This place is a complete joke, charged me a total of $820 for a diagnostic only to quote me a bunch a parts an labor that were not needed also $100 per day because they dont pick up the phone and the voicemail box is full. Even worse when I showed up to have my car towed to another place they refused to release the car because their system was not working and had no other method to manually make an invoice or receive a payment so I couldnt take my car even after trying to pay their outrageous Fees. Imagine paying over 3K to have nothing fixed, you would have to a be straight fool or liked to be robbed if you ever thought about bringing your car here after reading this. The Front Desk lady was a bit more rational but Johnathan the owner has poor cummunication not and mechanical skills I trully dont know how this place is still in business.

Very professional. Handles the cars with care and records everything that occurs from start to finish. If you have a European car, then its next best thing to a dealer without the ridiculous dealer fees.

Jonathan took care of my 2014 Maserati Ghibli, took it in for a oil change and he was very thorough and marked every nick and cranny on the car prior to even driving into the garage. I have a BMW 2015, This place is great I recommend everyone who has any foreign cars who don’t want to waste thousands of dollars to fix your car to go to eurocar. They are very reasonable with prices and won’t let you down. Jonathan is very helpful and you can tell he knows what he’s doing!!

Johnathan (the owner) took it upon himself to drive my car home without warning when it was suppose to be at the shop being fixed. I personally witnessed Johnathan driving from his home in Poinciana with my car outside of business hours. Johnathan cannot be trusted and he is a sad excuse for a mechanic. What Johnathan did is considered stealing in my book and showing no loyalty to customers. There is no telling how many other people he has done this too. He was so calm and at ease as if this is a normal occurrence. Do not take your car to Eurocar Diagnostic & Repair!!!!

Jonathan was very kind, helpful and honest. I had my car serviced here last summer 2017 and they did an amazing job. I recently went to a big name auto shop for new tires and an oil change. When my brake wear light turned on I was a bit confused. So I went to Euro Car where Jonathan told me about the damage on the brake sensor and told me they did not fill up my oil completely. He was able to finish off the oil and fill it up and fixed the sensor. Definitely recommend Euro Car for their great customer service and how well they worked with my Volkswagen!!

First of all, when you get there ask for Jonathan hes great. Besides that Ive had problems with my Chrysler stalling and like nothing this man fixed my car! Im talking about smooth rides from here to there! I have been to countless amounts of repair shops and Ive never experienced such marvelous customer service! My car is literally new again. I thought it would never be back to normal until I came to this shop!

Took my 2011 BMW X5 here for an oil change which does not have any other issues and drives great. They tried to upsell me over $2000 in unnecessary repairs. I will no longer be taking my X5 here again... I was hoping that they were honest, due to the fact that it is close to my house. Looks like I Will have to search for a place that will not try to do the same.
