Big fan of publix. This one has the fresh made pizza dough balls, tons of little health potion drinks (see pics), and Heineken mini kegs. There are complaints of the store being crowded but we didn’t experience that. Friendly employees.

Stephen, in the deli, he rocks!!! I came in to order the Vegan Deli Sub, and they were out of tofu. But he was pleasant, funny, kind, and helpful! He went out of his way and got us ingredients to make a tofu sandwich! That was the nicest thing, seriously, to go out of your way, and to be so jovial at 10pm, cant rave enough. Hope someone in management sees this and gives him the praise and a raise ! That is how you treat people in general, not just people who are customers. He made my night

My most favorite grocery store by far. The store is always clean and organized and all the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Publix slogan is where shopping is a pleasure and this store is the absolute definition. I have never had a bad experience. The addition of self checkout has really decreased the lines which is a major bonus. Cant say enough good, just make this your regular grocery store.

I cant wait for this company to move into my city. Their workers are extremely friendly. They ask to help you and then do it very well. Deli employees actually cut your meats the way you want them to which is shaved for me. I can tell you Kroger employees in my hometown have fits about shaving my meat almost every time I go. Publix has zero problem doing it and i appreciate that.Also, I sent my daughter to get herself a cookie a manager walked over to me while at the deli just to check to make sure she did not have a food allergy. How many places do that? None in my years of shopping in my hometown. Great service.

First stop this morning after arriving locally for a condo stay. Great prices and selection in every department I shopped. Plenty of produce, beer, and wine options.Friendly staff. Prepared a deli department freshly fried chicken pieces with a side salad for lunch. 👍🏻👍🏻

This store is always clean and well organized, as most Publix stores are, and all the people are very friendly and helpful. But I also wanted to give a special shout-out to the wonderful service I just received from Pete, who was bagging my groceries for me. He noticed the stuffed clams I was buying and asked if I had had that same brand of scallops too, commenting that they were also excellent. I said Id remember that for next time, but he remembered that he thought that brand was BOGO this week, because his wife had just gotten some too. The cashier checked on the app for me and found that they were, so Pete walked back to retrieve a box of the scallops for me to try also. It was a small thing, but really impressed me that he knew his store so well, and went the extra mile to make my experience that much better. Thanks for the assistance, Pete, I cant wait to try the scallops too! 😊

Publix is a great market to shop, it has everything you need. We stop by to pick up sandwiches and also bought fried chicken. Their deli department has a good amount of hot food and side dishes.

Dont order from Bakery.Ordered a pull apart cupcake onesie and was sooooo upset and disappointed. I wanted to cry 😭. whomever created and decorated these cupcakes did not care or even try to do it right . No pride in their workmanship. It was so ugly I was embarrassed to bring it to the baby shower.So many things wrong- we wanted pink. But the special instructions were not on the receipt .only the pink lettering.- it was bright neon green. Not solid yellow or even a mint green.- the yellow and blue were not even blended properly.- the piping was bad. Border lines were uneven and broken.- the cupcakes were not fixed to the base with a dollop of icing. You have to put some icing on the bottom of the cupcakes so they dont slide all over the place.- dots were messy and not consistent. We had to ask for the pink dots to be added.I only gave this Publix 2 stars because the rest of the store staff was so nice and helpful.They tried to remedy the issue as much as they could.Also Publix cakes are always delicious

Store was extremely crowded and busy with people when we visited while staying at Orange Lake Resort. Normal everyday items are very overpriced and a lot of things go out of stock quickly. Beware if you need a local place to shop while visiting Disney or staying at a local resort. There are much better options that arent too far from the area. One positive note is that our cashier and bagger were very fast and friendly, which made the experience okay at the end. Would not recommend to friends and family, mainly because of the overpriced and under-stocked groceries and merchandise.

They had a wide variety of items. A hot deli with scrumptious food. Staff was helpful and willing to help. Cashiers were very friendly.

Publix is normally known for its great service but that was definitely not the case tonight.The place was very crowded and the deli area is very narrow so its not possible really for people to form a line and what is the point of having a take a number system if youre not going to use it I left without getting what I came for because it just wasnt worth the hassle and the wait.

Hands down the most efficient store in the chain, ESPECIALLY the Deli. Ive been to more than 200 Publix locations, and always make sure to stop by this one when Im in Florida. This is probably one of the busiest stores in the entire chain (if not the absolute busiest. Management tells me that for at least most of the year, theyre busier than any other Publix), and definitely the busiest grocery and deli departments. Despite this, the grocery staff always knows where to find what you need and can even usually tell you the price off memory, and the deli team, despite usually only having 4-5 people onhand (for the sliced meat, sub deli, hot deli, and someone cooking in the kitchen) theyre quick and efficient. Every other Publix is doing a fraction of the Deli business this store does, and Ive counted between 6-12 people working each of those delis, so its crazy impressive how this Deli can do whats definitely millions of dollars in sales with a smaller staff. Everyone at this store deserves a raise.

I found everything I needed except for 1 item so I asked an employee for help which she did. The place was very organized and it wasnt crowded at which I was surprised.

Great sale prices and a huge selection. I really love that it is at the entrance to Orange Lake Resort. Since we have a full kitchen, it makes it easy to shop for meal components and prepare out own food. Very convenient!

Clean, well stocked store and there is a wide variety of souvenirs for tourists to purchase. The lines are short and check out is quick. There’s plenty of parking close to the store. Publix is known for its friendly, helpful staff and you will find plenty of that here.

Oh how I missed Publix and its good to be back in my home state after moving 2 years ago and as usual I love the subs and chicken

This was the 2nd time I went to this Publix for the fresh baked good and was hard as a rock. I called today to inform the bake department manager and was told That Publix Instructed To Bake This Way....I requested me money back.(I purchased sugar cookies that are hard, 1st time in my lifetime i had a hard sugar cookie that was told by nanager its the way the bake them.)*STAY AWAY FROM THIS PUBLIX BAKED GOODS, THEY WILL BE OVERLY BAKED AND HARD*

Nice store. The BOGO deals are always something worth checking out. They have a new group of deals that start every Tuesday. I wish the layout to the store had been like most of the other Publix stores. This store was reversed. The produce was on the far left of store instead of right. All the isles were opposite also.

I only go to publix for their chicken wings. Which has a price increase from $10.99, 11.99, 12.99 and now to $13.99. Very rare I catch the $8.99 sale when it use to be priced as at $11.99. I get sushi there too on Wednesday for $5 but she never has them available between the hours of open to 10am. The Publix over in Loughman always theres available at these times.

Always shop here when in Kissimmee. Fully stocked and meets your needs for vacation. Pricing is in line with stores back home. Just wish we had one. Store is always clean and employees have all been courteous.

Publix is my favorite shopping for grocwries throughout Florida. Products are always fresh, workers are properly trained and always polite, there is a large variety of in house freshly baked bakery items, the deli is really delicious and the seafood section even has sushi and fresh fish and seafood. Service is top of the line and you can refill your empty water bottles or rent movies. You can also get stamps or buy the lottery.

Great place to shop for groceries during our stay in Orlando. We made the mistake of going to Walmart on our first night, but Publix was our go to the rest of the week!

Universal Studios is very awesome, if you have children, this is a great place to visit. As a parent I would suggest that your child or your children would appreciate Universal Studios if there are 6 yrs and up. I say this because some of the rides require your child or children to be about 4 feet tall to get on most of the roller coasters. But if your child, or children are under the height requirements there are many other attractions that will put a smile on their face . This place is super awesome.
