As I was leaving the store, I dropped a glass bottle that I had already purchased by accident .The store associate Carlos started to scream uncontrollably. Very Unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He definitely has anger issues and I felt threatened .I left the store shaken with anxiety.

Been here a few times. Rolled up at 6:03pm trying to buy a few things that I had already picked out with a retail at about $120. The man at the register stopped helping the women he was checking out and came running to the front door and locked it as I was getting out of my car. I understand the hours and all but I didnt know they closed at this time and honestly, it just felt bad being treated like vermin. Never shopping here again.

Bad guest service, they were 3 employees in the back of the store no aknowledgement if we needed assistance when I ask she pointed from far away and I ask her again she did the same gesture and I just stood there while she looked at the other girl employee and laughed.

I went inside to ask for a product that I wanted to buy. I have my sin with me, I stay there kind if inline and they are 2 employees stocking and only one attending customers. you know the rest.

I visited today and havent been there in awhile. I have been seeing medical drs for my conditions and I am getting no relief. I talked with Priscilla Vazquez and she was awesome. I cant even explain the gratitude I have towardsl her. She listened to my concerns, she was extremely knowledgeable and even went and checked on the computer. I thought I knew but I didnt. After taking the herbs and oils I purchased I felt better within 10 minutes! Maybe tonight I will be able to sleep. I actually take anti-anxiety meds and what Priscillas knowledge I feel so much better than I have in years. I want to personally thank you for being patient, explaining and confirming info and even explaining what helps her. I hope u go far Priscilla! U have excellent customer service skills and remind me of me! I used to love working n helping customers. Now I cant work but I was treated as I treated my customers. She spent time with me and he and explained to me what helps her;treating too. Thank you Priscilla. Your insight Anns knowledge helped me with in 10 min. U deserve a gain from this. Went to GNC worst customer service ever. Then vitamin world girl was nice but very limited. She recommended vitamin shoppe and they were very nice and knowledgeable turned my frown upside-down.😉

Easy to find great help on finding what i was looking for

Last night I made a quick stop to pick up a vitamin for my mom and left with so much more, in the best of ways. I was greeted by a sales a associate named Aysha. She immediately offered assistance and directed me to the item I was shopping for. Her knowledge of the products and their functions impressed me so much that I decided to pick her brain about some supplements for myself. Aysha was kind, respectfully listened, and was sincerely empathetic when I shared my story of an on going medical condition. She showed me a few different products and options but always recommended to discuss with my doctor first. She wasnt just another pushy salesperson trying to make a sale and then rush me out. Instead, in addition to her product knowledge, Aysha offered a listening ear, words of encouragement, a positive attitude, great energy and a new sense of hope for my healing journey.Thank you Aysha for being awesome!

All vitamin shoppes have price matched for me except this one. She wanted to give me a discount but did not want to price match 3 extra dollars. Its called price match for a reason.

I love this place. Everyone is always so friendly and right there when you need them. Its a little costly, but it does cost to stay healthy.

A great place For your natural needs!!

Overpriced, staff members just stand at the register talking rather then assisting & perhaps doing suggestive selling. But, of course if they dont have the knowledge its best they not try to suggestive sell or reccomend companion items. Store was clean. This was my first timein this location, wont be back.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Is 5 minutes from my house and they have everything you need from most popular solid brands in the market. you can literally by aminos, protein and pre workout all for less then 70 bucks depending the brand. Today I bought nitrix oxide (NO3 DRIVE POWDER), protein (whey tech) and aminos ( mans sport, sour patch flavor) for 60 BAAAAAM CANT BEAT THAT ON ANY NEAR STORE.
