I just want to give a big shout out to this awesome place. Especially to Travis Harrell who was the one who helped me throughout the process, not having much time to spare. Within less than a week he made it happen ordering the carpet and having it installed in the time frame. Always keeping me informed throughout the process. Very kind, very helpful, and the carpet installers were very professional. THANK YOU GUYS!🤗

I had these folks put plank flooring in my home and they are amazing. From help selecting the right material for my needs to installation. Product was installed on time and you would never know they were there when they were done. A month later I needed new flooring in my gym and they were just as efficient. I can’t say enough good about this company. Highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!!!!

So I went to this place, looking for carpet installation for my room. Austin eventually came to my home and gave me an estimate. I thought it was very overpriced so being that we were having such good communication I explained to him that I was going to shop around just to compare prices and then let him know. He said ok and that was that. What he didnt tell me is that the carpet I wanted is a private label. So even though I found other competitors willing to install for much less, they cannot get that carpet. I even called him and asked him if I can only get the carpet from them and still he didnt say anything. He just had me waste my time when he could have been upfront and let me make my decisions from there. I am very annoyed and at this point lost trust. I would not reccomend. Integrity is still a commodity we should all exercise when dealing with our fellow human beings.

When I walked into the show room Travis was the one to help me out when I called. I was needing carpet installed in a quick manner but with top-notch professional. Not only did he deliver a great incredible price but within a week we had it installed and finished. This is one of those I cant thank them enough sort of reviews.I recently purchased a new mobile home and needed to replace carpet in a bedroom, closet, and hall/vanity area. I had about two weeks to get the carpet installed before all my stuff got moved in so I would not have to just pull it all back out again for a installation.I started off with Home Depot, BIG MISTAKE. It was going to cost me close to $1100.00 and they would not be able to get the work done for about a month and half. Just a bunch of BS if you ask me. Then I was off to Lowes, again, very close to the same price and about a month out. Needless to say it was a giant headache between setting up professional measuring and juggling my work schedule, just to find out they could not get it done in the time frame I was looking for. So, I started looking elsewhere.I ended up getting a hold of Travis at The Carpet & Tile Center (Im going to call them C&TC) and asked him about their time frames on installation first. I explained the short time I had to get the work done. I was more than happy to hear they can usually get the work done in about a week, and less usually if I pick something they had in stock!! Awesome! I had to be to work in few hours but needed to go down there to see if they had any carpet I liked. After arriving and viewing their extensive offerings of carpet, I chose one that I enjoyed and knew C&TC had in stock. Travis was awesome and even offered to come and do the measurements right away before I needed to be to work! WOW! I got a quote right then and there and set up the installation for the following Monday (4 days before the movers would arrive!). Also the price was much lower than Lowes and Home Depot.They were super professional and great to deal with. I have had the carpet a week now and am so impressed at the quality of their work. The gentlemen who did the installation had about 60 years experience between the two of them. I will be doing more floors in my new home and will only need to make one stop to know I will be happy. I highly recommend them!

Highest recommendation possible. Called on a Saturday and was invited to drop by (even though they are technically open on Saturdays by appointment only). Very friendly on the phone and in person. Not only did they give me an unbelievable price, they installed my carpet THAT DAY. Those who are familiar with carpet installation know that same-day service is next to unheard of. Heck, Home Depot puts you on a weeks-long waiting list. All this, and still my new carpet and pad was installed for about $1.25 a square foot. Of course, they sell higher grades for a higher price if you want it, but their customer service, their willingness to work with time frame and my budget puts them in an elite class. Businesses like this deserve to thrive. They were an an incredible blessing to us.

Absolutely FANTASTIC job! The owner came out promptly and emailed a quote within hours, came up ideas on different materials and the price was much lower than other companies in Orlando. The crew of two - great, quiet and done in 2 days not 3 - would use them again in a heartbeat!

Travis the sales person was very professional and efficent, when I was buying my carpet and vinyl floors. I did not feel pressured to buy and was present with various selections to look at. He came to measure the home in a timely fashion. The installer were careful while they were the moving furniture. They were neat and professional while installing the carpet and vinyl. I would highly recommend this company.

Great advice and recommendations and terrific service. I asked a lot of them in terms of completing the installation of new flooring in 3 bedrooms in a limited amount of time. All delivered, really pleased with the outcome. And every one of the guys I had any interactions with were a pleasure to deal with.

Always seemed to be to busy to help us select what we wanted. Anthony came to our house with only one type of product sample. We asked for someone to return but were told to come back to the store. Went back twice with no luck or help.

This company is very unprofessional. I called just to have them give me a quote and they never showed up. They did not even call me. I had to call them and they told me that they were not interested in doing business in my neighborhood. This is prejudice and its wrong. Learn how to treat your possible clients better.
