The store owner is a very honest man with very reasonable prices if you dont shop in there youre missing out

Great place to shop and has everything you need

Hello. New Floridians here. Needed propane tanks refilled. The man carried my tank to the refill area...and charged me less for my partial fill of one of my tanks (other places state that they charge per full tank refill despite it being partial) He explained that this is not the normal way, but made an exception given we are new to the area. Awesome service and helpful. 👍👍

🤬they are thiefs!!. Bring two gas cylinders and I charge them as if they were both empty, one of them was only half missing and the other a little less than half. He did not want me to replace my money since he made me pay him the full price of the two bottles first. I do not charge for what I fill but what he wanted🤬🤬

Nice place to get what you need

Been here several times since I moved to Kissimmee. Love the local business attention the provide and not that yeah, yeah on isle number... thing its just good old fashion neighborhood service.

Good, Old-Fashioned Service. This place probably has 4 times more hardware than the Big Box home improvement stores. The employees are actually knowledgeable in a wide variety in home improvement categories. Ken was so helpful and stuck with me the entire time to make sure I had everything I needed to complete a project. He even called me back later in the day and followed up with additional tips and suggestions. I will certainly go back if I need to.

This is a great hardware store! I have stopped in several times in the past couple of weeks and theyve always had exactly what I needed, including free advice. I was able to avoid going to the large home improvement stores with their long lines and to avoid the traffic to reach them. I highly recommend them!

It would be nice if they actually opened when they say theyre going to. Waiting outside a half hour after their posted hours said they open and the doors are locked and no one answering the phone.

Great customer service, went to buy two 1/4 in nut and washers; total was about $1:48 or something, only had my debit and the had a $4 minimum. He insisted that I have it on the even after I offered to buy something else. Will definitely be my first choice for anything I need from now on.

From the moment you arrive until you are ready to go back into the world, the family at Makinson Hardware treat you as part of their family. Its refreshing to ask a question and know you will be given proper guidance. Beyond the multitude of merchandise, they provide services that make life easier. Screen repair, mower repair, keys cut, propane and much more. When I need something that I dont see, I ask and they help. If you need a bolt or a nut, you can buy one not a package of 25 like other places require. Visit their historic store, I can guarantee once you have, youll return again and again.

Never fails. Every time I go here they always have what I want. One gentlemen even went out of his way to grind a part I needed. Keep it up guys.

This store is good, most times I got there just because they can answer your questions about what you need and they are always nice. Making a Key or Buying something big you are a valued client

Has a lot of great inventory, you could spend all day looking at their inventory. Only thing I dont like is there is this woman that works there and feels the need to check up on me every 2 minutes. I AM NOT STEALING YOUR STUFF.
