This is by far the biggest and best Target Ive been to! They have their own liquor store which is huge, organized, clean and super stocked with many drinking options! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

What to say about the Target Orlando South West store in the Rolling Oaks Commons Shopping Plaza?This is one of my favorite Target stores. First of all, it is conveniently located with many other stores and restaurants, but towards the end of west Kissimmee, right next to Four Corners, so the really heavy, crazy traffic does not take you long to escape from.The customer service is superb. The staff is in constant communication with each other and the supervisors/managers we saw open lanes when cashier lanes have long lines to help out. Chayenne did this for us, and answered our questions. Once we got home we realized that we left one product behind in the cashiers bagging area. We called right away, explained the situation, they put is ok hold and went to find the product. They let us know we could go in anytime and go to customer service to pick it up, no more questions asked. When we went, they sure had saved it back there for us.The organization of the store is great, besides the fact that they have many parking spots for people with mobility disabilities, the staff still wears masks, they have a Starbucks, theyre very own, and huge, liquor store, produce and groceries section, online order pick up parking lot sections and everything else you need.Highly recommend it!

Love using the pick up for groceries! But the inside of the store is great too. First target Ive used for groceries, they have a great selection of produce as well as non-perishables, and frozen foods. The prices vary but you can find good deals if you look.

Excellent customer service! My husband and I had to return a bike we purchased that was defective. Evonne at the customer service counter was amazing! Very empathetic to our situation and was extremely helpful! We not only left with another bike, but also pleased with the ease of exchanging for a new one. Left happy and smiling. Cant wait for our daughter to see her new bike!

Since the remodel, this location has improved. It still caters to tourists but that is to be expected with the location. The store itself is clean and well stocked. The employees don’t seem to be too enthusiastic when it comes to customer service. If you are looking for a good bargain, you can find it here. Parking is easy and is located off of 192.

I wish they would start playing Christmas music. I need to get in the mood. VP Harris said if you want to have Christmas shop early. Im afraid she might see another lockdown on the horizon. Walmart is playing theirs, but I love Target cleaner, friendlier staff members.

I have to say this one of the best Target stores I have been to. It’s bright and appears well stocked. In addition to the store itself, there’s also a liquor store attached to it. One stop shopping for all your spirits. In my geo-location, our Target stores do not have the same atmosphere.

Huge parking lot with plenty of spaces available near the store entrance. Massive store stocking a huge range of groceries. Had a very nice display of fruit and veg. Had many other ranges including clothing, home, garden and sporting sections. Also has in store Starbucks and Pizza Hut franchises.

The store is clean, well organized, well-stocked and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The merchandise is of better quality than Walmart and they actually have very friendly staff to check you out and assist you.

Shout out to the drive up team! Always consistent, friendly and quick. This is my go to spot for anything I need around the house. The drive up is my favorite, you save so much time. I have not been to any other drive up this efficient

Biggest target Ive ever seen. They had a full disney store section inside. They also have a full bakery and deli hot bar. Sushi? Never seen that in a target! They had full to go meals that include everything you just cook it. Very good selection!

Doesnt matter which Target I go to, their entertainment section where the games and merchandise is stocked is always empty. Its a bad look as if they dont stock their gaming merchandise. Same for their Mini Brands and womens and juniors clothing. The lack of their merchandise is always a inconvenience and disappointing.

I want to take the time to think the pharmacist this morning for being so patient working by his self and doing his best and he remember pretty much everyone who drop off there prescription you did amazing job keep it up.

This Target 🎯 Was Big And huge. Lots of products to choose from. The parking lot was big so you will have no problem finding a spot. They have a grocery area inside with plenty of good food in stock. In store they have two food franchise that you can eat at. They are Pizza Hut 🍕 And Star Bucks Coffee ☕️. The store is very clean and orderly . The staff that I ran in too and that helped me was very kind, helpful, and professional . The customer service was amazing and also very fast. They know what they are doing at this store . This Target is amazing! It’s very large and has a great grocery and fresh bakery section, and liquor department. Staff are very friendly and store is clean!

I was in town for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend. Since I was staying in a nearby hotel, I stopped in here to pick up some snacks and drinks. As with most Target stores, everything was well organized and easy to find. The store was clean. It was also very convenient and easy to use the self check-out register. I will be coming back here again to do my shopping if Im ever again in the area.

