The pharmacy needs serious attention. There were 7 people working in the pharmacy when I went to pick up my prescription today (because it was not in stock and couldnt be filled yesterday) and the guy working there said they didnt have it. I told him to call it in to another CVS and then he went over to look and they did have the medicine. He said it would take 5 mins. I waited 15 and watched him fill 2 other prescriptions while I waited. The people working in the pharmacy wore their masks below their noses or mouths. This behavior is inexcusable for a pharmacy where people are filling medicines. I will be changing my prescription pick-up location to another store and wont shop there again.

Unlike some others, all of my in store experiences have been great. Everyone always greets me with a warm smile, takes time to listen, and are able to promptly help me find what I need.

So I stopped by this location right before closing time. Tired, sleepy and blah... As Im standing in line, Mr. Devin walks past with a simple greeting. Most people would think that simple gesture should be normal and means nothing but youll be sadly mistaken. As someone who specializes in Customer Service with a background in Hospitality Management, this is something I see missing often in the customer service department. Just to take that second of your time to speak put a smile on my face. Thank you.Also, the young lady that was the cashier was also very pleasant.

There is a male pharmacy technician who is always in a bad mood and not doing his job properly. Terrible service…

This location is the worst for their pharmacy. The wait is always long. When you call ahead use the automated phone to do your refills, when you get to the store your refills are still never ready. Ill get a text message saying my refill is ready, when I arrive its not ready.They also talk badly about their customers. If they dont like you or they think youre rude they have your wait longer and tell someone else to help you. Im not being rude when you said my prescription would be ready in about 30 mins and now Ive waited 2 hours. When actually I got a text the previous day saying its ready. They are the worst here, for the pharmacy. Im changing my pharmacy, not even to a different CVS but to a different store all together

The store is fine but the pharmacy has serious problems. Every attempt to get meds filled in the last two months has resulted in trouble. They claim they havent received the script when the doctor says they sent it. Then when the doctor makes a change, they keep filling the old one. We are now on the third change in med and they are still filling the original one over and over again. Im assuming they are using computers so I dont understand how this could happen. Ive never seen so many accuracy problems with a pharmacy. Thank goodness we are double checking everything. Switching to a new pharmacy because I cant trust this CVS anymore.

The pharmacy has an employee by the name of Carlos.I had an emergency and needed to get tested for covid to be able to fly “when I walked in I asked if I could get an appointment for covid test? He questioned me he asked me Why you don’t go to AdventHealth you work there (I had my work I’d on me) He didn’t want to help meHe questioned me why I didn’t get the covid vaccineHe said “If you had done the vaccine your wouldn’t be going through this” this is unacceptable to be so insensitive I left and would never go back to that cvs pharmacy ever. Carlos was disrespectful and unprofessional

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When you call the pharmacy they leave you on hold for hours and when you finally get someone they hang up on you. I spoke to the supervisor and he told me he couldn’t do anything to help me. Told me to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager! I won’t be coming here anymore and I don’t recommend this CVS for your pharmacy needs!

Worst pharmacy ever. I had to call twice yesterday the first time I waited 30minutes then got hung up on. The second time I called 20 minutes before they closed and got disconnected at 8pm. I called the front of the store because I needed my sons medicine and she was so clueless. I called corporate as well but apparently they don’t care. I transferred all my sons medicine to another pharmacy

Worst place to get your medication!! Must all the time they dont have my daughter medication and they don’t communicate with us.Also when you call pharmacy they don’t anwser.One lady is very rude and lazy will treat you like a child need to have some costumer service trainning. She will tell you come back 1 hour later to pick your medication when you really needed.. we moving the whole family to another pharmacy

The store as a whole is a 3 stars, but the pharmacy 😡😡😡 they are NEVER on point. I am forced to go every wk to pick up medicines and Every time I go is never Ready, (even after getting confirmation phone calls stating the medicine is ready) and I have to wait 30mins plus to get the medicine... This is the absolute worse pharmacy!

The worst. Every time you call its always over 35 min wait for a rep to answer the phone. Even other pharmacy complain when they have to call this location and need the pharmacy service. I will give 0 Start.

Review isnt so much for the store but the pharmacy associate Carlos. There been more than one occasion where my interaction with him was unpleasant. Hes speaks to you very arrogantly as if he doesnt want to be there or help you.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. I called in need of assistance and the man I spoke to was extremely rude. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a pharmacy and I’ve worked in the medical field for several years. When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager. Since I’ve worked in a large company before, I requested the information for a regional manager or whomever is the next higher up. He said he didn’t have any of that information and what the purpose of the call was. I was honest and told him I was going to complain and he had the audacity to tell me to just talk to him because he was the manager and he didn’t have access to any of that information. Right when I requested him to repeat his name, naturally, he hung up! I will never send a patient to this location again!

Waiting for a long time, nobody aknowledge me. Then just left to a back rooma after I was there waiting for almost 15 minutes.

