I’m here at least once a month. This store is always clean and organized. I have always been helped in a timely manner when I needed it. The staff and customer service is always the best. Keep up the great work ladies!

In this particular Sally they have a lot more items than others nice employee and very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, when I was Shopping it was very busy but the manager April and another employee took the time to help us along with everyone else . Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on getting us the right things we needed to do my daughters hair along with a few other products I was happy to see sallys now selling . Thank you ladies for being so helpful and sharing tips on what would work best for her hair . I can’t wait to come back for more it’s a 10 products and friendly service .

I went there about 2:15pm today 11/18/2020 and the two ladies there was so rude. Horrible costumer service.

My daughter and another customer encountered an extremely rude behavior from one of the managers in the Kissimmee store SallysStore#522Address 1538 W. Vine street Kissimmee. Fl 34741The manager was Carmen thats what I was told her name is when I called to find out. This just happened about 30 min ago.My daughter asked if they are still doing curbside pickup like she did last time with no issues the manager told her she would get no help with out a mask,I understand the guidelines and 100% agree with the rules. How ever she was rude and told my daughter and another customer to leave they will not be help when asked why are you treating us unprofessionaly she slammed the door in there faces and to make matters worse she proceeded to flip them off with her middle finger at them through the window.I have never been so appalled by behavior from a manager before.This manager needs to be trained on customer service and how to speak and explain things to there customers in a professional manner.

I visit during this week, I was looking for a hair color and then the employee that her name is Aylin she gave me the color that I was looking for, then she offer me macademia hair masque because my hair was badly damaged, and I love the result. She gave me a great costumer service and was honest. From now and on this is going to be my store.

Love it here... But older lady with black hair I think shes owner and short Spanish girl manager so rude to customers and co workers... Other than that the other employees are awesome...

The staff was very unfriendly,unprofessional and slightly rude. I got their at 8:40 and had to wait around 10min to get help while standing right infront of the register . Then the lady that worked their (nobody had name tags) was looking at her watch the whole time she was talking to me and kicking me out of the store because they were closing . And at the end didn’t even help me at all with what I needed . Just kept reminding me that we needed to hurry up because they were closed .

Staff was very hepful even though the store was very busy. The store was clean and well stocked. Sallys had everything I needed. Good experience.

Ive been a customer of Sally s Beauty supply for over three decades. Never had a problem.

When I walked in they greeted me very nice.

I was there this morning at 9:25 and the store was NOT open. I called and the phone rang 10 times, no one answered. Three of us were outside. This is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I would give no stars but it’s not possible. I’ll shop elsewhere!!

A lady called Odalis or Odelis was working in a very bad mood. She gave me an awful custumer service. Or to tell the truth she didnt help me at all. I had to leave the store without buying anything because she was rude and disrespectful . A shame of person. So bad for Sally to hire that kind of person. It was in this store by Kissimmee Produce

Very, very bad attention. The camera fell asleep and the girls who served outside in the corridors were terrible. Too bad I got nude at 192 and before I enjoyed the one at the golden rd, which is fantastic.

Today I was in this place, I made a purchase for approximately $ 30 but my card did not pass, I only had $ 2 missing and I did not have them at the time, I told the manager to return a product and she told me that it could not be done, that his system did not do it and that he was not going to allow me to take anything that was already canceled. He is a despotic, ill-mannered and rude person. Thanks to a girl who was on the site and offered to pay me the $ 2. I do not recommend this site at all.
