So they had a sign where said, fully vaccinated person are not longer obligated to use face mask. When the “doctor” call me ask me if I have a mask and I respond no. He ask me to way out and sent an associate to bring me a mask. I explained to her that I’m fully vaccinated and she told me that inside of the “doctor” office a I need wear one!

0 ⭐️ for the “doctor”5 ⭐️ for the front staffI suffer from severe anxiety and because of such have to have a companion with me. Not only did they not allow my companion to come into the appointment room with me, the ”doctor” (I use that term very loosely) was very short tempered with me. She told me to sit still, stop “moving” (I was having motor tics) and was very degrading.When I went to pick up my glasses, the lady was very kind. One of the prescriptions felt off, but the same “doctor” told me it was “just something my eyes needed to adjust to”. I left and wore the glasses like I was instructed. Started getting headaches every time I wore them. I called back to request a recheck. Never got a call back.Went to a different facility to explain the issue. The rx given to me was completely wrong. When I called back to let the “doctor” know their response “well I guess your eyes got more strain between the time of the appointment and the pick up of the glasses” Wtong. The rx they gave me was too strong which is why I was getting headaches. I wasted money on glasses I can’t even us.Do not recommend at all for the “doctor” side. If you have an rx already and just need glasses, the ladies up front are great.

The wait time was long even though I had an appointment. They did not a wide variety of glasses frames or glasses size to choose from, I had to take my son’s prescription somewhere else. This facility is very dusty, the offices, even the equipment that they use on your eyes. I will not be going back to Optical Outlets.
No one answers the phone. I spent 3 days calling in the am and pm. I gave my phone number when the recording instructed me to When that failed I called the 800 number to complain. They also took my phone number, yet,nobody has returned my call ! Not worthy of any ones money.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst experience ever. Ignored for 10 minutes so they could tell me they cancelled my appointment. Im not the right kind of person for this place. Doctos should be embarrassed to associate with this outlet. Shame shame shame. Wonder why people buy online???
First appointment on a weekday was at least a 2 to 3 hour wait for the pediatric eye Dr. Making a follow up appointment now and will update if its any faster/better than the first time we went. It was pre Covid so theres no way they can cramp 40 people in the tiny wait area all smooshed together. Lets see.
I Love this Office, all the staff are awesome. You don’t need the one person; everybody help you. Our granddaughter also like it! Near to my house and centric location. 3 years already. Very pleased!
Arrived at 845 am as I was told. Said doors opened at 845 for 9am appointments. Door opened at 9am. Sat in waiting room for 25l minutes before posting this. No doctor in site but a lot of employees showing up in the last 25 minutes. Not sure have one of the first AM appointments as soon as they open is smart. They did say no walk-in today, Saturday. While they are one of the only places open on Saturday, you will need patience waiting to be seen. Its now 930 and I have been waiting 30 minutes for them to call my name. Just got called. DR Frazier was pretty cool.
They are very friendly. Have to have appt now. They are not doing walk ins at this time. Speak English and Spanish.

This place is very good for getting new glasses or even contacts. I have been with this company for seven years and they were able to give fast and quick check ups. I very much recommend.
Scheduled an appointment with the Kissimmee location at 4:30, got stuck in traffic and called them and told them I’d be 10 mins late, lady told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Come and waited 25 mins for them to tell me the doctor said “I’m not taking late appointments.” so I drove 50 mins for no reason. I will not be coming to this location ever again.
They really make sure you are getting taken care of and the prices are extremely reasonable. My doctor was Dr. Henry. He is the best doctor there is. I’m a person who asks questions and he was patient, calm, and had an amazing sense of humor. Overall, everyone there is truly amazing and I’ve only got this type of excellent service here!
First visit, even though the place was busy it didn’t take from the service at all. From the check in to the checkout process everything was professional and prompt. The doctor was great with my 8 year old throughout the entire appointment. Both my daughter and I were seen. I purchased glasses for her and both contacts and glasses for myself. Marilin assisted us with our purchases, not only did she get my daughter and I into the perfect glasses, she went out of her way to find me a great deal and saved me money by taking her time to bill my insurance properly, she researched what was covered through my insurance. I am so excited to pick up my new glasses and 6 mo contact supply without walking out feeling poor! I was so impressed that I had my husband schedule his appointment before I left. Thank you again Marilin for going above and beyond for me and my family.

