Very disappointed- went in to ask about embroidery for my business. Brought in my disc and chip in a gold envelope with my name and #. Never got a call back and then we went down with covid. Called to see if they had my envelope. Kept calling and was finally told cant find it and cant look in storage. Didnt offer anything for losing my only copies of the logo.

I found this business on google. A great find, I got them to do a golf bag embroidery and it was done super professional. I would recommend to any one.

I had three chefs hats custom embroidered at Out of this World Embroidery and they are fantastic! I am so happy with how they turned out! The lady was helpful and showed me the designs before they started the embroidery. The price and amount of time it took to complete were both very reasonable too. I highly recommend this shop!

Horrible customer service! Promised an order would be ready by the next day and would receive a text confirmation. Text was never received, not only was it not ready at promised time it hadnt even been started! Then told it wouldnt be ready until next week, because she doesnt work weekends. I drove across town after being assured it would be done. Gentleman on phone didnt even apologize. When originally inquiring about their abilities, I stated several times this was for a funeral, therefore the reason of needing it at promised time!

Received a custom hat and shirt recently, and I love them, very well made and great customer service. Girlfriend got somethings done a while back the durability is great, 10/10 would recommend!
