Manual was AMAZING! We were on a family trip to Walt Disney world when my dad’s scooter died in the rain. He waited for us to get to the shop, help us find the right battery and change it.He saved our trip and we couldn’t have continued without it.I will recommend anyone I see with a scooter to come here.

Batteries Plus I went to bed early Plus for cell phone battery what right-hand guy said just a minute he was doing something and then he come off back. Took the better grab my phone I told him I need a battery for this you know please type of phone he walked right over pick one up right off the wall put it in it worked out perfectly so if you need batteries for any kind of electronics or drills or saws go to Batteries Plus man they will hook you up in a heartbeat they also have car batteries go by and check them out.

Its nice when you can walk into a place, show them what you need, they replace the battery and Im out... in about 15 minutes. I have used them before when I didnt know how to switch out the battery in my key fob. I will continue to do business there.

I can’t speak for all the stores but this batteries plus has awesome service. The first time I took my phone it wouldn’t charge they fixed it for free it was something simple like lint inside the charger. So since they did that for free I bought some batteries anyways nevertheless I have been back to purchase more batteries and fix other things like my beach speaker, my laptop, and a new iPhone. So if you have electronic device that needs a battery even a key fob for your car take it there first the guys are super nice and really good at their job

We have dealt with this store only for the location I find the owner very condescending and not knowledgable about batteries. As not resolving our issue and insisting it was our fault and not his battery. We went to the OBT store and Glenda solved it by replacing a fuse in the battery box which obviously Daniel had no idea the battery box had one. I will drive the extra few miles to get the help from someone more experienced.

July 23, 2020 I paid $85 to have my 2007 Dodge Magnum towed to Batteries Plus Bulbs Kissimmee, Florida to have a key cut from the original that worked perfectly well and to program the key fob to work with the remote start.Well needless to say neither of the two were successful. And no one contacted me to alert me that the key was in opt. The original key worked but the duplicate cut does not.So after making a blank trip. I found out that the whole point of my car being there had not been achieved.I was reimbursed the cost of the key duplicate cutting. And the tech admitted he did not know what was wrong or how to correct the problem. I was advised by the tech to purchase a battery from them which I did but to no avail not the answer.The refund is not fixing my major issue. Not only is my car not fixed nor do I have a programmed key fob. My new battery fix didnt help, my car will not crank, and now I have to get my car home.I should have been reimbursed for my towing as well. I should have been informed that the key didnt work, instead of it just being cut. Batteries Plus Bulbs should Tow my vehicle back to my house.I spent $335.00 not including $85.00 towing fee to have not accomplished any thing but a hefty price tag.The manager was very helpful in the initial start of the business at hand. The tech showed no remorse, nor helpful solution to my issues. Just a Im sorry.

Came here more than a month ago to get a new battery put in our iPad. We had an appt. later in the day but showed up 1st thing in the morning. The manager was there alone. We told him what we needed & he explained to us we could drop off the iPad & come back about an hour after our scheduled appt. to pick it up because their techs days are planned out by appts. That’s fair. He said but let me test it while you’re here to make sure that’s the problem. He did, the battery was bad but also was about 3 other things that they DO NOT repair. After having a private “discussion “ while still in the store we decided it would be more cost effective in the long run to go to Best Buy & buy a new iPad. I appreciate the honesty & candidness the manager at Batteries Plus offered us. He could just as easily put in a new battery, made $100 & sent us on our way with an iPad that still would have had issues. Thank you I highly recommend this business.

Wrong size battery was listed for my motorcycle. Made 43 mile round trip back to store to get different battery. Was given correct size battery. Had to return (43 more miles) to store and get different battery because + - were on wrong side of battery. Almost a total of 130 miles and $8 in tolls to get correct battery that fit my motorcycle.

I was able to order what I needed and guys were able to check with me see if it was the correct one.

They had the battery I needed for a key that didnt work but it was affordable enough not to return...

I go there. To replace my battery in my watch. That guy take my watch. He say the battery is good. And that he put new battery in my watch. And my watch did not work. I want to the jewelry shop. They put new battery in my watch. IWatch work Perfect. So sound to me. They did not want to fix my watch. Because you cannot see. Where the guy work on the watch? And that this is wrong. It should be glass. You can see what hes doing to you to watch.

They were unable to finish the repair, and one of the techs named Manuel tried to charge me for his “efforts.” Took it to U break I fix across the street and they showed me all the damage they had done to the inside of the phone (they melted the flash, left a pressure point on my screen and much more) luckily they were able to fix all Of the poor work done by Batteries plus Bulbs! Dont bring your power tool battery to get rebuild here. they ruined 2 of my snap on batteries. before bringing in my old snap on batteries to them for a rebuild, both of them charged on the charger but couldnt hold a charge for long. after a few months, one showed the same issue and the other one doesnt charge at all. drove there multiple times (40 min each way) to work with them so they can fix it, just to tell me they couldnt fix it and to buy a used one on ebay. If you guys couldnt do the job properly then why take on the job in the first place?