Came here with my husband and immediately we were greeted and our needs attended to in a polite and friendly manner. My husband saw Dr. Ryan Nicholas, who was very courteous, professional and thorough. He explained each test he was performing and allowed time for questions. We had never been here before but liked the service we received.
At the Kissimmee location 5 minutes late and they do not attend you but you have to wait more than 45 minutes for the doctor to attend you.
Great service. Ordered contacts and found me glasses. I have a strong script which takes long time for my contacts to be shipped they found a solution which worked out. Iris the sales rep was great. Dr Natasha Handy was a exceptional good dr. Been coming here off and on for many years. Glasses were affordable even the expensive ones.
A friend told me to go to Optical Outlets as I needed to get my eyes checked. I made my appointment by phone which was very easy. Once I went to my appointment the wait was quite long but that’s understandable since they were very busy. The doctor was very friendly, very helpful, I don’t remember his name but he had a very calming demeanor, extremely professional. After the check up, Zuli helped me pick out the frames for my glasses, she took her time with me and made sure it was the frames that I wanted. The glasses took about ten days to arrive and Belinda was a total delight in making sure that the lenses were correct and that the frames fit. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their eyes checked and getting new glasses.

I only took off one star for the wait time. But honestly the people working here are so friendly and great that I dont really mind if I wait kind of long. I always have to bring my daughter with me and theyre all sweet and friendly to her as well. I made an appointment and probably spent about an hour here today. This is the third time Ive used this optical outlets for my exam and to get an updated prescription. Ive never had bad service except for the long wait time. The doctor Nicholas I believe was his name was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. The ladies who then help finding lenses and billing were also friendly and sweet. Honestly for such a busy place that seems to have a lot Medicaid customers, this place is not bad at all. They could easily be rude and quick with everyone to get them out the door but Im honestly happy with the service Ive received 3 years in a row now. Just plan ahead to wait a while.
This place is the worst. The workers talk to much and would rather laugh and gossip then actually do there job.I was told there was no wait time when I called before showing up that it was a walk in to go pick a pair of glasses and I ended up waiting for 20-25 min.
They use to be nice and professional but it seems as the business grew so did their egos because now they are just outright horrible! They have no customer service skills, they all have an attitude and let’s not even speak about Shrek’s little sister, which they have as the check in clerk! She has the biggest attitude of all! In my first time in this location iris take care of me she was so nice she explained everything to me she take her time to answer my questions. Great place! I have been a client for years. I ordered contacts online from another company and while I was waiting for them to arrive my last pair of contacts developed a tear and became unusable. I tried to use my old prescription glasses for a few day but couldnt take it anymore. I went to the office to see if I could buy a new lens to hold me over. They asked me if I was a current customer. I showed them my recent prescription written by them. They immediately handed me a new pair of lenses and told me to have a great day! Great customer service and I would recommend them to all my friends! Thank you Optical Outlets!
I have to say that buying glasses at Optical Outlet has been a great experience. They look for the best deal that fit your budget and their customer service is great. I have to recommend Suli, she is a sales associate and she is awesome. She took her time to take of us and I have to say I have an 8 year that could not make up her mind. But she was patient and accommodating. I recommend the place if you want great service, Also, The Doctor is also very nice and good with children.
Amazing experience they’ve updated the interior looks clean new lovely they’ve updated their staff they are kind, pleasant, great customer service. Darlene was very patient with my 14 year who was attempting to put on contacts for the first time. Loved it will definitely be happy to come back. The doctors are great as well the male doctor young man but so nice, knowledgeable and kind he was there last year glad he is still there, he was the diamond in the ruff last year lol and now a new female doctor who is kind and knowledgeable as well I think this new look is great on them. Very pleased.
I want you to get a pair of sunglasses they were very busy but I did not mine the wait my experience was great the woman that helped me thats very kind and courteous she helped me find the right then says that I want it I do believe that she was compassionate about trying to find the right lenses frames and tint for my glasses she was able to give me a wonderful deal and keep it in my budget I highly recommend that she uses place for all your eyewear and exams I do believe the woman that helped me on beyond her means to make sure that my visit there was wonderful I dont only give them 5 stars but I get some ten stars it was worth the wait my experience of being there thats really wonderful the place was nice the staff was great I highly recommend this I wear place they had a good selection of frames in the atmosphere was a no pressure to get you something that you really didnt want thats the part I enjoyed the most the experience was warm unconcerned about what I want in my new glasses I cant say enough about this place I do believe that they treat their customers right

