I called to inquire when the soda machines that have been down for weeks now might come back up. After 15 rings I reached fastest phone in the east (sorry, I have no idea what she said when answering). She had no idea when I can expect repairs on drink station. She did not offer to ask a manager why the entire drink station is down or when it will be working. It is like you dont want repeat guests anymore... Is it me? If you really want to get rid of guests take the ATMs out also. Youll never see me again. Sorry to have inconvenienced your staff by calling...

Its been almost a year since my last visit to any Wawa store its just become too inconvenient. Today I needed something I knew I could get there and not at DD my normal morning stop. I put together my order on the app choosing this location for the items I wanted (passing another store closer to me and way more convenient to my commute.) I placed my order as curb side pick up, part of my reasoning for stopping my almost daily visits was my handicaps that prevented me from carrying things back to the car. I waited over half an hour then called the store to tell them I was out front. Nothing. Called again after another 15 minutes and was hung up on. Called back got manager who apologised and brought my order out. Said it didnt come thru as curb side. If I had been told that first we could have worked thru the error.On to my order... my coffee assuming it had been sitting as long as I had was still warm, I really dont think it was made as ordered. I also ordered 2 bottles of iced tea (diet lemon, was my choice but I guess I pick diet half n half cause thats what I got). I dont know if itll be another year but it will be a while before I return again. Sad very sad... and where were the fn pretzels?

I walked in to get something to eat but the kitchen is closed I asked the worker why They closed the kitchen he said they were short staffed. They weren’t short staffed it looks like they did not want to work what so ever.

Stopped to get lunch. Ordered a greek with chicken pitas, toasted, and substituted feta for white cheddar. After picking up my order, I left, and went to meet some friends.. started eating my pitas sandwich only to see it had very little tzatziki sauce and no cheese.Very disappointed!

I love this place! If they decide to make hamburgers, a lot of established burger joints will suffer. The employees go out of their way to assist customers in need. Im a rewards member who keeps between $40 - $100 on the Wawa gift card. So, Im always getting rewarded with freebies.

I love going to Wawa and this is a pretty good store. It can be a little dirty at times and have a long wait for food during certain hours. The food has been good when Ive had it, and the coffee is usually a good temperature. They offer different flavors at times too.

Their Fresh baked products are great. Their Food is better than most fast food restaurants. Their service is fast, professional, and courteous: They are so good I can see them putting all other convenience stores out of business. There simply is no reason to go to any other convenience store if you are near a Wawa.

This gas station always has jacked up prices comparing to other Wawa around that are so close by. I advise anyone before going there to look at the surrounding gas stations and youll get a price. Trust me

This has to be the worst wawa location! Never have the food items that they show in their menus, the kitchen shuts down super early and the staff tends to be kinda rude

Terrible experience here. Employees don’t wear name badges and are rude, nasty and unprofessional. Employees refuse to identify themselves when asked and refused a manager when asked. Magically the supervisor appeared after pretending to take photo of employee and was also rude and unprofessional. Definitely the opposite of Wawa’s “Core values” illustrated on their website. Also unsanitary and cross contamination!

The manager Luis needs some more training on customer service.I was on my was home from work and attempted to stop to get my kids some doughnuts from another wawa down the road but they were virtually out didnt have anything my kids liked. I called ahead to this location because i really dont want to be in and out of a lot of different places if I can help it.The manager answers the phone and when I start asking about their doughnut selection he just hangs up on me.I called back and figured that maybe, just maybe, the call was dropped and he didnt actually hang up on me.When I ask if he had heard my question he said yes and I put you on hold I started to tell him that it is usually nice to be told you are being put on hold but before I could finish he hung up on me again.I stopped at the store and spoke to him about it and all he got upset with me and all he said to me was I didnt hand up on you. He offered no explanation or apology. He just stood there and stared at me.I walked away to go purchase the last doughnuts i will ever buy from this company. Yes the doughnuts are more expensive other places but I guess you get what you pay for.I have no idea what his issues are but because of him the rest of the people who work there get lumped in with this one star review.

I really like this location. Ive never had a problem until today. My husband and I went to grab lunch and when we got to our appointment we realized that both hoagies were wrong. So I called and spoke with Carmelo, the manager, and told him about our order. He was very polite and understating! He replaced the whole order and even told us to keep the sandwiches that were incorrectly prepared. Thank you, Wawa and thank you Carmelo!

