Hello all! So inside the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort you have this one coffee shop (Starbucks-based) with a very clean and sleek look. There is a limited menu here based on a typical Starbucks but they definitely have the basics. The service is great and the product is good. Caramel Macchiato is good iced or hot but the prices are a hit inflated as to be expected. Either way, great option if youre on the premises.
Good place to get a Coffee inside the Gaylord PalmsThis location is inside Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, right off the main Atrium by one side of the Emerald elevators and on your way to the Convention center from the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very tastefully decorated and clean. There are screens, masks and social distancing circles to ensure adherence to covid protocol. There was only one person working at the time so service may be slow. We ordered tea, coffee and snacks. If you want something to eat and drink while walking around the complex then this is a good place to go for it.
Starbucksish grindhouse with resort prices and limited drink availability. Lacking some of the Starbucks flavors and favorites but making up for it with a selection of marketplace items not found in most stores. The seating area also has a microwave to reheat that pizza you bought the night before since you had to sell a kidney to afford the room rates and were left light in the wallet after all was said and done. The staff can be hit or miss. Some are on it and offer a greeting when you come in, take your order when you are ready, then make your drink the way you requested. Others will ignore you, take your order when they feel like it and then proceed to mess up your order.
Coffee and food was good. We waited probably 20 minutes in line to order and the cashiers were all grumpy and rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. After we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes for our drinks and sandwiches. For a place in the middle of Gaylord Palms ( and inside a Christmas town) it sure lacked the Christmas spirit! Just lacked organization and structure. Please do better!
Great capacino, service and environment!!!
Average coffee spot and pricy
Two days in a row the employees refused to give straws for drinks. Stated that the drinks have sipping lids and that was sufficient enough. Beautiful hotel with horrible customer service
AMAZING coffee! Not bitterly strong yet not watered down weak. Generously sized cups and delicious treats. Very laid back atmosphere. Met the owner on my last visit, such a sweet individual. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!
Not only did I waited for my food while every other customers got their order, after every customer left the person ask what I was missing. Told him that I didnt get my food, he did not believe me and demanded that I show a receipt. Told him that I didnt have one and begrudgingly threw the food items into the oven. He then proceeded to get the cashier, bring her to where I was and point at me and ask loudly if I had in fact payed for the food.
Basically a Starbucks. I ordered a mocha and it tasted like hot chocolate. So I asked them for another shot and then it was just right. :-)Very friendly people, and located in a great resort!
Absolutely terrible restaurant. I came to this establishment excepting beans went in with a smile asked for beans and!!!! No beans wow disappointed. They wouldn’t give me a single bean I will never be returning I beware anyone in the area do not go ever this place shouldn’t exist you know what happened right after I ate some coffee here? Bad diarrhea all over their back wall that’s why it is now brown. Do not go here or else diarrhea will haunt u like a burnt black bean in a moldy burrito.
Its over priced but good
I got cocoa bean every morning while staying st the Gaylord. The staff was friendly, they moved quickly, and had a great variety of breakfast and lunch options. Even though you pay a higher price tag for the coffe and food in the Gaylord, the breakfast sandwiches were delicious and big enough to be super filling! Totally worth it and why I came back every time.
This store is inside Gaylord palms resort and the best this about this one store is breakfast. Yummy egg and cheese sandwich.
Coffee & egg cheese & bacon pita! What a great way to start any day.Grande Misto, made light & sweet with Classic Syrup & half n half...yummy! Service was great. Even with a long line, there wasnt a long wait. Back up arrived when the 3rd customer stepped in line. Management present to insure quality. Starbucks service, personified. Great job, Ladies.I spent 3 days with you & was never disappointed!
The perfection of coffee makers!GREAT coffee!
Terrible.
Small, but quaint, The Cocoa Bean provided just the coffee fix required during a recent trip to Orlando, Florida, and the Gaylord Palms.A Venti latte for me, a Venti vanilla bean frappuccino for my daughter, along with a turkey and provolone sandwich for us to share. Total out the door, including tax was $22.79. Dont believe me? I have the receipt. Our server - Sandra - was friendly and polite. Our drinks and sandwich were made to order. No problems or issues and we were out the door in about 5 minutes.William E. Lewis Jr.Vero Beach, Florida.
My daughter and I were there yesterday and just wanted a quick bite. The food was good but there is very limited seating...three small tables designed to be a two top. A woman was sitting alone at a table browsing a magazine...with four additonal empty chairs is unwilling to relinquish one so my daughter and I could eat at a table. I know you cannot excuse someone elses rude bahavior but having dedicatred seating (not for shoppers or people just passing by) would be something to consider.
It was great iced caramel macchiato
Ok food, not spectacular. Way overpriced, but its in a huge hotel so expected.
The food looked better then it tasted and there where only two tables
Normal coffee shop. Very slow service. Overcooked/ burnt my quiche. I gave 4 stars for overall cleanliness of the store.
Went there for their bobba tea it was okay
Pretty good coffee
Nah, dont come when they are busy. Prepackaged sandwiches have soggy bread and overpriced lattes are just milk. Get an extra shot if you order. Make sure you get the things you ordered too.
Always busy. Everything is priced at a resort premium.
Good coffee and pastries but overpriced.
Elinese was really rude
Too expensive!
Coffee
I had breakfast there every day while I stayed at the Gaylord Palm Resort. Very good service and very rich everything.
Good services ...
