Online shopping is your friend not these guys. Said insurance with cover it. What a lie. Wouldnt be so bad if I couldnt buy all the over price stuff, they grifted me in to getting, online for more then half off. Also they only showed me one mask.... Yup the most expensive one Get your prices up front, or walk out. Medical supply sales people are the worst. Youre over whelmed and they swoop right in to take all your money.
Vacationing from Philly, I did not have my cpac swivel elbow to connect my hose. Therefore I could not use the cpac for 2 days and began to feel sickly not sufficient sleep. Went to Colonial Medical Supply Store. Although the elbow was not available without the entire mask and strap, Nancy and Deseree did everything they could to help me. Nancy and Deseree worked hard to supply me with the swivel elbow without having to buy a$125.00 mask kit that I didnt need. I walked out of this store so happy I had to give them gigantic hug. I am so happy they made a way for me to get sufficient sleep while in Florida vacationing. Thank you so much. There effort means so much to my overall quality of life.
Helpful staff, but poor location. Their door is in the middle of a small shopping strip, right in front of stairs. No ramp except at either end of strip. Most people shopping here are either disabled or picking up bulky equipment for disabled. Poorly planned.
Let me start off by saying that Colonial Medical saves my vacation. I left my clap machine at home and was in dyer need of a rental machine. I wasn’t able to sleep at all because I am dependent on my machine. I called the Altamonte, FL location for help. The customer service was GREAT🔥🔥🔥. They stayed after hours and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you Nancy from the respiratory department for all your help.❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥I slepted like a baby🥰🥰
Superb customer service by Ron. Went in on 3/30/18 inquiring on wheelchair and how it works with medicaid/medicare. Was very thorough in explanation and very informative as well as attentive. This was the first time we were looking into getting a wheelchair and he provided us more information than we asked for.
Desiree helped us yesterday, and she was both friendly and efficient. She also set up another appt. for us to get further help on an item that my husband needs to be fitted for properly. Excellent service and help! Thank you, Desiree!
I was in Orlando from out of town. I use a CPAP, and i brought my machine but forgot my mask. I went to buy a mask, and the sales rep said I needed a prescription. I called my provider, they said they would fax a prescription over, he said it would take 48 to 72 hours after they got the prescription. He was more concerned about getting my business going forward, even though I was out of town, than helping me out. I walked out. Would not recommend, they are just out for money not helping people.
I had a bad and unresolved experience with colonial medical supplies. they offered free shipping with online orders. the website would not allow me to order with free shipping. I had to pay, although the site said, free shipping. when I contacted the store [4 times], they put me off and never refunded my shipping cost.I would highly not recommend the online ordering method. you will probably not get your shipping charge refunded.

It says Open at the website, but when you arrive there it is closed.
I was at Disney and my CPAP mask broke. Despite their website allowing me to order online without a prescription (because a mask doesnt require one, and why would it?), and many other websites like Amazon allowing me to order it online they would not allow me to pick one up in store without a prescription. Absolutely asinine.
If I could give negative stars I would I Called the main number was told they had the part I needed drove to the store and was told they didn’t carry that item I called the number again and was told I was wrong about the conversation I had and I didn’t know what part I needed the lady was very rude and gave me an attitude the entire phone call definitely would not recommend they don’t care at all about customer service.
The worst service. For over four months trying to get a wheelchair from this people they keep given the runaround they say that the person is on vacation this is ridiculous to not use this company.