My co-worker and I went here for breakfast today. They messed up her breakfast sandwich. We didnt realize the mistake until after we got to work. We complained and they did their best to fix the mistake. We thought ok. mistakes happen lets go there for lunch. They not only messed up her sandwich a second time they completely left out my soup. we called and complained again. We now have to go out of our way AGAIN to have this mistake fixed. I think the employees need to be a little more mindful of what their customers are ordering and the managers should be able to refund the amount of the missing/messed up items over the phone so that the customers dont need to take time out of their day to go and fix something that wasnt their fault. ESPECIALLY if it happened TWICE in the same day!

If I could I would rate this location no stares, I went to machine to order milkshakes after I was finished I headed to the cash register, and the gentleman at the cash registers said, are those drinks? I said yeah milkshakes. He stated that the girl back there didn’t want to make them. I asked him for what reason, he just said she just doesn’t want to she’s the manager. I was very disappointed, because I go there almost everyday after work and buy the same thing. I don’t know what it is she’s properly being lazy, or something. But this is ridiculous.

I stop at this WaWa in the morning before work. Always terrible customer service. Big puddle of water on the floor that i brought to there attention and the employees were not concerned. I mopped the water up myself so someone wouldnt slip and fall!

Bike broke down, and needed a safe place to park and wait for the tow. On this day, they were giving away coffee, the staff was friendly and responsive, and it was located in a place that the tow driver knew. Turned my frowny day into a happy result.Definitely would recommend the coffee.

This Wawa is in a convenient location which means its busy most of the time. They need more staff to keep up sometimes there are ten people in line. Its not very clean either and with the homeless people that panhandle right at their doors its not very appealing.

This place is always a mess... try coming after midnight theres one cashier and nothing but dirty floors, lack of straws, lack of overall cleanliness. Disappointed that this nearest location is always looking so bad. I actually enjoy the food.

Too many customers waiting on line for another cashier to open a register ....and one of the employees name Joseph is wearing a working yellow vest super dirty ....and I believe he works at the kitchen too ....and if hes dealing with food he shouldnt be wearing dirty vest ....but I mean is like if hes picking up the garbage outside .....I love Wawa but the one at Vine Street has to learn a lot from the one at Saint Cloud....over there customers are priority ....is like if they have two different owners .....they need to have more training .

Just had a ceasar chicken wrap and it was just full of cartilage and some of the meat felt undercooked. They have been good before but this really put me off of them.

Im from South Jersey/Philadelphia, living in North Carolina.We vacationed in Florida so I was happy to see the Wawa near our vacation home. I was able to get authentic pretzels, but was very disappointed that the only hoagies sold were turkey and meatball. I had my heart set on an Italian hoagie. Overall it was a good experience.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Thanks to them not knowing how to count change and now using a machine I got 1 cent less than I was supposed to. I was FURIOUS when I counted my change to find that they robbed me of a penny.

My Family & I were staying near this WAWA location, Which made it handy for gas, cold drinks & tasty snacks. The Employees were very HELPFUL & POLITE & the TASTY AROMA of freshly Made-To-Go edibles made it harder to leave this Store w/o ordering something. When We left this WAWA to head back home & a LONG HARD drive ahead of Us, We purchased alot of SNACKS & COLD DRINKS & the Cashier on Duty WISHED Us a SAFE & HAPPY drive. WAWA has a SUPER selection of everything DRINKABLE & EDIBLE & Their prices are REASONABLE too.

Neatly stocked and most importantly clean bathrooms!! They just need more employees at the registers.

Its wawa as far as the food is concerned(always outstanding) but the place looks trashy outside with trash all over. Must of been a bad day for some of the employees..the cashier never spoke when i asked a question and they were out of some food stuffs, pretzels, etc. Think the staff is severely over worked and underpaid..this is a very bz wawa on 192.

Usually fast and on point with the oders! Just dislike the one off moments where Im waiting for my food to come out when its late and I am the only person in there with an order. Shouldnt be standing there for 10 minutes with a simple order.

Have friends that work at wawa so like supporting the company, but cant justify it when 3-4 visits still same issues. Employees park right by front door, shows what they think about their customers. Always a line to pay, wake up Wawa or sell this location to speedway or race track. Guess Illhave to go back to 7-11.😪.

Lots of homeless hanging around. Have to walk thru a cloud of smoke despite the No Smoking signs on the table. Excuse given to me was You could walk thru the other door. Staff was apologetic but gave further excuses. I spend a considerable amount of funds at this location (or rather did) filling up my car, boat, truck etc. and periodically a sandwich and drinks. Seems that they would rather pander to the homeless that leave their trash and cigarette butts outside than take care of their paying consumers. Sadly this is 2 miles from my house and the only local location that carries ethanol free fuel. Guess I will have to find somewhere else that appreciates their local consumers rather than those that crap the place up.

Great coffee in the morning and awesome Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches for lunch. Sure beats the gas stations we have here in Canada!
