I already had this company install a new kitchen ! They did a great job n great price! Now im back again doing 4 more kitchens! I highly recommend them

I wish I could leave less than one star. This place is absolutely terrible. Definitely DO NOT recommend them. In the beginning, they were very nice and serviceable. After we paid (over $10,000) for a kitchen remodel, everything changed. Blaming everything on COVID, they took over a month to deliver our cabinets. They sent a set of workers that completely destroyed one of our walls and messed up the electrical. Some outlets are not functional still. We started paying monthly $400 for a kitchen that wasn’t even assembled. The only good thing about this place is the installer Onyx. After several trips made by other installers that were not doing the job right, he came once and fixed everything left over. The guys that assembled the granite tops ruined two of our walls and had to pay a contractor to come fix all the walls after they were done. This whole process has taken over 8 weeks and my wife is pregnant and hasn’t been able to cook throughout this process.

This place was recommended to us. We were looking for a place to do our kitchen countertops. The environment is friendly, professional, & speak your language. They answer all our questions to the point to make us feel comfortable and the price was reasonable. The day they brought in the counters, we were amazed by the professionalism everything was done. 🤩 I definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience throughout the whole process from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and very helpful to my wife and myself on picking colors to designs for our home Kitchen, Bath and Floors. The time from when they started to finish was accommodated to our work schedules as we had originally requested. Final results the work done in the home is immaculate we are happy with the outcome and for the price they gave us we could not go wrong. I love the work this company did in my home. I didn’t think that an older house would be transformed to look so modern and as beautiful as it does. It makes me so happy to wake up in the morning and see the amazing work that has been done. This company’s work has truly satisfied my expectations. I knew nothing about them and found them by Google search. They were in my budget so I choose them. Service at the store was good as their follow up home visit. Not knowing who they were does cause hesitation specially with a 60% required deposit. They didnt disappoint and delivered on time. kitchen and bathroom look great.Now my 5 stars is because they gave me a fair price and kept their word something a lot of business dont.

Reason why I give them 2 stars: When we called to make an appt they saw us that same day (great!!!!); the person who designed our new kitchen was fantastic (Carlos); they gave us the date of installation and they were right on time. Ill go to the final product and it is fantastic along with the price. The in between was a nightmare. There was absolutely no communication between themselves. They will tell you one date and will not show because whatever excuse. I had to follow up with calls almost daily. Asked for days off from work because they would be there and no show. Bottom line, of you dont have a timeline, if you have time to spare for week on end, then this is your place. I will not recommend for that one reason. They told us it would take from the installation day, 4 days and it took 2 weeks. Thats with me calling almost everyday. Again fantastic product however no organization at all.

I have to congratulate Carlos, Jesus and David. Everything was running great. Carlos, the salesman, was wonderful. But they have to get more organized. My trouble with them was not being on time and they have to acknowledge that no matter how big or small the job is it is as important to them. . The final product was awesome. My kitchen looks beautiful. Thanks to Jesus for following up with everything. Thank you.

The owners are great and did whatever they could to make sure I was satisfied with the work on my new kitchen cabinets.The reason I cant give this company 5-stars is because of some of the people they sent to my house... Some hardly spoke any English and almost everytime they had been extremely late or didnt show up at all to a scheduled appointment.When they did show up they did a good job.Overall minus missed or late appointments everything else was good..Quick rundown.Good prices.great owners.Quality product.Quality work.They show up late if at all.Limited English.

Our experience was awesome and a pleasant one. Everyone from the Owners, sales person and the installer were really polite and respectful. Clean work and quick installation very happy with all the work.

Its been almost one year since we had done our new kitchen and bath cabinets and I am still loving everything. We worked with Marriane and she is an amazing person to work with. She worked with everything we asked for. Gave us plenty of time to make a decision. And every follow up with her was just outstanding. The guy who installed the cabinets and the guy who put the cabinets together have golden hands.( I forgot their names)you can tell that they are pros at what they do.I recommend this place cause they know their job.Thanks.

The best customer service with great prices. I’m very happy with my new cabinets!

