Very friendly staff and helpful and the location was also good and give the best quality of products with best price.

Love Publix! Love the BOGOS. The only thing I would say, is bring more variety to this Publix like the one in Hunter’s Creek and Celebration.

Publix customer service is amazing no matter the city or state. Were from North Georgia and the service is excellent there too.

I like shopping here cause everything is fresh and fhe store is nice and clean, employees are courteous and helpful.

The spanish lady at the self checkout was very rude, she kept staring at me while i was doing self checkout, As if Im going to steal something.She did not do that to the other customers that were there at the self checkout but just me.I started to think that i was being discriminated by her behavior, for my color and race. (yes i was the only “colored one” that was there.) and this isnt the first time either(same lady) she was greeting customers except me, and glanced at me.Will never go back.

Always clean, always well stocked, always full of friendly employees. Beautiful produce. Full bakery selection. Every time I have asked someone to help me locate an item (because no 2 Publixs are set up the same...facepalm...), they have always walked me over to the item. Everyone is so well informed in that store. The restroom is always clean, too. Ive never had to wait in line too long, they always seem to have enough registers open. Its so nice to shop somewhere where I dont have to check myself out. They certainly know how to make shopping a pleasure!

They could do to educate/replace some staff members as there have been a couple times that I have been spoken to like Im some incompetent child. Was not impressed with that at all. I did tell the store manager and he said hed look into it. Wonder if he actually will.

The only reason for my low rating for this Publix location is that it literally stinks in the store!! This is due to the seafood counter. It smells like rotten fish and it permeates the back of the store. I wont be shopping this location any more, even though its closest to where I live.

This Publix use to be great. Now there are many times you go into the store on the day their ad starts and you cant get items that are on sale. I have switched to the Loop Publix or Partin Settlement. This Publix just as a go to if Im in a hurry.

Super clean and good lighting. Great Bogo sales. Pharmacy people are very pleasant and helpful. The only place I can buy Ezekiel bread and pastry in this neighborhood.

I love Publix but the grocery manager is a rude person. At beginning of the month of July I asked him if it was possible to order 28 Nutramigen ready to feed formula for August 7th and he looked at me and said a very mean yes. He didn’t even asked for my name he just walked away like he was “making the order” I don’t know. So I call today august 6 2021 to see if the order will be ready for tomorrow and this manager said “I don’t know what is coming in truck”. This location just loss a loyal customer. Thank you

As always good products but very disappointed with the cashier. I cant believe in a Hispanic community an employee was very disrespectful and discriminatory against people speaking Spanish. This is so wrong

This store is amazing! Because of its employees. Publix service always stands out, but this location especially. Shivy and Kristin were so patient with my complicated checkout where method of payment kept failing to the point of contacting customer support. Kristin even kept my loaded grocery cart in the cooler I while I resolved the payment issue. Susan and Marcel were also great and compassionate knowing what I just went through when I returned just for couple more items. They also have a cool manager Eric that I’ve run into couple years ago. Here’s your overdue shoutout. This kind of service and empathy makes me overlook Publix high prices. Thank you guys for your awesomeness!

The majority of the employees are wearing masks which makes me feel comfortable since I recently recovered from Covid.I had to inform a cashier that juices, meats, milk, sodas, water or any heavy items should always be doubled bagged.

Wonderful staff and great selection! The meat and seafood that they have is always fresh and very good quality.

I’m so disappointed of this store. I ordered some sandwiches online and my husband went to pick them. The two employees at the bakery were super rude and said he needed to wait (we already wait for about an hour) and start raising their voices, even called my husband “ignorant”. Then “the manager” Mr. Phill came just to say he was on break and couldn’t do anything… Like “seriously”? One of the employees came out of the kitchen area and confronted my husband trying to instigate a fight… are we in the hood?

This is probably the only Publix I have been too thats considered “Ghetto” let me explain.There are tons of homeless people walking around the parking lot asking for money, they will talk to you about taking your cart and putting it back for money.I have had multiple encounters of homeless people walking up to me saying “I can out the cart back for you for an extra buck” the times I say no thank you they will literally stay right next to you until you are done. This makes me feel completely unsafe!Dont get me started on the entrance thats where all the homeless people sit/rest asking for money. I heard that drug dealers hang around this Publix parking lot multiple times.Once you go inside its always packed! People that go to this Publix just always has a weird vibe to them. Just this Publix isn’t it. If you wanna have a good grocery shopping day go to another Publix but just not this one.

Good just really went to the deli. But fast and great service. I like publix. The cold cuts or sandwich meat is good quality.

So. My first time at the pharmacy in Publics. Had to pick up pain pills at 2:30pm.45 min later. One of the pharmacist walks past me on his way to a break Im guessingSay the prescription is ready. 15 min after that I received the pills. Smh took the lady 15 minutes to figure out how to input my drivers license into the computer. Ill try my best to avoid that.BTW while waiting I heard 2 other complaints 1 guy waiting 2 hours plus having to come back 2 days later to get the rest. And a family in vacation waiting for at least an hour. As they was complaining when I arrived at the beginning.

The fact they have two tall ash trays on either side of the entrance slowly killing your shoppers who try to stay as healthy as possible. From now on I will no longer support publix and will shop at whole foods or the fresh market....

When i go to buy at Publix i get all my list in the same place and they have fresh fruit and veggies. Thank Publix.

Didnt like the worker in the deli area Harrison. Terrible customer service. Horrible attitude. Had to ask for a new person. Charlotte came. She was ok. Not too much better. Must be a Kissimmee attitude. Rude.Tampa Publix Markets are much more customer friendly.

Prices are a bit higher than most places but the quality of the deli and bakery are superb. Customer service is also superior to most marketplaces.

I am surprised today when I baught some ice creams from John young branch and That was tasteless when I checked then found expired a month ago. I never expect these type of blunders from superstore like Publix. Please be careful and always check expiry date on it.

Great experience shopping at Publix.

I ordered a birthday cake from this store 2 weeks ago. I spoke with the cake decorator and told her what I wanted. She acted as if she fully understood me about my cake order. On August 22, 2020, when I went to go pick up the cake it was not what I ordered. I spoke with the bakery manager Max and I told him my concern about the cake. His exact words to me were We did you a favor, we were not supposed to do a cake-like that. I told Max if you could not do the cake I should have been informed that upon placing this order. I was very upset and left crying about my cake being ruined and my birthday celebration. I paid $ 100 dollars for this cake. So I feel like I should have gotten what I ordered. I am also appalled that Publix a place I shop regularly treated me so horribly, but had no problem taking my hard-earned money. I am also beyond that upon placing this order it took me over 2 days to talk with someone who could understand me. I would like someone to reach out to me and let me know how you will prevent this from happening to other customers. In the meantime, I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and let friends and family know to do the same. Thank you for the birthday cake from HELL.

Smaller Publix but really nice. Inside is very well lit, shopping carts are always nicely arranged and cleaned. The staff has always been super friendly and professional. The store itself is always properly stocked, especially with fresh produce. I shop here at least twice a week, highly recommend.

Somewhat light on cashiers (pandemic workers revolt and all, i assume), but I always appreciate the layout of this Publix.
