I called Dan to help me put together a personalized cigar box for my wedding and from the minute I called he was extremely helpful kind and made it into such a pleasant experience. Especially for someone who knows absolutely nothing about cigars. Highly recommend his shop and this is coming from a non smoker who never writes reviews.

Came in on 5 de mayo.. We got some Montecristo and Cohiba.. Smoke the Cohiba the same day and let me tell you that one was the newest one Cohiba Royale and first it was very strong with a burning after taste but the it grew on me. A very good cigar, it was lit evenly all the way to the end never shut off on me.. Thats how you can tell its a good cigar. It also went down good with some twelve years old scotch..

This place is a gem! The atmosphere is awesome, very cozy. The walk in humidor has a great selection of cigars and the prices are just as great! They have premium cigars for the connoisseur and also a selection for people who might be new to the experience of smoking cigars. They have patio seating aswell as plenty of seating inside. The owner Dan makes you feel right at home and provides great customer service.

Man, this place is cozy! The selection was fine with some surprising sticks there.The owner was super informative, easy to talk to and very welcoming! The crowd also very nice. Theres a selection of beverages available and a microwave.The furniture is comfy, plenty of ashtrays and theres a tv room.

Great cigar selection in a decent sized walk-in humidor. Awesome staff make you feel at home and want to stay in the lounge to smoke your cigars. Bottles beer selection as well. The owner, Dan, is the best at making you feel like youre with family. This is THE place in Kissimmee to get your cigars.

Nice selection of cigars! The old man working today was nice.. he showed me where the humidor was i walked in and he didnt walk in with which i personally cant stand when shop workers do that.. i pick out my cigars paid for smoke one here and went home definitely would be back!!

Best cigar spot!

Not a friendly environment, not helpful with basic question the guy does not like working i guess.. There was comment i overheard the seller say, that most people that live around the area are @$&$& i swear this comment made me mad. They Didn’t even have the Cigars we wanted very bad experience.you will not feel comfterable here if your not from where the people that go there are from, if you know what i mean...although they do have some cigars there..im a gentlemen and reserve stronger comments..

So Im in Kissimmee Florida. And I am cigarless. This is bad because a cigar is an event which should be enjoyed, preferably with a glass of bourbon that has 3...not 2...not 4...but 3 ice cubes in it. You find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can watch people. Or, if the law says no, a spot where you can smoke and read a book. I did the latter.Panchos is a small place, a converted house made into a humidor. He had a nice selection and the place had that nice tobacco smell without the accompanying moldy smell that can invade humidors in humid climates. The prices were very good and the cigars were fresh.And so, my trip was saved. Cigar, bourbon, book. All enjoyed in the warm weather of central Florida.

Very very disappoint I almost never write a review but this time it is a mustI went today 7/9/2016 my second time going to a cigar store I seen so many videos and magazine about cigar I had an idea of what I waned to get. I work hard all week and just waned to relax look at round no stress no rush get the smell of cigar look at labels before making my decision. The second I went to the humidor the owner came to the window door just staring at me in a very uncountable way I even open the door and asked how was hes day so far. I then continue to look but it was constantly the harassment I have my phone in my hand I playing guitar music in my headphones so my hands were in side. He continue just stating at me. I got out of the humidor and try to look at the cigar in the store he went to a corner and stare at me. I of course was upset and left. I then call him let him know I was just in his store and try to asked him it there is a way that one need to act when going to a cigar store because it was my second time and I waned to do it right he said these is my store an I need to make sure nothing is missing that if Im new to the cigar that I need to asked him that why I did not asked him. Well Im Latino as the owner is also so just by the way I look I need to ask and he need to stared at me Im sorry I do not agree. I read and watch videos on cigar I can make a decision although I would ask if I need help BUT IT WAS PLAIN HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION Why he said Im the owner and I need to make sure who come in my store and that nothing it is missing impaling
