Friendly staff and helpful on finding items. I bought a few types of palm trees and they where able to load them on my truck with a forklift. No damage and forklift operator new what he was doing.

This location was clean which is important to me. The shelves were not cluttered. The employees over all were polite and asked me if I needed assistance with what I was looking at. In most businesses today employees dont engage with the customer.

We stopped in to p/u caulk and look at paint for our door. The gentlemen there was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great advice give and being considered second picture finished product. Still need to finish around door.

Im trying to call & no one picks up. I was even transferred once They did to the proper department & the line just kept ringing. Was waiting on the phone for almost an hour & no one picked up

Used to live in Reunion and used to go to this home depot all the time. Moved to Winter Garden and tried to go to Clermont st50. Was very dissatisfied with the answers And prejudging and manager could not help me. Decided to go to Poinciana one and guess what- they did exactly what they do! Great customer service- got my discount no problem thanks to Samantha at the appliance department!! She was awesome! It is the second home we are doing and buying all of the appliances is not cheap so you look for discounts right? They granted the discount and I will not go anywhere else but there! They are just nice nice friendly storeMany thanks!

David R. in the flooring department was wonderful! Went there with certain idea of what flooring to get but discovered my research didnt lead me to a good choice for my personal needs. David was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different flooring types and though I ended up spending more, I feel confident I chose the right product. He was very polite and patient with my questions and very transparent in informing me of the installation costs and timeline. Hes definitely an asset to the Home Depot company.

Arrived at store for curbside pick up at 5:45pm, confirmed my spot in parking spot 3 and proceeded to wait 25 min. Nothing was brought out to me for curbside pickup, so I went in the store, straight to customer service and was not greeted by the guy behind the desk. He was on the phone and never acknowledge that I was there. He continued to speak on the phone for the 10 min I was standing there. So I had to ask a floor associate doing returns if he could help me out, and he did. I believe the guy behind the desk was the store manager with big purple letters on his apron( I could not read the name) and slicked back hair. Great customer service MR. Manager.

As Home Depots go, this one is ok with service, ok with supply, average with assortment and ok with cleanliness. A solid 3 across the board but since its close to home, it bumps up to a 4.

Aisles are cluttered with boxes of merchandise that should be stocked on the shelf. Shopping there is like walking through a maze of a big mess.

I wish there was a way to give no stars! Absolutely most horrible experience ever! Placed an online order and went to pick it up when it told me to. Went to the store they told me my item was in the warehouse they had to get it out. Ok so we waited. Then I was told oh no its on the truck. We waited ..then after 2 long hours of waiting in the store I was told it wasnt on the truck! It was never in the store..the lady who does receiving sent it back due to it being damaged...kinda funny how 3 were delivered and all 3 are damaged! Dont buy it. Call the corporate number. They cannot help me. Now after being in the store for over 2 hours my blood is boiling and all I want is my 349$ fireplace which I paid for and still do not have! Customer service at this location is aweful. Corporate is not much better. Will not be using home Depot in the near future this is for sure. 🤬🤬🤬

This has to be the most organized Home Depot we’ve been to. All staff is friendly and always ask if they can help you. They walk you to where you need to go and explain how to achieve things you need done in your home. Juan helped us in plumbing and was very gracious. He consistently helped with a good friendly nature. Every single time we’ve come has been a pleasure.

Store is well organized and the cashier are really helpful, the floor help however,its poor and associates do not care to help,I was standing at the panel saw for nearly 30 minutes and asked for help to every passing associate, and sat there patiently, I had my sheet of plywood loaded measured and ready... when the mill works associate was finally back from lunch,it took him 30 seconds to do my cut. I wish this was exclusive to this home depot, but its not. Look back at my reviews I do not usually give negative reviews. But if you offer a service make sure it happens, Or do not offer it at all. Also a female associate called for the MOD during 10 minutes. Id still be waiting.Tou can see in my pics the associates walking past me. Just a poor experience.

The one on 192 has more stuff than the one on Poinciana Blvd but if you want a rental, Poinciana usually has better availability.

Incredible experience at this Home Depot location!! We met Ricky who helped us in the home blinds section. We cannot believe how amazing he was!! He took the time to help us and was very patient. Not only did he help us figure out what we needed, he left us feeling like we made a friend. A typically simple and quick interaction turned in to making me love the Home Depot brand. I never gave it a thought prior to this visit but I am a HUGE Home Depot fan after this visit. Ricky is EXCEPTIONAL and is a huge asset to your brand!

I only visited the garden section. Overall, prices were comparable to local nurseries. The amount of stock was great. I got exactly what I needed which was potting soil for my orchid and sunflowers and a pretty new pot for my orchid. Helpful staff and cautious as he stopped us before running in front of a forklift.

