Friendly staff, easy to check out. They have occasional stocking issues with certain products but in general theres a good selection of items. Just remember that BOGO you must get 2 items. If it says 2 or 3 for $5 (or whatever) you can buy just 1 at the sale price

Great publix always have fresh seafood/meat. Prepared foods and meals are on point.

We were kicked out because we had our service dog with us. Guess management here would rather have my wife die or collapse on the ground than have a small dog in a cart

The manager in the deli was a very helpful and nice gentleman. They way he greeted us and smiled showed he loves what he is doing. Larger guy but moved to help us. The reason for explaining was the other 3 people were to busy talking about personal stuff and not watching their surroundings. So thanks to MOD for the help!!

Im giving them a 3 star because their not very friendly. Theres a young man name Ben that works their hes nice. Most of the people that works there seems to be too busy to smile, theyre only there to work.😟Publix is a nice store BUT. They need to try an relax a little more.

Overall it is great. The people making the subs and getting the hot food need to pick up the pace and move faster. Also, they need to be more friendly and speak English!

Generally speaking, its OK as a grocery store. However, if you venture back to the seafood counter, it stinks - big time! It smells like theres something going bad back there. I may shop at a different Publix in the future.

I have been a customer of this Publix Super Market for 11 years now. For the length of the time I have enjoyed their excellent customer service and how everything seems to be in the right place. So, congratulation Publix at Osceola Village for the delivering excellent customer Service all these years!

I love Publix! The consistency of friendly customer service and cleanliness is unmatched. This store in Sunrise is my regular store. What I dont love is the hoards of vacationers that do not adhere to current county ordinances.

We come from western NY. Our favorite grocery store in the country is Wegmans. Nothing comes close and comparing Wegmans to Publix is not fair because theyre not even in the same league. Publix does however do a great job. Stores are clean and employees are friendly.

I noticed prices at the grocery store have gone up I was informed that this was because of the gas pipeline Incident. However we were informed by the news that Florida does not get their gas coming from that particular pipelin Therefore as a consumer I am Concern about the grocery stores raising prices due to gas situation.

Take advantage of the buy one get one free deals, its not a secret.... Publix is expensive but they have the best customer service!!!

I am so impressed by her customer service which truly shows me Publix only hires the best of the best to represent their company. Thank you, Samantha for doing more than asked and surpassing my expectations. You put a huge smile on my mother face tonight but most importantly, made me a forever customer. Poor customer service in the deli department . They gave me a burnt rotisserie chicken. When i asked for another one she told me that they would be coming out with all the packaged chicken in five minutes. I waited and no one came out I told one of the deli workers that I was waiting for the chicken she gave me a rude look and then said they are all that way they are all burnt. Horrible service.

I just love Publix!

The worst Publix in the region! Aida one of the cashiers working tonight, decided to practice nepotism at its best! Left me there waiting for 15 minutes plus while she decided to help either friends or family members. I had to talk to the manager, which kindly decided to open another register to help. Customers should come first! Not friends nor family members. It got so bad the lady next in place walked away, packed up her stuff and went to the self service register. PUBLIX Where shopping IS NOT A PLEASURE anymore!!!

Went to the deli to order a sandwich. I asked the clerk if he had low sodium ham. He said hes not sure but he would check. I told him that if he doesnt have it I will take cooked ham but thin sliced either way. He comes back with a pre-sliced ham that I know its not either one I asked for. He says its another ham that they already have cut for sandwiches. I show him the cooked ham I want and he keeps preparing my sandwich with the other ham. I walked out.

If youre going to the deli, ask for Sammy!

Great place to shop for your food everything is fresh and delicious plus the employee are friendly and helpful cant go wrong.

Very helpful! Also they let you taste some of the brands. Look for the abc circle marking by the price and you can ask for a taste test.
