I came to the gas station at 10:26 PM on Monday, January 4th 2021 and the gas station was already closed I knocked on the door and some bald guy came out and said that he was closed because he was by himself and it was already 10:29pm by the time that he got to the door, it was me and three other clients. I have always come to the gas station at night sometimes usually earlier today I had happened to be a little bit later than usual I try to be there before 11 PM which is the time to the door normally close and I couldn’t get what I needed and he simply told us to go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, I visited the store in Poinciana tonight around 7:40pm, there were 2 employees behind the counter, a female & a male, the male was extremely rude, NO please or thank you, I am in leadership at a very large cooperation in Orlando, I would not tolerate any of my team to treat guests that way......Needless to say I will never revisit that circle K, and I will let my family, friends and coworkers now about this.

Been closed since April 2021.

My wife walk in this morning after washing her car as she does every Friday to let the associates know that there was something wrong with the car wash that it was the second time that would stop at 40 seconds instead of 90 and the older lady behind the counter was very mean rude she respond it with an ooookaaayy as an what do you want me to do then she cut her off to tell her there was nothing wrong with the car wash that she was supposed to go by slowly she explained that she did it the way shes been doing it for a while now she then cut her off to let her know they recently open that car wash so I other words she was lying, this lady was just rude god forbid she went In demanding for her money back right, we use to go to the bigger car wash up the street cheaper but it wasnt washing or drying our cars good and even though the people there were really nice I could not waist our money like that I guess we just going to go across the street now. just treat people how you like to be treat it.

The cashiers are very nice, but I’m very disappointed because I go there and spend between $130 and $200 on lottery tickets practically every week and every time I get a winning ticket for $100 it doesn’t matter if I go in the morning, afternoon or evening their response is always “I Can’t Cash This Ticket”! WHY?? When I take my money there it’s perfectly fine but when it’s time to pay out they always have an issue! It’s upsetting because the location is convenience but unfortunately I will be going elsewhere ti but my weekly tickets!😡😡

Staff is very friendly and the store is pretty clean. The lines inside are always long though that’s my only complaint is you feel like you’re standing in there forever.

Im sorry to say, while I think the employees of the store are great, that manager ( I think her name is Susan??) is extremely rude! She tells me about a purchase I was making and it sounded like a lie. When I called corporate to confirm what she said, they confirmed it was indeed a lie. Id rather give my business to any of the other gas stations in the area ( three 7-Elevens, a WaWa, a Murphy/WalMart and a Racetrac) before returning here.

I dont know her name but the manager is not suited to work with the public. Everyone else that works there are very nice and polite. The vacuume machine works. The air for the tires works. Someone cut the hoses once but they fixed them pretty quick. The price of the car wash went up a bit but it does a good job for what it is. The pumps have always worked and Ive been going there for 5 years now. They even sell the dog food I buy so its convenient if I stop in for gas and get a bag real quick as opposed to going to Publix. (Beneful) 5 stars when that manager is gone.
