Wendy Williams was an absolute amazing agent. She went above and beyond to ensure the sale of my home.It was on the market for many months with another agency and had absolutely no results. I had moved out of the home and out of state and it seems because of that I wasn’t getting the sales service I signed up for. After showings I would constantly have to chase down the agent to find out what happened and it would take days before she would respond to a voice message or a text message. Very unprofessionalWendy took my listing not only did she ensure that it showed well, she would give it a dusting in between just to keep it fresh and clean and anytime she showed it she was very diligent in regards to giving me feedback. She sold my home within six weeks of listing with her. I could not have been more thrilled with the service that she had provided.

Omg 😳 I went through so much drama with these agents at four star homes ( first Molly buck refused to return any calls to me for several months I tried to contact her and so I got a realtor with a different agency and when we were ready to put in an offer my realtor tried to call & sent several messages to her as she was the listing agen and my realtor showed me all the messages that she had sent and never received a reply from her or anyone from four star), I finally called the company and left a message only to finally get a call from a different agent who turned out to be a weird negative- no good agent, and after a few weeks of waiting for a normal process (Kenneth) refused to give me my deposit back after I canceled the process so I had to hire a lawyer. This crazy mess is not worth trying to purchase a home ( as if it’s not stressful enough going through a normal process) having issues with bad agents is a nightmare ( letting the lawyers help me)!.