Very nice people until its time to do the work. They spend a whole day installing the cabinets. After 16hrs of work, cabinets were scratched and not aligned properly. Called the office the next morning and supposedly someone was coming and it was 3pm and still waiting. I finally called to confirm someone was on their way, come to find out they were too busy to come after I wasted a whole day waiting for them. A few days later granite was being installed. Granite was a total different color than choosen when contract was signed and I was not aware until I came from work that evening and the job was already done. Molding was part of the design and they kept insisting that it was not. So they did installed it but a total different color and you can tell they tried to pain it to try to match the color. I can actually go on and on. They basically do whatever they need to do to get you off their backs and that would have been fine if the job was done right. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

I was shopping around to get the kitchen redone as an aniversary gift for the wife. Looked at a couple of spots but as soon as I visited Original Granite and Cabinets I knew this was the place. I was greeted promptly by Aysamal and who invited me to speak with Savi about what I was looking for. Needless to say they were well equipped to assist me in what I was looking for. They have a great team and really worked to get the job done as quick as possible. Wife was extremely happy and I cant recommend them enough!

I have been dying to remodel my Kitchen for over 5 years. When choosing a company for anything I am probably the most picky/specific person (just ask my husband). I had roughly 9 estimates with Original Granite & Cabinet being 8 of 9! From beginning to end this company has beyond exceeded my expectations. I even cancelled estimate #9 because I was confident they would create my vision. Jackie was AMAZING, this wonderful lady not only held my hand through the process but even responded to my panicked text on a Saturday ON HER BIRTHDAY while she was at the beach!!! Can you believe that level of professionalism and service? I couldnt either... no matter how many times I freaked out, she calmed me down and got the job done. Xavier walked into my house and designed it like it was his own! He suggested changes to make within 2 minutes of walking in, something 7 other companies did not even care to do. The detail, care, and effort was beyond meeting my expectations. My main concern was budget and what I wanted was of course out of my budget. I decided to settle on regular cherry wood color cabinets because they were running a special & that was in my budget BUT Xavier was not having it. Jackie quoted My husband wants you to have the kitchen of your dreams and so we tweaked where we could and I couldnt be happier. MY HOUSE LOOKS AMAZING YALL!!!! Not only would I recommend this company to everyone because they are affordable AND professional but because they are plain and simple down to earth individuals who are not in this business to just make money. I couldnt leave out Onix the installer he also made a lasting impression with his mannerism. They have truly created my vision and my kitchen looks BOMB YALL!!! I will post pictures shortly. :)

When i first came into store i felt good but once i gave deposit everything changed they do not communicate and they switch prices on you they are not reliable i had my cabinets installed 2 months ago and im still waiting on parts that they didnt have at installation i definitely will not recommend this company to anyone its its gotten so bad i am looking to call channel 9 news to expose the crooked practices..... stay away you have been WARNED!!!

I am so disappointed in this company very unprofessional I dont even know where to start... Always late and I dont mean like 10 mins I am talking hours one day they did not even show up... forgets pieces, left my kitchen unfinished in what I was told would be a 4 hour job they were here for 6 hours and had to leave due to not having piece. Then told they would be back at 10am to finsih.. might I say I have no running water in my kitchen while I wait good thing I did not let them turn off whole house like he wanted to.. it is now 11am and still no one here to fix what should have been done yesterday. Now lets get into how my kitchen looks.. like a 5 year old did the job broke some of my back splash dust everywhere not the right edging and granite does not even look like the one I picked out in the warehouse to top it all off scratches and chips everywhere glue left for me to clean. Even had to contact another company to come out and make faucet hole bigger on holiday weekend cause they did not do it right $$$$ ... beware..... I was told by this company granite is natural stone so there should be cracks and pits... sorry but for the money I spent on what I thought was reputable dealership I should not have cracks.. I was told they would fix the issue and guess what still no word from them I was told they would contact there distributor and be in touch that was over a week ago. I tried posting images of there work for you all to see on their fb page but they will not approve the images. I contacted other granite company had them come out and look at it and was told they would have never installed this piece they would have used this for scraps. Soooo pissed...

Bad service, they are not responsible people since a contract was made with them since March and we have had many setbacks with them and still in August they owe us a drawer and a door from the cabinets in my kitchen that we are doing The installation of the counter was damaged and we are still hoping that they will not replace them, apart from the fact that the service was terrible and a bad job done, I was not happy with the installation of the granite or with the sink since my husband was half fixed and it still looks ugly .In short, very bad work, I do not recommend them.

We are satisfied with the work, one or another detail was presented, quickly attended to with responsibility especially from the Owner and his Team. My kitchen and my bathrooms were to my liking. And I hope that you continue to be ready to take customer calls. We highly recommend to friends and family.
