I purchased a large Sunday and they half fill the cup. I notice and said something to the cashier he said the syrup will not fit if he add ice cream and closed the window and ignore me. He was so rude! I will never come back to this location. I have a twisted Treat closed to my house and they are so nice and the ice cream does goes all the way up and not hallow like this location.I will be emailing corporation as well... they need to retrain ther employees at this location.

Felt bad getting there 20 mins before close which is why I tipped $9 but I dont believe I shouldve been treated as a nuisance. Not once was I greeted or even given eye contact. The interaction ended with the employee saying cookie dough and closing the window before I could say thank you. My family enjoys ice cream and probably would have swung through a few more times during our stay but now will not.

Awesome selection of treats. It gets extremely busy so patience is a virtue. Avoid parking in the spots adjacent to the drive thru line because you will get blocked lol. Portions are good and prices are reasonable. The gentleman at the window was courteous and pleasant even though they were getting slammed. I’m glad to patronize this establishment and will continue doing so.

Awesome soft serve ice cream among other choices. A kids cone is like a regular cone at this place. Each size up is like double the size stated. Monster ice cream to cool off on a hot day.

Ordered a “Medium” size fancy cone with chocolate & vanilla swirl. What I got was about the size of a kiddie cone at maybe 2 inches wide at the top! Happy I didn’t get a small otherwise it would’ve been about two bites worth. I get the same thing from their other location at Posner Park and they are much bigger! This cone was absolutely a small and not a medium size. I’ve been to these locations enough to know the difference. Wasn’t worth the money at all. Will skip this location and stick to the other one from now on. Apparently you don’t have any standard sizes as a chain because each place is very different.

Just wow, Twistee Treat is one of the best ice cream location I have ever visited. Its a must in the Orlando area!

Family owned home made ice cream shop with a plethora of flavors. I did the praline and they handed me a cup of pralines to dip the soft serve cone in so you get toppings on every bite! Perfect ending to a perfect day!

Cheap ice cream! It was cheaper than we originally thought it would be, and they were quick. Smoothies and shakes were delicious!

I finally decided to splurge on the Brownie Boat. Soon noticed there were NO brownies in it. Went back, waited in line and pointed this error out. In return, I was given a cup with a few brownie pieces... to somehow add to my messy, melted soft serve sludge. Yeah, that worked out well. What a waste! Obviously not how this oversight should have been handled. Considering the price of this, it wouldve been nice to try it as it was meant to be. Instead, I had an overpriced McDonalds-level sundae and threw away one heck of a nasty mess. Epic fail. Do better.

I am baffled how this place has so many stars and positive reviews. The rating was why we showed up but our experience was anything but good. From cones being handed out the window already dripping done the cone, to missing toppings, to inedible brownies. A big disappointment for what we thought would be a nice treat.

Nice little stop to end a hot day. Pretty busy location though. Only reason for star deduction is they gave us broken cones in drive thru so it was leaking from everywhere on both ours and one of us was driving. Needless to say it made a mess. Im sure it could have been resolved but we didnt realize all the small holes and few cracks till we had started driving and the mess started. Lol. Its happens .

My family and I loved Twister Treat Westside. Affordable prices and you get a lot of ice cream. The hot fudge cake was one of the best that I have ever had.

Very reasonable prices, big servings, and GOOD! I got a Cheesecake Carmel twist and it was amazing! Everyone in our group got something different and all happy campers with some left for later! We will be back! Staff was very friendly also!

Took about 15 min for us to order with only one family in front of us. Ice cream had an odd texture to it (like slimy) and the cookie dough pieces tasted like freezer burn. We threw most of it away. We have been to other locations that were great but wont go back to his one.

Found this place near our resort stay. Yummy, soft serve ice cream, with SO many flavors to choose from. Weve been 2 days in a row now! Will be back again, before we head back to Indiana.Pecan praline, with toasted pecan pralines on top. Delicious! 😋 Pistachio in a waffle! Yum!

This is a fantastic stop for a treat. We were in town for six nights and we went there three times. Plenty of choices and all of them that we got were super tasty.

If inserting -5 stars was possible I would without hesitation. About 10 minutes ago I was just trying to treat my family to a nice dessert for our last night in Florida and when the nice worker at the window asked her coworker making the desserts,” Did you make the one with the peanut allergy yet” she responded “Ugh, no I’ll get to that last I don’t have time for that.”I’m highly allergic to peanuts and if I’m giving you my money, treating my family on Christmas Eve to our last meal of vacation I expect somewhat at least decent, respectful service. I understand no one wants to work today, but that was absolutely tragic customer service. I couldn’t find out what her name was because when I asked the young girl working the window, who had glasses on, she shut the window in my face trying to protect her coworkers spiteful behavior. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Worst spot to end a memorable family vacation.

This ice cream place is great! We only tried a few flavors but it was way better than we expected and the prices were lower than we thought theyd be.

Wasnt too bad. We tried it in 2017 when we visited Orlando but this time it wasnt the same taste as usual.Not sure for what reason but we werent satisfied with the taste and also to add the CHEESECAKE ice cream didnt taste at all like cheese cake.Little disappointed but will try another location to see if it is the same like thsi location.Staffs were extremely nice but were not serving customers according to the order number which created little confusion.

We LOVE twistee treat! It’s our favorite place to get ice cream. We have so much fun trying new toppings on our cones. I think we’ve just about tried everything on the menu and nothing disappointed! The only downfall is they can be pretty inconsistent with the sizes of the ice cream. Sometimes the kiddie size is larger than the small.

Stopped at this Twistee Treat 5+ times while on a week long vacation in the area. Loved their ice cream and the various flavors you can get. Service at times can be a little slow but it is very much so worth the wait. Cant wait to be back in Florida again to come back for more Twistee Treat.

For the little ones maybe ice cream should be served in a small container rather than a cone, ice cream is of good quality and tastes really good, we had a banana split, which 2 people can share and be fully satisfied. The coffee was not good at all, tasted like it was old, and our cup container was all bent on top, and there was no more lids, so not happy with the coffee, should have gotten the coffee from Dunkin which is next door
