Their printer left stretch marks across the text of our $400+ retractable banner. They took no responsibility for it. Instead, I was told that it was fine - the banner was meant to be read from a distance.

Just left fast signs, to my surprise you have to order your sign, pay for it, then you will get emailed a sample of it, then you can make changes? What ? Are you serious, no samples on site to see, no pictures of produced work, for price comparison, very confused with this place seriously, with 25 signs to order, it was dissatisfaction...good luck...was forced to order online....at a cheaper rate

I hired the company to handle some work for my flower shop in Kissimmee. I worked with Myrna. She is professional and on top of her game. For 6 months I have been trying to get sign work done in town and have run into a number of brick walls.Where other companies have dropped this ball, Fast Signs picked it up and to their advantage won the sale.Price is fair, but not cheap...and I didnt want cheap. I received excellent service from the Kissimmee FASTSIGNS. I initially visited our local store and was told there would be at least a 2-week wait. They were not very helpful or hopeful. I decided to call the Kissimmee store because another office has used them before and I had my product within days. Rosa communicated with me very efficiently throughout the process. She provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. I received my finished product within days and it was exactly what I wanted.

Fast Signs in Kissimmee was amazing! Your customer service person named Albanis Leal is truly the best. We had a rush emergency for a trade show booth on Tuesday, January 8th. I was calling from Denver Colorado, trying to find someone in Kissimmee, who could output some vinyl lettering that was needed that same day before the Trade Show was to begin. I called at 10:00, hoping for a miracle as the vinyl needed to be at the trade show by 11:00. Not only was Fast Signs and Albanis so helpful and willing to get this done for us in time, but they succeeded! There was never a question as to whether they could do it, from the beginning they said they could and they did it! Albanis was truly an angel. She was calm, professional, friendly and helpful every step of the way. She kept in touch with me to let me know as each step in the process was completed, so that I wouldnt have to worry, all the way across the country. Bait n switch. Promised it would be completed in time, it was not. Told it was one price, somehow in a day they managed to increase it by $130. These people are liars with no sense of business ethics whatsoever. Avoid them at all cost.