IF I could give zero stars I would... I have been going to optical outlet in Orlando for my sons glasses for many years. I decided to go here because I was in the area all I needed Was to order a pair of glasses... the receptionist was rude and The lady Jessica who took my order was rude and condescending as if I was just not important. She didn’t even help pick one of the frames or tell me if it fit correctly or not for my son... it’s makes me sick to go into a place of business and be treated the way I was. I will be making a complaint because this is unacceptable and all the reviews I’ve read about the bad customer service makes me sick. We are customers spending our money... we should be treated with respect.
Ashley is very professional has outstanding customer service, you are very fortunate to have such a great asset in your company. She was so patient with my son first time user for contacts. I would also like to shout out Suzanna for being friendly and inviting, she is so patient as well you are lucky to have her in your company. Dr. NIcholas is amazing he was very informative, Friendly and very caring.
I give one star cause i cant give less,but this place is horrible after been doing my eye exam i wait a week to try my lens and wont work the funny thing is they bring like 3 different lens,nothing work but i said to my self they suppose to order by my prescription so then she tell me the have to order agai and to resume ater 3 times never get my lens and now my insurance dont cover me other exam, now i dont have lens i cant read. They dont know what they doing,still the money to my insurance.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told to browse for a pair of glasses and as soon as I was done wait for someone to assist me in finishing my purchase. I waited and watched as all of the associates were communicating amongst themselves not paying any attention to who was waiting. I also had questions about my insurance but they seem to not really want to answer my questions. I ended up picking a pair of glasses not even caring if I like them or not and left. Will never be returning absolutely terrible.
This is the worst place you can go and get your eyes check and buy glasses. They dont tell you anything about your warranty. I took my daughter she got glasses and they broke, I called to get them replace or changed the answer i got was oh you dont have warranty only 30 days witch it was never told to use. Worst place you can go to. You waste half of your morning or afternoon. MAKE SURE IF YOU VISIT THIS PLACE MAKE SURE YOUR READY TO SPEND YOUR DAY AND BRING FOOD.
Horrible place do yourself a favor and dont go there you WILL be waiting an Hour even with an appointment. The lady in the front is rude, cant speak English and will give you attitude if you ask about how long and will not answer the question. I am truly very patience but after I am the second person in the office and they call 6 people in front of me without appointments is dumb they really need to learn how to manage appointments instead of over booking appointments and walkins if they cant handle it.Theres only two doctors here and there was at least 30 patients.The one star is for Dr. Astrid I believe is her name but honestly they NEED a new office management and staff team ASAP.

I really recommend this place, the customer service is great!! All the girls are super friendly and nice, the doctor was great too. I did have to wait a little more that I wanted and I wish that there was a better frame selection, but I am defently going back.
This place is a rip off, after seeing the Optometrist, the Sales associate tries to con you into getting things you don’t need for your glasses claiming it’s what the Optometrist prescribed and charge you $179 for the bifocals claiming you need it, the associate also did the same thing for my wife, Don’t get the bifocals it’s a scam, I went back tried to get another pair because the bifocals gives you a headaches for days and if you have any underlying conditions it can can be dangerous to your health, I asked them if I could get the refund on the bifocals they never did give me another pair without out bifocals but lost my $179 both my wife and I lost $179/ person my wife still has severe headaches, the wait time is absurd but you see tons of associates, rip off outlet ! That’s it
Today in the afternoon I went with an outside rx with the intention of buying two pairs of glasses, to my surprise the rough treatment I received from the front desk that was in turn led me to turn around and go to American Best where definitely employees know the value and importance that clients have and treats us whit the respect we deserve .When I approach Darlene and I start asking her about which frame includes the promotion that was recommended to me by a friend 2 pairs for $ 60 she responded in a bitter way and while using her celluar she told me you come to order? sign on this list and an employee will be happy to help you. Undoubtedly this employee had no intention of working today Saturday as well as being using your cell phone during all the conversation I try to have with her trying to clear up my doubts I noticed that she was even dressed in clothes to go to the gym, zero professionalism.
I will always choose this Optical center for the children I service as well as my own child. The staff is very friendly and exceed in helping find the right eyeglasses as well as helpful with any insurance issues. Also a wide variety of eye wear to pick from.
We just came to check my kids. The Dr. Forehand was very professional and explained to me everything he was doing to them. Also the receptionist and the optician (Joana) were so nice, patient and helpful!
If I could give it a zero I would, the front staff is completely unprofessional and some serious ghetto attitude. Apparently, Optical Outlets doesnt realize that their front staff is one of the most important factors in first impressions. They clearly need training, they were rude and disrespectful, they don’t care about the patients employees refused to seem me as a walk in.
The store is clean and has a good selection of frames. The technicians were friendly and helpful, and the doctor I saw genuinely cared about and patiently listened to my vision concerns.A much more relaxed experience than Ive had at other opticals!!
It was my first time going there and it was wonderfully. They staff are so pleasant I had an 5:45 appt for my sons and was having a hard time founding the place....long story short when I got they they was still able to see my sons and the Dr was very nice and so was the staff .Love it

