high.I was supposed to get a 20 usd reward as they advertise but I got a really hard time when I was asking for it because my receipe show that I do have a credit.A person around 11 am that he said he is a manager refused to give me the reward and he just start screaming on me, he was very agressive and nervous saying that he will not do something for me and I will not get the reward. I asked for my money back and he got more nervous and he was looking on me with a really angry maner. I was scared and I start think that I should leave the store and leave my money cause the situation can be more agressive.Why are you making a fake advertisement ?If there is no reward, dont say that we will get a reward.This not the first fake advertisement !Just couple of weeks I paid 10 usd extra because the offer said oil + oil filtre+ air filtre is about 24 usd and when I was checking out I shoud pay 10 usd + taxes.That really the hardest time a got ever.
