GSI is Great ! We have a Pet Grooming Business in Poinciana, FL. (Furry Tails Pet Grooming) Doug has been helping us since the beginning. They had the best prices around for all promotional and marketing needs and their service and professionalism are top notch. From the big neon sign that is located above our place, to brochures, business cards, window decals, vehicle magnets, t-shirts. We do it all with them. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could, we own a small restaurant (Loop Gyros) and we dealed with many signs companies in the past but honestly I have never seen Like GSI Group. They treat you as family very professional and they sit down with you and spend so much time to make sure the job will be done right.I recommend GSI Group to anyone I know because I know they will be in good hands.Thank you Doug, Jennifer, Fernando and all the other guys.

First of all, this place dont even deserve a 1 star but its the lowest rating I can do. I read the reviews but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Walking in and not being greeted within the first 2 minutes was a bad sign to get out. Happened to me and my wife on 2 separate occasions. Jennifer and fernandos customer service is horrible. They did not meet our expectations. Pretty much it was a take it or leave it or pay more money type of deal. In my 8 years of business and getting decals on my trucks. This is the first time Ive heard you only get 2 designs and if its not to your liking you have to pay again for another design. And this wasnt told to my wife on the first initial meeting. Jennifer and Fernando are definitely the people you dont want to deal with. They are not professional. All they keep saying is we sent proof and we agreed. But that is not the case with countless emails back and forth with Jennifer. Allen is professional and was willing to help us out even after all said and done I was willing to pay more money for what we wanted. And come to find out Jennifer terminated the whole thing and said Allen has no right to step in and told my wife that they are no longer doing business with her.(WoW) My wife is not a difficult person she just expects to be accommodated for what she paid for and most of all good customer service. In another review, a customer mentioned seems like they dont cater to small business and we can vouch for that. I have alot more to say but Ill just leave it on that note. Stay away

RUDE. ONLY WANTS BIG BUSINESS. DISAPPOINTED.I had previously had a good experience using this company, so I decided to bring my shirts in, they were very busy and had told me a design would be sent over that same day and it would all be done by end of week. After multiple calls, 4 days later I finally received the design, which was fine. I immediately responded asking for two slight tweaks, I received no response, so the following day I called, they made an excuse and said it would be to me in 10 mins... it was, and it was completely different it looked like a child had designed it, you could tell how rushed it was, not professional in anyway. So I responded in frustration questioning why they had changed the design and I would just pick up the shirts. I arrived and the owner Doug, told me to my face that he doesnt care about small jobs like this, he has enough business so beware if you want to use this company you may want to make sure youre job is big enough for them to actually care. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

I Purchased business cards from GSI group and they printed the phone number incorrect, they want me to pay to correct there mistake. Not a business friendly company, they won’t stand behind their work!
