Nice and clean store. Good thing I ignored the reviews. I found the place to be good. I enjoyed my shake and liked it, I will be back.

Fast, friendly staff. Great ice cream. We got ours in a cup. I had coffee and my wife had the chocolate. Big scoops. Great atmosphere.

Not much to choose from. Their menu looks good but they didnt have much from the menu.

This is a huge place with very little selection. 10 ice cream and none of them looked appealing to me. Not very inviting. Bare walls. Needs a remodel.

Legitimately the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. Completely gritty and melted as they scooped it onto the cone. I took a few bites and threw it out.

We went to their shop and they only had about 5 flavors and most of the flavors werent even ready and were too soft to be served, after we bought icecream and left we ate them and they tasted like cardboard, $20 wasted. I dont think well be going back again.

Had a milk shake, exactly what I was hoping for. Fresh and flavorful, also the young lady working there was polite. Ill def be back for another next time I go

So unprofessional! Blonde girl in the pink shirt is really rude, and not friendly whatsoever. Ice cream is melted and portions aren’t right. Ordered two scoops and it looks like one. Place is dirty, tables aren’t being sanitized.

Not sure why others rated this place so poorly. For my family it was a pleasant experience and everyone enjoyed the homemade ice cream.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude girl behind the counter. Told customer behind me to take the ice cream off the counter, men while he had it there to be able to get his wallet out. She barely put any sprinkles and told me she had to charge me if I wanted more. I am highly disappointed in this experience. Its called sweet dreams, but they are giving guests nightmares.

This place is a joke. Service was terrible, the soft serve machine was broken, they were out of napkins, the ice cream says its home made but the containers they scooped from are blue bunny, etc etc. I cant imagine this place will be open for much longer. Dont waste your time or money.

$20.94 for 1 soda and for my two sons and I to get 2 scoops each. Kinda pricey but whatever. Cotton candy did not taste like cotton candy. Mint ice cream tasted like listerine and I LOVE mint ice cream. Couldnt eat it. Its like they forgot the sugar in it. I got a bottle of Mt Dew and checked the expiration date. It expired Oct 2018. 7 MONTHS AGO!!!. We brought the ice cream back and the soda, couldnt bring back the chocolate ice cream cause the 3 year old devoured it. Manager gave us only $15.03 of the $20.94. Manager never spoke a word, just shrugged his shoulders Horrible service. All he had to do was apologize and refund all our money and this review wouldnt of been done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to Twisty Treat down the road.

Don’t buy drinks without checking the expiration date! Bought a tea that was 11 months expired. Totally unprofessional place! 🤮