Target is okay. Sort of expensive for a single mother. They offer several products for it to be at such a high cost. I spent a hour in one isle looking at 50 different fade creams. BOING 😳

I have been utilizing this locations drive up service for a little while now due to Covid and being pregnant. Today makes the THIRD time they have forgotten items from my order. This service is supposed to be a convenience, but even when I call back the store to remedy the situation, the phone just rings off the hook and I can’t get anyone. Last time this happened, the lady finally answered but was clearly not paying attention to me because I had to repeat myself several times. Then I was told I had to call back the next day to get a refund on my missing items and when I did, they didn’t even know how to do that, until finally someone figured it out. They also offered me a $10 target gift card but I refused because that’s not what I want: I want to be able to use this service and not be inconvenienced and to know I get all the items I pay for. To get back to the store to replace the missing items, I have to spend another almost 40 minutes and extra toll money and for what?? This is a huge disappointment and clearly not managed properly. I’m missing items I needed for dinner tonight, so now I will have to spend more money and time to order something which defeats the purpose of me spending money at your store! I will not be doing any further shopping at your store and with a baby on the way, I’d be spending even more money than I normally do, but I’ll be taking my business to Publix. Do yourself a favor, skip the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The target was huge! The employees were very nice, it was very well organized and I found exactly what I needed!

At the beginning of my vacation I was sad to find that I needed to get sanitary napkins (from Target). Upon walking through the doors I was not greeted but told we close in two minutes. After talking three more steps the lights to the store started switching off. I began to think how strange that was since I’ve managed retail before and we never turned the lights out even if there was one customer left in the store. The team gathered together like lions hunting prey until they pushed every customer out of the store. I’ve never experienced anything like this before; I had higher hopes for Target.Mary ruined my shopping experience there by following me through the store and telling me to get what I need and leave. This is no way to treat customers.

Super Target catering to us tourists with immediate end caps of sun tan lotion, aloe vera, sunglasses and hats. An entire front section of Disney clothing and souvenirs as large as a regular department alone. Very wide selection of apparel for the whole family.

Extremely rude Pharmacist who decides to join a conversation from the back of the pharmacy, when I was trying to ask questions, and was being polite. He heard a portion of the conversation and misinterpreted what I asked, and us wearing masks Im sure didnt help, but his lack of professionalism blew my mind. Ive NEVER been treated so horrible. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

If anyone hasnt tried Target Drive-up as a method to shop here is really missing out. This is one of my top options when it comes to getting a few toiletries. You literally order the same day, NO MINIMUM AMOUNT REQD like walmart, and in an Hour, I am getting my notification that my items are ready for Drive thru pick-up. Awesome awesome experience. You let them know in the app you are there and in a few minutes the friendly target employee comes out show them the code they send you and you are done!!I love it and highly recommend for busy people needing to run various errands.

I will not visit this Target store ever again. And I will let my family and friends know. About the experience I had. I frequently shop at this store, because I moved to this area about 6 months ago. And this time I went specifically to get Halloween costumes for my kids. Which by the way, you take price in lowest price guarantee, but they were not cheaper than your competitor (Walmart). But they liked them and I saw a sign that advertised buy one, get second 50% off. When I got to the self check out I asked the rep there why was the second showing full price. She told me that the sale expired and walked away. So, I asked her if it expired why was there a sign up? She was surprised that the sign was up. And told some guy in Customer Service that they needed to take it down. And walked away again. No apology or anything. So, I paid for other items and I asked her to take off the costumes. I get to the car and I asked my husband to go back into the store and take a picture of the sign so I can report it to corporate. And there was another Target employee that saw him taking a picture and asked if she could help. My husband explained what happened and she got a manager to honor the price because they had put the sign up too early. The principal is the principal, and if you advertise something, why do I have to hustle for it? I do not care if it was a mistake, the employee shouldve cared to honor it. Not wait until we go back and tell them that we are sending corporate a complaint so they can care. This is not the first time that I deal with a rude employee at this location. I had another instance like this with a gentleman of advanced age at the liquor store once, yelling at me and everything. Very uncalled for. Management needs to retrain these employees to provide better service. And most importantly, teach their employees that no matter what it is that the customer is asking or saying, they need to communicate without being rude and careless about the clients experience.

