Updated after 2 months: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You will get what you paid for. I purchased a van from here and it broke down within a month. Fuel Pump, Electronics, Guage Cluster, Exhaust system, Throttle Body, and ABS Control Unit. Everything has fallen apart. My van is currently sitting at the Volkswagen dealership and they are unable to get parts to fix this van. The van was cheap here but was sold with lies. If you do manage to purchase here, do not have them do registration and tags for you. They will bait and switch you. First they will tell you what costs are to pay, and then when you are ready for pickup - they will delay you and ask for more money.

0 stars, Bought a car last week, they told me they had put brand new brakes on it and a brand new air conditioner. I have it in the shop because of LOTS of issues, the back brakes are shot, the air conditioner has a significant leak and when put on a lift he could tell its been in a front end collision. We were told there was no accidents either. $3200 in repairs not including the accident damage underneath ( Have to take it to auto body for that) When I called and spoke to my sales person Andy he said I could bring it back there and their mechanic would fix it. But I do not trust them Ive already been lied to once and the car is unsafe to drive. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Mars Auto Trade is the best user car lot hands down!!! Lorenza Perez is one of the saleswomen there and she had our back through one of the most toughest times in our life. My husband and I put a down payment down for one of the cars at Mars a few months before COVID happened. There was many situation where we didn’t have the money and Lorenza looked out until we were able to pay it. Mars also fixed the car when it was having issues when we first got it at no cost to my husband and l (within the warranty period). Great staff at Mars. Very down to earth people. Thank you Mars!!!

Honestly I got my first car here and it’s wasn’t the best. They gave me a car that had a problem with the radiator. They are nice people I won’t lie but I wouldn’t choose to get your car from them. It should be your last option. I only being honest . I feel like the really care about the reviews that why when you get your car from them they make sure you do it before you leave I don’t like that. It should be my choice to write a review not you telling me to do it.

Hindsight is definitely 20/20! My daughter saved her money for 2 years to buy her little sedan. We came to Mars and got a decent deal. Didnt get the permanent tag till 2 days prior to temporary tag expiring. Mars blamed tax collector. Tax collector blamed them for not being timely and efficient with paperwork. But that actually ended up being the least of our problems. We just found out after having the car for barely 5 weeks that it had a ton of issues. Even if we had taken our mechanic with us to help with our purchase, a lot of the issues our mechanic found were after mounting the car and removing pieces, which he obviously would not have been able to do by visual inspection. Theres actually a huge hole under the seat because whoever previously repaired it cut corners to reach the fuel tank. To top it off it isnt even properly mounted so there is a possibility it could overflow gas out! Mind you this is my childs vehicle she relies on to drive to campus. To top it off the dealership put a gps on the car that they never told us about even though we paid cash in full, no financing! Why was this gps not removed before we drove it off the lot?! Its not bank financed! Stick to reputable dealerships! This is NOT the one.**Update** WOW they lied all over their response ??? Its astonishing. Steer clear! Ps. They force everyone to leave a 5 star review before they even leave the lot. Im sure the rest of the reviews on here can vouch that to be true.

Worse Car Company Ever!! I paid on a 2013 durango for a whole year, looked at contract still owed what we started withand we put 5k and after 1 years of payments of 438 monthly i still owe 9k?? I Was late on a payment for a couple weeks they repoed my car without sending any notices or phone. The Way the handle there customers during a pandemic is horrible. I Tried to make the payment i missed and they tried to make me pay the 9k owed to get the car back. I Was upset about the repoe at first but when i looked at that contrat i was excited that they did take that car back. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE

We went to this dealership to find a car for my daughter. She found a few cars she was interested in so we asked about a test drive. Instead of just providing my license for a test drive like every other dealership I have been to, they required that I fill out an application. I asked if they planned to run my credit for a test drive and the salesman told me yes, he had to. I told him I planned to pay cash for the car and he said he still had to run my credit. So we left not even hearing any of the cars start. Very odd policy so beware.

They are persistent in making you leave a 5 star review before even signing the papers. This place sold me a mini van which started leaking oil 3 months in, to test drive the car you have to fill out an application and do a credit check before taking it out of the lot. DONT BUY FROM HERE, THEY HARDLY KNOW ENGLISH AND SELL LEMONS ...

Got my daughters first car here at Mars. Rafael was my sales person very nice guy helped me a lot. Couple days later the horn started going off for no reason brought the car back Rafael took care of it right away and they fixed it. Couple days later the same thing happened this time the abs lights and the Traction control lights went on. Called Rafael told me bring the car in. This time Martin reassured me that they will fix what ever problems they find and he changed the fuse box for me and reassured me that they fixed the problem and I should have no more problems, and if I do they will do what ever they can to help me. Very nice people Genius was also very nice and helped a lot. I would recommend Mars to anyone looking for a great deal on used cars.

Avoid at all cost.I was told to leave a review and gave myself some time with the car to leave a fully honest review.They were fairly nice people, but constantly had a hurry up and leave vibe like they did not enjoy being there. That aside the important information is the car itself. They swear heavily that they keep the cars up and they dont. I asked multiple times for records on spot, maintenance records, any proof. They would not give us anything, but just wanted us to take theyre word for it. Dont take their work for it. The car I bought has issues with the breaks locking up whenever hard or full stops are made, the cup holder side is gross, the radio is broken (it wont accept CDs, the volume on the wheel changes the station for some reason, and the bluetooth doesnt work at all.), around the convertible top was gross, a lot of the bottons sticks, the passenger side windows button doesnt work, the weather strips for the top are bent, one of the headlights dont have a proper seal and the switch board for the back windows is broken. Who knows what else Im gonna find out thats wrong about this car. And they said all that stuff worked perfectly and that they constantly keep up with the car. I guess no one told them actually cleaning and servicing the car is how you keep up with it. On the outside it looks good, but wasnt worth as much as I paid considering now Ill have to put money into fixing everything. They just let it sit for months, let the rain wash it off and shoved an air freshener under the passenger seat. If your looking for an honest car I wouldnt order from here, but if your just looking for a body maybe, even then I would look at more reputable sellers that will provide you with all information and at least let you know everything thats wrong with the car or vehicle so that you can weigh out if its worth it or not.Edit: The new break line fluid they added was black, they spilled liquids on the engine and overall did nothing to keep it up and sold it as if it was new. Also they gave me the wrong car title and did not know how to request a new one themselves for me or them to provide to my bank.

I would give it 0 stars. Worst experience ever, upon coming in I ran into employees running around with there heads cut off, and speaking Spanish, not one person spoke English or at least refused to. When I got to the sales lady she needed a translator who pulled up to the dealership 15 minutes later and was very hard to understand. Finally after deciding to purchase the car my daughter wanted. They kept Persistent on us both doing a 5 star review which is obviously why they do get a good rating. The car had transmission issues the next day an I noticed and immediately send it back to the dealer my car stood in the lot for three days finally I went to the office an again the same uncomfortable feeling of being in a Foreign landI couldn’t not get anywhere with the people in the office so I took it upon myself to speak to the mechanic myself who looked under age, or barley of age. of which was not even aware of the vehicle being in lot with an issue. after days of desperate despair I finally came in on the 7 day of original time that I had turn car in. Long story short the car came out worst then when I first pulled it out of the lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE PLSE RUN!!!!!If you decide to buy use a debit card or credit card and be ready to Dispute transaction, that’s what I had to do to get my $2,600 down payment back
