535 smoke shop has been my choice spot out of all the surrounding smoke shops nearby. I continue to go there because of their knowledge and great customer service. Ive been here two weeks on an emergency trip and I have visited other stores making this one my choice of making my purchase. I believe Ive visited that store about 4 times in two weeks and actually headed there now. We will be leaving this Saturday and Im sure Ill be there Friday as well.

Watch your receipt! They over charged me by 50% and tried to slide it past me by not giving me my receipt. It was no accident either. They admitted that the sticker price was wrong but my question is why didn’t they tell me up front. Instead decided to hide it by not giving a copy of the receipt. Not a good business practice.

Called store on telephone, spoke to a Cal or Kyle not sure what man’s name difficult to understand. I asked a question, man was rude & disrespectful. He obviously doesn’t know he’s not in his country of origin anymore. Argued with me over the phone. I hung up & called back hoping to get different employee, apparently same person, same bad attitude & yelled at me. Not planning to spend money at a store with employees who are blatantly rude & disrespectful prior to entering the store!

They overcharge and steal from you. They told me my transaction was one price and then charged my card more. When I asked them to fix the situation, they just kept saying they have the best prices. But Beyond Smoke Shop is only a few minutes away with much better prices and much better customer service.

I’m new to Kissimmee and I stopped in for a few items and this shop definitely met my expectations. I’ve been to a couple other smoke shops in the area and the shelves were bare with very little selection. 535 always has what I’m looking for and more. Added bonus is that the owners are super friendly and helpful. I’ve never felt rushed to make a selection. If you’re in the area definitely stop by you will not be disappointed!!
