Needed some work done on my Honda CRF rally, Moto service knocked it out of the park, they were super swamped, so it took a little extra time, but id wait for them to work on my bike anytime. Excellent customers service, and workmanship. Friendly and professional staff, this is the definition of a grade A mechanic shop.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! Very unprofessional, mechanic doesnt understand any English nor does he speak English, so for him to explain what work he did is out of the question, the lady upfront is also rude & is no help either to explain what work was done. Waste of time! they take forever to get the job done & will blame it on the stocks when they never even ordered the peices till we kept calling about the bike.(about 3months) Told me how much it would cost to fix the whole thing, I paid in full & now they wanna charge extra for supposedly parts that were not included? REALLY? LIES! Their just trying to get more money, pretty greedy. The lady swears she controls the reviews (LMAO)which is definitely a lie cause as the other reviews i see posted had complaints as well. So obviously they do have communication problems, as you see. If you wanna send your bike to a place no one understands or can explain what work they did and charge you more money after you paid on the 1st agreement this is the place. Waste of money & definitely dont recommend anyone here!!!

I went to have a simple repair to install a saddle bag, the mechanic refused said take 4 weeks before he could do the job.

He returned my Honda with missing parts.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I needed help with changing my handlebars from stock to mini apes on my indian Scout Bobber. Went in for an estimate and they gave me good advice on what I needed, I also got a call when the shop was ready to do the works. These gentlemen and the lady at the counter at Moto Service did an excellent job and even gave my bike a good cleaning. I will be bringing my bike here for future works and service and will recommend them to my friends.

Great service, these guys are the real deal ....they had found out my caliper bolt was over tighten last time I had a break service at a different place ...what do you know they fixed the bolt and torqued to spec!. Stelios from Moto Service did some carburetor work on my 1990 GSXR 1100 and the quality of work alongside the timeliness was something that I haven’t experienced from any other shop. Every step was communicated clearly and he always seems to be around when others are not. He goes above and beyond for his clients and delivers one of the best experiences. Recommend every time against competitors.

Went there today and was blown away with the service that was provided to me. I went there looking for a tire at last minute he had one but I was told it was going to take about an hour to mounted on my wheel and I emphasize that I needed it right away and the owner dropped everything he was doing just to take care of me and was done within 20 minutes. There was a little of a language barrier and Vanessa at the front desk, served as a translator and made everything a lot easier. But overall do not under estimate this place, great good Quality work and great prices. A++ everything 123.