Prepaid for smoke detector batteries online and parts were waiting for me when I got to the store. Very quick and efficient sales people.

Was sold a rechargable 18650 battery. After charging it up at home, found that the battery was not compatible with my use case. Tried to return it and was told that the battery was used, despite the battery not being through one complete charge/discharge cycle. Their excuse was that it was a lower voltage, 4.1v instead of 4.2v. Surely one would just throw it on the charger to bring it back up to 4.2, especially when the battery is only a couple days out of the packaging and hasnt been completely discharged once. Buy your better quality 18650 batteries elsewhere.

Buyer beware do not buy Duracell golf cart battery brand. Garbage only lasted 1.5 years. Yes I always maintained the battery water with distilled water. I gave two stars because the .employees are nice but there’s nothing they can do. They just sell a bad product

There were two individuals at this location & they were a bit busy but courteous to each patron. The female attended to us & knew what the problem was before we informed her what the situation is she really knew her craft. She had me see the problem that was wrong with the battery so I was able to understand why the battery was not operable. I will surely return to Battery Plus for other issues. I was very pleased that I was able to receive a military discount too. A big Hooah to these folks.

Needed a laptop battery, but thought I would need to have it shipped. I discovered during my online search that this Batteries Plus location near my hotel had the battery I needed in stock. So I ordered online. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from the store to let me know the battery was ready to be picked up. So instead of waiting for the battery to be delivered to my home address, I got it same-day at my hotel and was able to keep rolling. The associates I dealt with were informative, helpful and nice. An excellent retail experience!

The associate that helped was very courteous. She got straight to putting my order in to fix my phone screen. They give you a specific time when to come back to pick up the phone and they were currently holding a deal for 10 dollars off the service. There is also a 6 month warranty on the service which is always a plus.

Weve recently purchased the Duracel Ultra car battery for our other vehicle and we were provided outstanding customer service. Will highly recommend to family, friends, co-workers, etc. You cant get this kind of customer service anywhere, its the Publix of shopping experience and we appreciate it.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. My boyfriend found the batteries we needed for our golf cart on their website. Called the store before ordering them to make sure they had them in stock. He was told they just needed to get two more then they would, so he spent over 900 dollars ordering the batteries. We get to the store and they try to give him batteries that are significantly less in cost and less in quality. He had to show them pictures of the ones he ordered, and told them hes bought the cheaper ones before and had problems with them. They finally agreed to give him a refund but it was still ridiculous they tried to pull a bait and switch scam on him. We will never buy anything from them again.

Buying online and picking up at the store was a smooth experience, however I forgot to use a 10% discount coupon and there is no option to cancel, even if the order status still open. Thats why Im giving 4 stars. Great service and great products.

Not only was I promptly assisted at the store in picking up my order, but they substituted a larger pack of Duracell batteries than the ones I had ordered (they didnt have the smaller pack) for the same price of the smaller package. My husband and I went to pick up our scooter battery we dropped off and when we spoke with the manager he said I don’t know what your here for and said there was nothing wrong with the battery. Well when I asked further questions he gave me attitude and said we can’t replace the batteries because it would be unethical in a condiscending way. Well they justLost my business at this location.

Terrible!I went to this place with 2 watches to replace their batteries, one is a Tommy (was a tommy) and the other one a Swiss Army. After a few days they both stopped working and the Tommy became a little foggy, I went back and they “fixed” them, no apologies, a lot of attitude, acting like it was my fault, no explanation either, when I asked he said it seems to be the gasket.Two more days and now the Swiss Army is foggy and the Tommy stopped working, I said to myself I’m not gonna waste more time with these guys, so I went to “Kissimmee Produce” yeah, that is right, inside there is a little place where they replace batteries, somebody recommended me.Way cheaper!, nice honest hard working guy from Venezuela.Unfortunately the Tommy watch couldn’t make it but at least I could save the Swiss Army.I didn’t go back to complain but I felt obligated to post this review and warn everybody.

Still waiting.... On Wednesday 3/30, I called this store looking for a replacement battery for my husbands phone. I was advised they would order it from their warehouse and that it would take 2 to 3 business days. Wed, thurs, and Friday passed. I call Monday 4/4 thinking the battery would arrive since it was the 3rd business day. Well... No battery. They told me they didnt have a status on the battery but that they would re-order it next day delivery. Well...Tuesday rolls around..guess what? Still no battery. Once again I was told it would be re-ordered (for the 3rd time). Bad business I say.
