Typical tourist trap, price on item wrang wrong, woman couldnt figure out how to fix it, had to start over and wring something else up the right price...

False advertising on the windows. Most of the items were over priced for what it was. Customer service was bad !!

Great place if u want Disney souvenirs at a lot cheaper price then at Disney. And its the same stuff. Even has Harry Potter stuff

My wifes remarks were this place has everything in case we forgot something at home, like sunscreen, beach towels, swimwear or even lotion! Then if people need luggage because they bought so many things at the parks, or their luggage broke, they have that too.I walked around and enjoyed the variety of items available. There were gift ideas, trinkets, souvenirs, or just the beach necessities. It is well organized, neat and well upkept.

Not bad, its a typical gift shop, prices are a bit higher.

This store as really old merchandise that is dry rotted and they wouldn’t give me a refund!! We bought a bookbag and every strap broke,, these people are petty not to give me a refund!!

Lots of cool stuff to buy here but there is not a lot of organization in the way the store is set up. The isles can be skinny and hard to navigate at times. The staff are pretty friendly though.

Same old gift shops

These stores get you with their advertisements and then you cant find the sale in the store or the item isnt there. I found no 99cent mugs. ....however i did find a 1.99 orlando shirt. Please watch your kids...the owner does not play. I heard him speak to numerous children in the store about just about EVERYTHING.

Hugh store with many Disney products.including toys, t shirts, towels, tote bags, swimsuits, shoes, pens, jewelry, and toomany other items to name. Prepare to spend at least an hour browsing through this wonderful store.

Cheap items

Extensive selection of Disney themed merchandise at drastically reduced prices compared to the parks. If you are looking for family matching T-shirts or souvenirs, towels, cups, mugs, etc. this is a great spot to stop just outside of the parks in nearby Kissimmee.

This is the coolest store and nothing is over priced I love this store and its not just Disney they have tons of things from Universal to Disney Harry Potter and so much more

Found items selection to be good and fair price, including things on sale.

We visited 15 August 2018.Decent selection. But, the restrooms were DISGUSTING. They could definitely get a health code violation because of their filthy restrooms. Management was notified, they didnt appear to be surprised or concerned.

One great of a lie dont get trapped to this signs says nothing over 7.99 or 5.99 or 9.99 everything in there is extremely expensive. Check the Walmart around Disney parks they have very great selection and great prices cheaper than any store around

Still a little pricey. Bought a kitty cat at Disney for $24 but the same thing was priced at $29. Try the Walmart close by. They have a separate section just for Disney soveneir.

Most of the shirts they had could be found at Walmart across the street. Nothing bigger than an XL. Everything appeared cheaply made but was expensive in the end