While on vacation, woke up with a horrible burning in my left eye. Immediately got on Google looking for eye doctor! Went to Walmart - no doctor, went to Target - no doctor... Stopped in at several eye doctor locations on SR 192... Came across lazy people who didnt went to help some in pain...FINALLY.. Arrived at EYE DOCTORS OPTICAL OUTLETS ON, 1150 EAST VINE STREET!!! IT WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME.. The ladies at the front were helpful and super nice. Perla, at the front counter went out of here at to help me and even did some research on the internet to help me with my issueShe spoke to Dr. Nicholas and I was seen at minimum charge for the visit. Literally amazing service!!!!!I was so over come with the customer service which Perla provided me, that I made a small gesture to thank her for her service...If your ever in this area and need attention fast and professional... Today I came in without my mom and they were super helpful, they knew I was coming in and doctor Nicolas was amaizng he told me everything and more to do with my situation, how to clean my eyes, how to keep them healthy. About what to buy. The staff was incredible and it was a super fast process and I’m really happy with how fast everything went and my eye feel amaizng :) thank you for everything again.

Let me begin by giving credit where due- one of the doctors, Dr. Natasha, is PHENOMINAL. She is absolutely top notch. Other doctors weve seen over the years have been just okay- the type that rush through exams and dont listen. Unfortunately, this place has really declined the past few years. Although the staff is friendly, they are sooooo slow and have no regard for others time. As I write this (to try to save any readers the aggravation), Im waiting for the second time this week in an attempt to pick up my sons glasses. I waited over 20 minutes a few days ago, while staff members sat around. Im not so silly as to think that they have no other work to do, but I do believe clients waiting should be given some type of priority- especially for a 5 minute pick up. So far today, Ive been waiting 25 minutes. The staff moves at a snails pace and just seems very content with that. The glasses weve purchased in the years past are not of good quality and fall apart within a few months to almost a year. The only reason weve continued to return is because of how much we like Dr. Natasha, but after this experience, it will be our last visit. Unless you have nothing to do but sit and wait for sub-par glasses- skip this place.

To pick up the order of my grandchildren I wait 1 hour and 15 minutes this is RIDICULOUS the service was bad, totally unacceptable, the girls that work there dont have a clue about having customer service especially those who are sitting facing the frame boards were not important to them . Im not a satisfied customer and will not ever go here again.
I called about 15 times just to make an appointment. I was hung up on about 9 times.. I was forwarded to liki tiki resort. How?!!! I wish I knew. I got through once, she said it was hard to hear me and would call me back. I got a call back and couldnt hear anything. Then tried calling about 4 times again until FINALLY someone answered. Ive never had this issue before. Do hope they will work on this.

Terrible customer service. Theres always a problem when I call. They tell me theyll call me when my contacts come in, and they dont. Ill ask one question and they dont even ask for my information, just leave me on hold long enough for me to hang up. I call back a bunch of times and get different automatic messages even when I call within business hours. Give me one moment to them means theyre not going to answer you and hang up on you. Phone calls are supposed to conveniently save you time and clearly this is not the case for them. Its obvious the people they hire arent qualified enough to answer a phone.
The doctors are not the best, if you can go elsewhere would be a better idea.

They have a lot of workers so idk why they are so slow! Time to pick up the pace workers! Definitely would not refer and will not be going back next year!
We were told to make an appointment, as there would be less waiting around. We did so. I went in a few minutes before the appointment, mentioning that I had one. The place was packed. There were two sign in sheets, one for appointments and the other for walk-ins. There were quite a few more names on the walk-in sheet.Unfortunately, I was treated no differently than if I had just walked in without the appointment. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to see the optician. Then I had to wait another hour and a half before the technician helped me with the frames.All in all, I was very disapointed in them. I was told the glasses would arrive in a week and a half. Its been over two weeks, and still no word from them. I called them three days ago, got an answering machine. The machine promised theyd call back within 24 hours.Ill never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I could have gone to the place on line, gotten the same thing for less money, and received the glasses sooner. Terrible way to run a business.