I have dealt with many Home Depots in multiple states and this has to be the worst one regarding customer service. I have literally tried to call to get updates on an order and have been hung up on, put on hold then hung up on. I have never had to call corporate ever on any Home Depot in all my 20 years of using them for multiple houses, but I had to call today. Then when they called me back they said that she had never had any complaints, but we complained to HER two times in the past about the same issues. I just do not know what to say about that. Well I do, but that wouldnt be appropriate here.

On April 17th at 8pm. I was looking for a transition piece in flooring. Cristiano helped me find the person in flooring. The person in flooring didnt introduce himself and was rushing me. He was very rude and wasnt helpful. He directed me to the isle but, I couldnt match what I needed. Instead of going back to ask him for more help. I just left.

I had to walk all the way to the Pro department to pick up an online order. This is the only Home Depot store with this stupid idea.

Good customer service when I go. Was looking for sealer on Wed and. the Behr paint rep was there and they gave me all the info I need to do my project. They even went a extra step to contact another store to have them set the sealer a side for me since it was selling so fast. I have been trying to get my hands on this sealer for 3 weeks now.Pedro was the Behr rep and he was assisted by another young man good info and customer service. Especially when you can talk to the vendor directly of the product you are buying.

They have what you need but finding it is another story. The help at this location acts like they are doing you a favor when they help you find an item. I live local and have for a few years now. I am now making an effort to go to the location in Davenport. I am not speaking of one incident at this location but many. My last one I had a price Discrepancy and didn’t know till the register the person at the register gave me a major attitude and basically said go back to the department and figure it out so I went to the manager and he also was no help and did not honor the listed price even after I did the walking took the picture of the item and the price listed to prove they had messed up the price, and it wasn’t huge I wasn’t looking for $100 item for $10 it was charging me yardage not by the foot which is not how it was listed. He said sorry can’t help you which is of course a lie because the minute I walked out they now have to list that carpet at a reduced rate because it’s already cut . I went to the Home Depot in Davenport and spoke to the sales person there (Esmay or Esma)in carpets she helped me gave me the correct listed price a difference of $12.76 and I left a happy and now loyal customer to the Davenport location. What happened to customer service? If your looking for the answer to that don’t go to this Home Depot location they don’t have that answer.

THIS WAS OUR 4TH ATTEMPT AT GETTING OUR BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER AND YET AGAIN….THE PRODUCT IS SEVERELY DAMAGED!!!! THEY PROMISED US WHITE GLOVE SERVICE AND THIS WAS THE WORST ITS LOOKED!!!!! WE ARE ABSOLUTELY LIVID!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT!!!!

So I cannot explain the return line. Just dont return things...it is all mixed up with the line for online pickup and they take forever. I have returned at other locations. No problem .

I visited about 5 times out if the 5, 3 of the visits was beyond terrible. I tried asking staff for help and they had no clue. I told them it say online you have it and instead of helping me figure this out or if they didnt know find someone to help figure out the questions. I was just told I dont know customer service is terrible at this location out of my experience out of the 5 visits. The other two I just went on a hunt knowing staff is no help. I guess I should apply since home depot is hiring ppl to just stand around and talk and play on there phones. Not joking either. Customer Service Is Not satisfactory to me.

We have been living here for a few months now and this store is one of the better Home Depot’s I have been too. Staff is always willing to help and friendly. If they can’t answer a question they do their best to get the answer you need. They honor active duty and veterans and are very accommodating. I’ll be coming here for any of my future builds and projects.

I waited 30 minutes for a loader to help me load a heavy item into my truck. And no one showed, ultimately I had to load an item that requires 2 people by myself. Lowes and harbor freight are 100 times more helpful

Mixed feedback for this store. Couldnt get any help in Lumber. Got every excuse from 4 sales associates why they couldnt help. Very poor service. Then I went to checkout 10 2x4x8 boards and a few other items. I had the nicest cashier, polite and helpful. She needs to be promoted and train the floor staff in doing their job and customer service.

Bought new electric mower. 14 in stock. Got it home it was used had grass under deck was a return. Now drive 15 miles to return it.

Clean store and great service from most employees. I drive 30m to shop here. Unfortunately, my last experience was NOT pleasant at all. I was stoped at the front door by a cashier who turned off light of her register when saw me coming to pay. Make the story short when I was leaving she said to show her the receipt to make sure I paid. She was very rude and cero customer service. My card was heavy since I had bought 6 large boxes of tiles. She could easily check with the other cashier next to her before single me out and assuming I didn’t pay. All of this happened at the door. I was embarrassed by the way she approached me and accused me. Since she was also showing an attitude I asked to speak with manager Alicia. I waited 15 min for manager to show up. The manager said she will handle the situation but i’m not sure if she did or not since my husband over heard her talking to another employee outside the store about the situation. She had no idea he was with me, very disappointing to hear the comment she made! Definitely, that employee need more training and the manager needs to look around before making comments about the customers. No even Walmart treat their customers the way I was treated. Obviously, I had my receipt showing I paid $270. Worst experience ever!

