This business is a joke, the first interaction that I had with them was online. I inquired about a truck that they had listed for sale. He came back with one word..”sold” ....that was it. I told him that he should take the listing down so this didn’t happen again. His response was “ thanks for the marketing advice”. When I told him that I was going to leave a review in the website, he didn’t care..all he said was “ok”. This shows true colors guys, do not give them your business. Take it somewhere that it is appreciated. I have a screenshot of the conversation, I am more than happy to share it.

I purchased a Nissan frontier from Adrien who as it turns outs is using the dealer license without actually working there. I have been able to drive my truck for all of three days of the first two months. After reaching out and asking for them to work with my on the trucks repairs I was told to contact a lawyer, because it was the only way I would get help from them. I paid $8k for the truck, I spent $1,800 for tow truck cost, a new radiator, all new injector coils, and new fluids in the first month. An issue I asked about when buying the truck and was told the oil needed to be changed turns out the be a bad oil pump which may have done engine damage. $500 for the oil pump and upto $4,500 for a new engine.DO NOT BUY HERE. THEY LET OTHERS SELL CARS WITH THEIR LICENSE, AND DO NOT GUARANTEE QUALITY.

I cant thank enough to kings Auto for helping us to buy our new car. We did go to a different places and no one wants to help us. Carlos was very kind and friendly. We really need more places like this one to help people. Gracias a todos.

This place is a full of swindlers. I can assure you they would do everything to sell you a beat up car. At least, thats what happened to me. Trade requires honesty, which none of those guys have.

Ricardo was great and helped answer all my questions. The car looked exactly like it did on CarGurus with the notable deficiencies I already knew. They were fast and tried hard to meet my needs for purchasing the vehicle I was looking at. The office is spacious and comfortable and we’re very welcoming. Talk to Ricky and Matt and they’ll take care of you. Also they provided a free CarFax on the vehicle and was exact with vin and all.

Horrible experience. Asked if I could get a 3 day extension was told yes then got a call from customer service telling me they were going tow the car. I never missed a payment, was never a day late and customer service employee was extremely rude

Está Gente son unos Pillos.. en abrir compré una Ford f150 i Al otro día se empezo a calentar.. cuando la lleve al mecánico me dijo que me cojieron de Pendejo con un limón. La cuál no se equivocó al decirme que compre un limón. Invertí 4,500 en ponerla al día.. tuve que reparar el motor completo... Por lo visto no Soi el único dando quejas... Mi Gente de corazón no compren carros a estos ladrones los cuales solo se están aprobechando de las personas... Ya mismo se les cae el negocio. Recuerden que hay un Dios que todo lo ve..
