Way to expensive for what you get. The rent started going up 9.00 every year which is ok. It now goes up 35.00 yearly. Clubhouse is never open no pool furniture you really get nothing but a roof over your head. Upkeep not good. I will be looking for a better place to live

Neighbors are very rude and disrespectful and if you are visiting someone there is no parking, if you do get permission to park you must park you car at the office and walk to the person you are visiting which means you have to walk! BS oh and EVERYONE KNOWS ALL YOUR PERSONAL BUSINESS EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT EVERYBODY!

I live here & its peaceful, has a nice pool & is very well upkept!!