Had an interesting issue with a lawn mower we purchased and we needed just the owners manual. Mike whom I spoke to on phone and in the store was very gracious and helpful. Spoke to 2 other associates in the store all of whom where helpful and understanding.

Don’t use Home Depot’s installation team for a new water heater, they sent a 3rd party company that wanted to charge me $4500.00 for a $1500.00 water heater and installation. It’s a 3/4 hour job so that’s almost $1000.00 an hour. Insane, than when I told them I got a quote for $2000.00 he said he would match it, just like that he was willing to take off over $2000.00 after I said that.

Also remember to stay safe and healthy from the Coronavirus(COVID-19), so wear masks at all times, have hand sanitizer, stay 6ft apart, and no touching of any kind at all times when entering anyplace from anywhere at anytime including restaurants and stores, so stay safe and healthy for better lifetimes and greater futures for all who live.

I went to pick up an online purchase placed in one of those pickup locker inside the front entrance. All you have to do is key in the code that you received via email and or text and the designated locker drawer will pop open. Just take your item out and close the drawer and hit done. This is only for small items that would fit in those lockers.After that I went in to buy lysol laundry sanitizers. Perfect timing because it wasnt available online and took a chance to verify whether anymore were still available. I believe I got the last two....no one left?

My husband found the lawn mower he wanted and one of the employee outside help him get it in the car. Great customer service!

Lets do this..? This location sucks! Set up order for curbside pick up. Arrive and follow the instructions as per the email, test and parking lot signs. No responce. Call the store phone just rings and rings gave up around 30 or so. Call back ask the computer for the MOD (manager on duty) that line is supposed to be picked up with in 3 rings I gave up there too around 45 as my friend went inside found 4 associates talking at the service desk as the phone rang off the hook. He brought my stuff out and had us loaded in under 5 minutes. Sad! (&yes I do work for the company)

Customer Service never, never answers the phone. To find out my order status I had to go 3 times to the store. Every time there was a change in the status, until I finally got it. If they would’ve answered the phone I would’ve saved a lot of time.I was the only person in the line and I waited in 15 minutes before 1 of the 3 customer associates said they will right back. While standing there I Whitney the phone ringing and the associates looking at the phone saying: “that telephone drives me crazy”. The other employees laughed and nobody answered.This store it’s either way busy for the personnel they have; or there’s not good management.Thank asked for help in any section, and I either leave after 20 mins waiting and nobody showing up; or keep trying until ai find someone. Too much waste of time for a customer to spend almost an jour finding someone to help.Then, few years from now employees and CEO’s wondering or making excuses for the business having to close so many stores to be able to survive. It’s Business 101: Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Every weekend when I stop to return something the line is almost 30 minutes wait with only 1 register opened!Managers please do something this is NOT the first time that this happens Lowe’s return is a 5 min wait (max).

I had a pleasant experience during this visit. I was looking for indoor plants and found the aisles well labelled and easy to navigate. I was particularly pleased to see Assistants who provided good advice. Then I wanted to find an outdoor bench so I went to the front and immediately was approached with offer of help in seeking out my shopping. Now, as I reflect, I was helped by 4 Home Depot staff; all very friendly, all with smiles on their faces. Is this a new approach in providing best customer service? I will take it!Thanks Home Depot!

I always find everything I need for my home @ this store and (Rent a pick up) is one of the great services they provide at this location for only $20/hour.They have more stuff online and its always free to pick up at the store.The staff are professionals and they help you in every question you ask.Huge parking lot.

Went there to order dishwasher. It was an effort because I am handicapped. When I got there they told me I couldnt purchase it because they couldnt get online, their systems were down. The dishwasher was on sale and its only on sale until December 3rd, today is Black Friday. So I asked if they could guarantee me the price for the dishwasher and then when I get down there again I can get it. They told me, that I couldnt, that they would not guarantee the dishwasher price. Went home to try to order online and it was $100 more. So I asked them if they could give me the price thats in the store and they said no they couldnt and their lines are down too. Little to say I am not happy with Home Depot

I mean who doesnt love Home Depot?!? As Im renovating my home, Home Depot has become my go to. I find that their prices are much better than that of Lowes. The customer service is great here, at this location. The folks there are always ready to assist. Id recommend Home Depot over Lowes on any given day!

Good selection of items for home projects. Curbside pickup doesnt work, had to wait 30 mins. I checked in online, by text and even tried calling. The car parked next to me waited even longer. Please improve.
