A new look for an old favorite! This Bed Bath & Beyond is located in “The Loop Shopping Plaza” in Kissimmee,Fl. New esthetics throughout the store & it looks & feels like they have stepped up their game when it comes to adding a more modern appeal with their displays & products. Still in the middle of some of the working on some displays, but overall it is a beautiful change!

Have to give high praise to Brent at this location. He went out of his way to help with 2 easy questions and I just couldnt get over the superior guest service he provided along with a genuine caring for me as a customer!! It is so rare to find that nowadays with everyone complaining about everything so I felt it necessary to give him well-deserved, positive feedback!!! Although the location is not close to my home, I will absolutely be back there to shop!!

Bed Bath & Beyond I just love going there. They sale everything from kitchen to bedroom and beyond my daughter in-law brought a pot set that was very reasonable.

This store is nice, a little on the pricey side. I usually come here to get items that are difficult to find, but I get appliances somewhere else, because they are way too high here. This place is good for bottle openers, gifts, things like that. They do have a large selection of all kinds of bed, bath and kitchen stuff.

It looked like Walmart, lack of products or choices in products. Empty spaces in the shelves. Very disappointed such a excellent brand and store is gone by the waste side.

You can usually find what you need for your house, they had a lot of sales and clearance items. They were all wearing masks, the store wasnt crowded, you could comfortably shop.

Great place to find anything for the home. Friendly staff ready to help. Clean and well organized. Found the frying pans we have been looking for now that we had time to come here. Should have made this our first stop!

Very clean and currently updating the store. Not a lot of product on the shelves however.

Not the best location to visit, a bit messy here and there especially during the holiday rush. Lacking in customer service or hospitality. However, I will say that they are not short on product variety one bit. Solid selection of products for the holidays and amazing prices at this time. Definitely worth visiting again.

Nothing specific against bed bath & beyond but I do think that the internet has cut into their business significantly. They have a lot of niche items, but one of the things that we were looking for which was sheets in a specific color for the bed, they did not have which will send me screening back to Amazon to purchase.

WOW! I just went to this store to buy some kitchen ware for my college daughter. When we arrived we had a return to do first and everyone was so helpful specially Barbara at the Cashiers. She then directed us straight to where the items We were looking for were located and there we met Bob, some of the items we were looking for were not available and Bob took the time and courtesy to not only suggest comparables but find them on the shelf for us. Nothing beats the in store experience when great people with great customer service skills are available

The cashiers were even slower than DMV workers and they looked like they cared about half as much. We left the cart with our items and ordered them from Amazon on the way home.

Went to bed and bath beyond yesterday I walked around looking to the store they have all you cooking leaves blanket pillows pots and pans they have everything you need to get your kitchen and your house in order they have video doorbells you need to go into bed and bath and look in there and see what all accessories they have for your home.

They store personnel were very accommodating but the online people or not. I had a coupon that would have been good for 20% off the online price, but the online price was already price matched, so it couldnt be applied. The online price match was not as great a discount as the original price plus the coupon should have been. Not very happy.

Parking was more than adequate. I appreciated the restroom being quite visible compared to other stores in other cities. I found everything on my shopping list. The Cashier was very polite and helpful. My only pet peeve is the narrow aisles and having to spin around and go the other way if someone is browsing.

Store is not really ADA friendly. Very hard to get around in with a scooter. Isles are very tight.

We purchased a diaper bag from Buy Buy Baby earlier today, and upon getting home noticed that the security piece hadnt been removed, and the alarm didnt sound at that store. My husband and I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond at the Loop and the young lady was very eager to remove the security piece for us with no problem. Very helpful!!

Good as always! I went in to just look at some decor for my upcoming move. It started raining so I just comfortably browsed around until it blew over. Thats always easy and fun to do in there 😉

We picked up a wrinkled tablecloth. It was on an end cap of clearance tablecloths. It was in a plastic bad with only the size on it (it was the only 70round one to be found). All the other ones were 8.99. This one was 20.00 after 5 minutes of discussion by the employees. It looked as though someone used it then returned it. We told them to keep it. Good luck getting 20.00 for a previously used tablecloth!

Customer service was not present at this store. We walked by four workers and one manager with no one greeting us or offering any assistance. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience as we walked the store and workers busily looked at items in their section. They get one star for being a bed bath and beyond store that sells products. Maybe we came on an off day but Ill be going to another store next time.

Talk about an organized mess. First, I will say the staff was super impressive. Every corner I turned there was someone asking if I needed help finding anything. There is a LOT of stuff here, and you will likely find what you are looking for, but dont expect a lot off variety of many items. With that being said those items that do offer you choice are not always in the same area, so expect to look at all the isles in the section before making your choice. Not a bad experience, just wish it was a bit less cluttered.