The staff at your Orlando SW store was wonderful, however the pickup entrance was blocked off so that was disappointing. I was not happy that it was mandatory for me to wear a mask to pick up my item. I was in the store for about five minutes. I will check my options more carefully next time and will either have the item sent or do curbside pickup. I also didnt like the fact that I couldnt print out the code--I felt like I was picking up classified information! But again, I want to say that the two associates were very kind and courteous.

Great store after its refurbishment, we have always liked shopping here, now its even better. Includes its own liquor store too which has a fantastic selection of just about everything. Even sells Irn Bru, so if ur from Scotland and need a wee top up!

This used to be my FAVORITE target in the area. And now it’s the worst. I’m sad to say the quality in staff has severely gone down over the years. Drive up orders are being filled with broken items. Wait times exceed 10 minutes for drive up orders and then I have to go inside and they have no clue I’m there for some reason. Winter Garden Target is waiting for you in the parking lot for a drive up order. They are on it! I wish this Target would take some notes from Winter Garden.

I always find really nice things at Target. Sometimes you find good things on special too. I recently bought my moms air fryer here for $50 while every other store had them for $65 to $80. I love their clothes, I love buying books here and movies. Video game selection is great! They have Mochi Ice cream which is kind of hard to find. The trail mix section is amazing! I love the antioxidant one its the best for me! The makeup section is so nice and I love coming here to buy my mascara or brushes. The pick up option goes so smoothly here. I always order to pick up.

Todays experience was INCREDIBLE. Shari, who helped me at the self checkout, was AMAZING. She went WAY out of her way to assist me with the new Circle feature. I was using it incorrectly, but had no idea. She patiently walked me through it and offered me extremely helpful (and exciting) information.

Antje, the employee, helped me pick 5 beautiful outfits. She helped me match shoes, bags and outfits. Ill come back when shes working.

I love this Target! It is one of the largest I have ever been too and it has everything you need including extensive dairy/grocery/produce/meat selections. The staff are extremely friendly and eager to help you. Prior to entering the store you have the option of visiting the liquor store. It has a great wine selection (although no Chianti), spirits, and even champagnes and cognacs. We were able to find items here that not even one of the largest liquor stores had. You won’t be disappointed!

Having everything ready for pick-up. I would recommend that you tell the customer to pick up the package at the front and not in the section where the item is sold.

Nice remodeled store. Well stocked. Certainly caters to tourists. Several similar disney souvenirs for a third of the price of what Disney wanted.

I am not a fan of this Target location since its remodel. Departments are too spread out & clustered. My advise is to go back to All the womans clothing in ONE area, not clustered in several areas around the store! I used to enjoy clothes shopping at Target, but not at the remodeled stores. I will go out of my way to go to the original Target in Clermont on Hwy 50 which has not been redesigned.

The best, largest and cleanest Target I have ever been to. There were many employees working and they were having meetings as well as helping customers. The floors were really clean and the produce section was breath taking. The business was booming and customers were happy. Stock was filled to the brim and there were so many unique items. If you decide to visit, it is the best choice you will make for a Target run.

This was my first time visiting this Target location, but I was super impressed. The store was very clean and all of the staff I encountered were very helpful & pleasant. My cashier was in training, but she was doing a great job handling multiple situations that were thrown at her (the guest before me apparently gave her an expired coupon or something & she had to deal with that); I had two separate purchases, and I used a gift card for a partial payment, and my Target Wallet app was not working properly - I dont think that I would have personally remained so calm and pleasant with that many new situations happening right after one another, if I was brand-new & in training. This Target impressed me. I will be back.

Angeley at check out has to be either the slowest person on earth, or the most incompetent. A total disaster of a human with horrible fashion sense. And a moustache. Ill look for you in the closest gutter next time Im in the area.

The newly remodeled Kissimmee Target is fast becoming my one and only big box store. Retailers must go above and beyond right now to ease shoppers concerns over Covid. Unfortunately, many stores seem to have hung up caution signs or duck taped directional arrows to the floor and return to the normal routine. My Target was clean and being cleaned while I shopped. Employees cleaned each customer check out line between guests use. One employee stood with a rolling cart checking out customers who were in line with a small number of purchases. Touch less pay systems, like Apple Pay, are now being used. A pleasant female voice kindly instructed people over the store’s audio system to wear a mask or use a delivery or pick up service. Merchandise had been reduced to provide larger space for guest walkways. Finally, the store was packed with employees, helping out and cleaning. Thank you Target. Until Covid is over, if you don’t have it, I don’t need it!