Very bad care at the pharmacy, they didnt want to sell me the medicine, discrimination because they didnt speak Spanish, Ms. Gigi and Mr. Hanna only knew how to say I dont speak Spanish. I just wanted them to sell the medicine because my husband had just had an operation and had pain, since yesterday I have been trying to buy the medicine, when I left the hospital it was late and when I got to the pharmacy it was closed, I went to other CVS and I did not They could sell because I was already assigned to this CVS, and when I got here they sent me from one window to another and told me that they didnt have that drug. I do not ask that they speak Spanish but at least receive a dignified and friendly treatment

I asked my doctor to use this pharmacy because of the drive thru and I very much regret it. I got a text my prescription was ready. When I arrived, only one was ready and the other was out of stock. The pharmacist was rude and kept cutting me off. She told me to call back tomorrow to check if the medication is in stock because they ordered it (Friday after 3!), and I explained that I am about to leave town and is there a way to see if another store has it in stock. She told me no and just told me to call. I try to call today (Friday) and there is no option to speak to a human and then when I finally got through the robot, no one ever answered my call. I called a competitor who explained that my particular medication could not be switched to another store or another pharmacy without going through the doctor. I’m very upset with the CVS pharmacist at this location who neglected to tell me that. She told me to wait and call and should have known that calling my doctor on a Friday at 3pm before going out of town would be next to impossible. Now I have to scramble to figure out if I can get my medication at all! If she had just been honest on Thursday, I would have had enough time to make the proper arrangements to get the prescription before the weekend. Now I have to wait until Tuesday or later! This medication is not urgent, thankfully, but I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble for a simple prescription! This prescription was sent on Tuesday! Absolutely do not use this pharmacy if you have any prescriptions that are urgent or that you need in less than a week.

I came at the last minute for my grandma medication who just get discharge from centra care Gigi from the pharmacy was efficient and the pharmacy personnel they knows about customer service, and courtesy, congrats to the manager for the great staff he had in this store

I always have problems with my medicine to pick up. the people who work there are not helpful. they think it is my job to know why the prescription did not arrive at the pharmacy. I always leave very stressed.

I want to start off by first thing this place is great. My experience was horrible because I was going to transfer coins into dollar bills. This one petite African American lady called in the manager and the manager did some of my cash which I was grateful for. But then I guess apparently the manager is deaf or I was deaf she kept saying we normally dont do that here under her breath and I was watching her. I understand your job is horrible and you probably have two jobs to pay for your apartment but you shouldnt let out your frustrations or your passive aggressiveness on me.

The pharmacy really never checks their doctor called in orders. I have had prescriptions called in by 3 different doctors over the years and its NEVER ready when I come for it. It was called in again yesterday at 11 am, went to pick it up at 7 pm and they had to check the computer for it, still telling me to come back in 30 minutes for it. If they would check their system, knowing doctors call in orders, this would fix the problem. Tried to go online to contact them via their website and it doesnt allow you to contact them. I guess they dont want to know what their issues are and they dont need to fix them.

I come here regularly. Ive had great experiences at both the front register and the pharmacy. The manager is really friendly and helpful. I recommend using this location over others nearby.

I like this CVS for Pharmacy Department. All Pharmacists and Technician are awesome. Really they take care there customer. I hope they keep their good work in future. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy.

In line for pharmacy drive-thru at 5:55 on a Sunday. I know they close at 6pm so I attempted to call while in line. No answer on phone. Without communication the binds were dropped and window locked. Went into the store and the pharmacy personnel pretended to not hear me and walked out the door. These are medications that people need, and apparently leaving exactly at 6 is more important. I can deal with their occasional rudeness, but todays issue takes the cake.

Honestly I do not know how Nicole Mclaughlin is allowed to work with the public. Nicole is a horrible human being with no soul. How shes allowed to work in the pharmacy is beyond comprehension. Worst human ever, seriously. She continues to disrespect the customers and finds it humorous as well. Why the manager allows this behavior to continue we may never know. As far as Im concerned if he allows it, then hes part of it. All pharmacy customers please beware of this troll you must pass in order to get some low quality service.

This is the 3rd time this pharmacy has failed to order the medication my son needs daily for his condition. The level of incompetence is beyond belief. They just hand back the script and say “come back Thursday.” When you do come back a week later they have an excuse for why it hasn’t been ordered and tell you to “Come back next week.”Meanwhile my son does not has the meds he needs for his condition and they are unable to check if any order CVS has available as well. Save yourself the grief and find another pharmacy.

I waited for quite a long time for a register with another girl; Kelly came up to open another register.I asked the girl waiting on me for the mgr and she really didnt seem to know who was managing that day and finally another girl came up named Erika, who they said was the mgr.I told her of the situation while Kelly smiled and looked on. Erika said ok and just walked away while Kelly smiled accordingly. What terrible customer service, no sorry or any explanation. WHAT kind of manager is that?? I will never go to that store again.
