Had some pretty cool stuff. Got to try some flower in store also purchased some trays, a grinder, some other things. The store is small they have lots of things they sale but prices are kinda mid to high range depending on what youre used to paying. The young girl in my opinion was trying to hard though to make the sale with each sale that I witnessed in store. Must been new but anywho i wish the variety of each item was better. Its repetitive with the style on the products which i found annoying. I personally like unique things u dnt see too often so finding what i liked was definitely hard at first. Ended up buying a few things so its possible to find something you like that you may feel is worth the price if u take time and look around. The trays are 1 for $15 or $4/25 the tray as display pic was $55 and the grinders were $29.99.

Doing business with them was the worst experience ever. The customer service seemed good as they greet you and service you with a smile but apparently theyll lie to execute a sale. The store products are over priced, not many in store options depending, stale wraps and their flower tops are house grown and are the worst. Numerous of times I asked about their flower tops being delta 8 grade and numerous they said no its the real deal. Youll have a better chance getting high from natures grass more then their grass. Dont waste your time nor money in this store unless you are going to purchase a lighter. Apparently the ower Cindy is fine with how her store personnel handles business there because she did totally nothing to resolve the problem of a customer being lied to just for a sale. Any misleading or false advertising of product for sale is illegal and they can be sued.Very sad😞👎🏾👎🏾

China glass. Staff willing to help and mostly knowledgeable. Huge variety of every kind of item. Prices are extremely fair. They’re not giving anything away, but they seem to be charging just enough to make a profit, and you have to respect that. Gotta pay the bills somehow.This one time I was walking towards the register and a group of people basically just jumped right in and started asking for help. Since I had time that day, I chose to wait instead of making a big fuss out of it. The staff member seemed to noticed, and told me that on that day, just for me, the bowls were buy 1 get 1 free..I have never felt so thankful at a smoke shop, ever. It seems like a silly thing to say, but this is exactly why I will always return to Beyond Smoke with a smile on my face, knowing I will be taken care of here.

Bought a Nord pen. Lady behind the counter was lovely. Not too knowledgeable about the products though. Asked her if the kit came with a bottle of liquid. She said Yes after looking at the box. I picked out a bottle and turns out the kit doesnt actually include a bottle. I dig the store and would recommend comparing pricing and deciding what you want before you go.

The girl who helped us had little to no knowledge about the products in the store. I find that to be a little odd because this is a niche store. How do you hire someone with no product knowledge for a specialty/niche market? Theyre also extremely overpriced. When you walk in, youre instantaneously smacked in the face with the overwhelming scent of Marijuana.

I’ve been to many smoke shops in the area and this one is hands down my favorite one. I live down the road from here and love coming and looking at all the cool pieces they have as they have the widest selection that I have seen. Hannah is also fantastic, chill and knows her stuff! I was in this smoke shop on Monday and was taken care of by Hannah! She was the best! She told me she had been there all day and it was about 11:30 pm by the time I got there and she was still in a great mood! Very bubbly and just the best personality!

Never come back! Bad quality! I bought 3 puffs yesterday and its flavors are as worn, the refreshing flavor of the original cool mint is not perceived!
