Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. The staff made every accommodation for us and made us laugh as well as feel like we could easily become lifetime customers.. When in Kissimmee Florida and need car care ... THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION... One caveat.. They could use more seating in the waiting area and a coffee station... Kudos to the entire service team for a job well done .... Excellence in service...

Needed a headlight replaced for the return trip home from holidays. Really friendly and helpful young service tech got me in and out in just a few minutes, even though they were busy. He appreciated that it didnt make sense for me to sit around a couple of hours for a 5-minute job. That kind of common sense isnt always so common, but was much appreciated!

Service was rather slow today but they were busy and provided great customer service. Would be helpful if you stationed a cashier back there so the techs can focus on the vehicles.

The service was quick but oh man prices for an oil change have gone way up, now costing over $120. I don’t think it would’ve cost that much at the dealer. 😬🤔🤔

Super slow today, short on staff. The mechanic came out and attended to us as there was no cashier or attendant available. I truly appreciate him coming out to attend to us but they obviously need more help. Theres a lady stocking in the area who doesnt want to make eye contact or attend to customers. If not for the mechanic we would have been ignored.

Nice guys in the shop. But the store workers in Walmart. Rude af.

Service is horrible. They close 1.5 hours early and tell you to come back the following day. MARLENE was rude and yelling because she wouldnt honor the courtesy offered the day before of bumping me ahead. Understaffed and rude.

I had an appt at 11 am to have 4 brand new tires to put on but its 12:30 pm, I believe they didnt started until Noon. It should have been finish around Noon time. SMH😐

I had a self made problem occur while at this location and the staff were so helpful and kind about my faux pas. They fixed my vehicle up on the spot.

It took over 40 min and they still cant get anyone to check us out!

We were just starting our vacation and saw the tire pressure warning. Turns out we ran over a nail. Walmart here is really busy and the tire area was understaffed but they got us in and took care of the tire to get us back on our way. Thank you!!

12/22/20 11am. Short staffed. Manager was doing oil/tire work. Still got my service done fast. Get them help to avoid work injuries.

They did the job...but took three hours when I had an appointment for new tires and an oil change...

Never seen a Walmart auto care where they are that friendly. And knowledgeable as well... The gentleman gave me good advice, they took my car in quickly and it was done in a timely manner.

The mechanic team here at Walmart Auto Care Center is fantastic! They are super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. We were having issues with our car and we didnt even know what was going on. Dave and Carl were amazing. We highly recommend this location!

Almost 3 hours waiting to change oil, that’s crazy!

Always have my oil change done here.They have excellent prices,and they do a service for the fuel injectors,that is only $20,and sometimes,if you do the oil change,they charge you only $10.It keeps your injectors clean,and improve gas mileage.

The guys in the service department was very helpful. With his help things went smoothly

Just wanted my head light replaced,we were there for an hour & a half,& the mechanic came out & said they couldnt do it because they would have to take off the whole front end.that was just crazy because last year I had the other 1 replaced by a guy in an auto zone parking lot & he wasnt even a mechanic. So really???

I drove 1100 miles and my car decided to start acting up... was hoping it was just me... but took it to Carlos anyway. He wasA-may-Zing! He checked it over thoroughly to ease my mind and suggested a $20 fix that actually worked! He also noticed my rotors needed attention and even though it is not a service they provide... gave me the info I needed to keep my car in safe operating condition... which is soo important being so far from home with my 9 year old. Now that i dont have to worry about the car... I can get back to having fun mom and me time with my daughter. Thank you Carlos!

This place is well organized, staff are courteous and very professional, for a quick oil change and tire rotation perfect timing. The Walmart automotive department in Poinciana Florida should take a page out of these staff book, and learn a thing or two.

Ended up getting a flat tire on vacation so I went here to get it fixed. It took about 30 minutes and the staff was nice, if I was ever back in the area I would go again.

Had to have a nail removed from my tire and have it patched. Even though there were other customers ahead of me, I was there for less than an hour. It only cost me $10.75. I was happy!

Excellent job I had a flat tire problem and Carlos did really great job, he fixed it quickly and he is so efficient and professional.

They are very quick

I usually go to the haines city one and never had a problem. Two cars every 3000 miles like clockwork. So I go to this one on lake wilson in between shifts at work and i wish i would of waited to go to haines city. First im the only car in the line and see the guys talking and i wait almost 10 min. They could of been talking about work so it is what it is. Then they are out of the $19 oil changes so i go with the $29. Now if the next part didnt happen i wouldnt be here complaining, so the guy who changed my oil is talking to cashier in spanish so i dont know what about, i pay and he follows me out and as im getting in my car he hands me the top half of my dipstick and tells me it broke because its old. My car is not that old its a 2006. Its a hard plastic 5/16 diameter rod its not brittle or easy to break. It had to be stepped on or something. No apology or anything, just tells me its ok it will still work. Its little things like this that make you loose customers. Definitely wont take my car back there again. Probably find a new place and ditch Wal-Mart all together.

Update 1/28/2020... So last time I was in there for an oil change, they forgot to put the 4 quarts of oil in my car....I discovered this a week after I paid $50 for my synthetic oil change, almost no oil in my car, and my car doesnt leak oil.... contacted Corporate Customer service. Very upsetting

Today I went at 8:45 a.m. for an oil change and the workshop was closed, I saw an employee arrive and I asked him about the opening of the workshop and he told me that they opened it 20 minutes later. The schedule says that from 8 a.m. at 6pm and it is not true.
