First time purchasing my own car. They were not overbearing or pushy, and let me make the decision myself. Extremely nice during the process. Their selection of cars is much better than Drivetime Orlando.The only reason its a four star review is I was misled by employees about the Silver Rock warranty policy. Not maliciously or anything. I bought a Subaru and brought the car into the Subaru dealership for a full inspection. Some issues were found. I was given incorrect information about how Silver Rock policy works by the employees -- luckily the Subaru dealership and Silver Rock were able to approve and process my repair claim, but just make sure to check your boxes and get the car inspected immediately when you purchase.

After dealing with an AWFUL experience at GREENWAY HYUNDAI. I decided to go to DRIVETIME! I went two Drivetimes in Orlando and both had EXCELLENT customer service. Jan, Nadeem and Denice were a delight to work with.After purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light turned on. Which for me, after dealing with such an awful experience at Greenway Hyundai, I was pretty bummed out. I took it back to Drivetime and they took the car back, fixed said issue, notified me of the repairs so I could repurchase it. They truly care about the customer!!

Awesome customer service. Bryan and Claudio where AWESOME!! The staff are super friendly and the place itself is amazing. They have a kid zone for the little ones to play. The Restrooms are on point equipped with all the main necessities. It feels very homey, the toilet paper hanging is not the annoying industrial one, its actually a normal toilet paper and hanging. The sink is not the push industrial water by time its a normal elegant home sink. The only industrial equipments are the soap, that functions perfectly, and the hand dryer which gave me abit of trouble to dry my hands with the motion detection but still worked perfectly. The main room has a café stand with many options of creamers and sugars, plenty of cups and napkins too. Theres two water fountains with cold water. And you wont believe they have theyre own POPCORN MACHINE! Incredible! Warm buttery popcorn at your disposal. They have a rest area with sofas and coffee tables and a big flat TV! Did I mention the staff is friendly? YES! They check up on you with welcoming smiles every now and then to make sure your comfortable, as if the popcorn and home sofas and TV arent enough comfort XD. All in all the place is great they just need to work on the deals for people that dont have much $$$ or trade ins, but other than that ITS A GREAT PLACE! Come visit DriveTime and review the place yourself maybe even leave in your brand new car or Used car! 😉

Do not buy a car from this dealer. They appear nice and friendly upfront and then throw you curveball after curveball until you sign an agreement that comes with a pricetag of the car 3xs over. My husband and I were in a bind, needing a car immediately. We saw one here that at first seemed a bit high, but beggers cant be choosers so we thought wed go ahead and get it. BIG MISTAKE! This car was $2000 OVER the KBB value, then they tacked on an extended warranty for nearly $4000. That warranty covered next to nothing. Finally upon reading the details over when I wasnt being rushed, I got to look over their financing upon reading, I nearly had a heart attack. Now my husband and I have very good credit, with well paying jobs. The APR should have been about 5%, max 8%. This car was set at an EXTREMELY HIGH 25.4%!! And payments were going to be $209 BIWEEKLY for 72 months! Are you kidding me??? Over $400 a month for a USED car! So by the end, this car marked at $10,000, sold at $16,000 after warranty/taxes/fees was going to cost us over $32,000 for a 2013 vehicle! We could get a brand new car for half the price and half the payments. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Thankfully we were able to return the criminally expensive car and were able to out-right purchase another, better car, from a different dealer. Stay away! They act nice in order to get you in a vehicle that there is no way you can realistically afford to keep. We were lucky in being able to get out of it before it was too late. Do not fall for it!

The staff was rude and Marcos acted like we were bothering him just to look at one of the cars.