TERRIBLE SCAMMERS. The doctors here are amazing but everything else was HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. I paid almost $500 (with insurance mind you!) for my minor daughters glasses on Aug. 7th. It is now Sep 11th and still no glasses! I call almost every week and they swear up and down someone from the lab will call me. NO CALL. Last week I asked for them to cancel the order and return my money as they told me it would take 7-10 business days from when I placed the order! I was told a manager would call me back. One week later no phone call!!!! Never again!! Don’t be fooled by this scam place.
Anyone who calls into this place can access anyones account, by having a name and DOB. They can state they are anyone. My grandsons account was accessed and my personal phone number was given out.I couldnt believe it. They will open an account, for the price of a pair of glasses even if you no longer go to this doctors office.Now because of them I have to change my phone number because I am now being harassed by the parties that got my phone number via them. I was obligated to give them a star before I proceded to post but they deserve none.

The Dr. was a sweetheart (forgot her name, but is a female.) I went to take my niece to an appointment and she was extremely helpful, so sweet, lovely.The staff, I wasnt impressed, therefore the 3 stars. Not helpful in explaining contact lens care and not really trained on helping you choose the right frames for you, so do a search if you arent sure of which frame go with your face and complexion. However, in all fairness, Ive never had an optician here in USA guide you through choosing the right frame. Ive only encountered this abroad, in Europe.Also, I had to ask for the prescription and according to the law, the optical MUST give you a prescription, whether you ask for it or not (at least according to Florida law, as I checked beforehand, as I know many years ago, optical places would give you a hard time. There was a change in law because of this...) Technically, they violated the law as I had to ask for the Rx when it should have been provided.The selection was descent, not vast but not tiny. Ive seen and been to opticals that carry from a handful of frames to literally what seems like thousands (maybe an exaggeration, but a lot), so the selection in this outlet is good, acceptable. The frames are cheap and no top designer brands (Gucci, Prada, etc...) which is perfect for inexpensive and/or for kids glasses.I liked that they werent pushy on wanting you to get extras (thinner lenses, Transitions or photochromatic, anti glare.) I would go again, especially if its the same Doctor. And if the staff was trained better, this would be a great place for inexpensive glasses.
This places take absurdingly long for just picking up glasses. Under managed. Never planning to come here again.
Great Doctors and helpful staff...I read a lot of people complaining about a wait 🤦♀️ I have never spent more than 40 mins there. Maybe people should try to schedule an appointment first.

Aweful dont care if its free gave the lady my glasses and my sons to order. Called back 10 days later because thats how long it usually takes to get your glasses to find out she never put the order threw plus she has a additude. Mind you I need glasses to see horrible!!!!
I got an eye exam here because it was requested by my primary physician. Once the eye exam was finished I was consulted that I needed general wear prescription glasses and that I have astigmatism. I was a little shocked and in a bit of denial at first but I dealt with it. After looking at all the options of frames, transition lenses, anti-glare, ect., we decided to go with just the simple $70 package to see how I did with the glasses before investing $400+. A week later my glasses got in and I started to wear them all the time as I was told. I began to experience headaches and dizziness. My wife and I believed it was just while I got used to them, but I started to notice that the only time there was a difference was when I was reading but everything that was farther from me looked blurry. So after a week of wearing my glasses I decide to go back to check if maybe my prescription was incorrect. Turns out my glasses were just for reading only. My wife and I were pretty upset because one can get reading glasses practically almost anywhere for less than $20 and I also had been struggling to see, drive, and work with these glasses that were not meant for general wear and could possibly be damaging my eyes. Thankfully the employee we spoke with was very understanding with us being upset and that if we would have invested the $400+ she would gladly accept a return because we would have been purchasing something we did not need. She did explain that the reading glasses had to be prescription because the amount needed in each eye was different and she could see where the first employee might have misread the prescription. She went to double-check the prescription with the doctor and even admitted that the first employee should have done so and she assured us that they would provide him with more training. I truly was thankful that we were able to clear everything up but I am still upset that I was given incorrect information upfront. These people are supposed to help you with your vision and my vision could have gotten worse if I did not notice that something was up. And I am willing to bet that I am not the only person this has happened to.

Like someone already mention a star is too much. Be careful when you call and they will do a double book appointment that they will see you. That is consider walkin. After 40 minutes of checking in they said theywhere not going to see me. Oh yeah I got upset. First and last time at this store in Kissimmee
