The motorcycle clinic is a great place to have your Harley-Davidson dyno turned. Bryan was very informative and took time to answer questions and phone calls. I was always up to date on what was going on with my motorcycle. I am very satisfied with the business there.

Thank you to Brian Dody, Owner (Left) and Bryan Montoya, GM (Right) at the Motorcycle Clinic - est. 1973 (MCC) for all their help with my 2020 Triumph Thruxton RS Showcase. The exhausts (Mass Moto) came from Italy and they were no real help in sorting the fitment of the clutch linkage and shift controls. But they rolled with the punches, going the extra mile, and making the necessary adjustments. In fact, Bryan spent hours on the phone and sending detailed emails in his efforts to figure it out. And in the end, they did! Do I like the Mass Moto pipes, yes. But their service sucks. If it werent for MCC, Id have a box of parts. This is a great shop:.

**AWESOME SHOP**I have a 2007 Victory Jackpot which had an intermittent problem of stalling and occasional backfiring. After taking it to another shop I use for routine service they told me they couldnt get the problem to duplicate. After checking around with friends and a little researching, Im glad I took it to Motorcycle Clinic. They were able to duplicate the stalling and found the fuel pump with regulator was losing pressure after bike warmed up. Bryan called at that point and advised the bike is spot on mechanically but still occasionally stalls and would have to dig a little deeper to locate the problem. They found that the ignition wire had a break in it and if the bike vibrated or moved a certain way this would cause it to lose connection and stall. A few days later (Im sure after extensive testing) Bryan called and said bike is ready to Rock and Roll. Ive had the bike back a couple weeks and it RUNS FLAWLESS!!! Couldnt be any happier. HIGHLY recommend this shop for specialized diagnostic service.

5 stars does not do the service I received justice. Recently I had a job done at another shop closer to my home. When a problem arose I happened to be in the area of Motorcycle Clinic. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning with the General Manager Bryan. He took the time to go through the details of how they diagnosed the problem, all while teaching me a few things I was unaware of. His professionalism and knowledge is unmatched! Although this shop is 2 hours away from my home, it is well worth the drive to receive such service. It is no surprise they have been in business for almost 50 years!! Thank you again!

Took bike in for a diag and repair because it kept dying while running. Got additional maintenance work done too; chain, tires, etc. Worked fine on the ride home but then died on the way to work the next day In the same way that I took it in for. I’m sure the other work is fine but I haven’t got to try it out since it didn’t run for more than a day. Bummer

My 2004 Warrior 1700 was sitting over a year. The cycle clinic had a long list needed to restore the bike to it’s glory. They fixed my tricky air ride suspension, fixed my air horn, new tires, new modern turn signals, changed all the fluids. I’ve been doing business with Cycle Clinic for 40 years and I’ve never been disappointed with the value, or there professional abilities. Thank You!

My bike was involved in a hit and run. With motorcycle insurance they don’t have relations with motorcycle shops so you have to find your own. I came across this shop not knowing what to expect at all. From the first phone called Jessica made me feel at home and I knew I was in good hands. They had a long waiting list but they still manage to make time for my bike and get things done. Bryant is awesome he is a man of his word and is very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. He held my hand and guided me through the whole entire process and made sure I received market value for my bike when it was total. Even after everything was done they still reach out to me and made sure I was okay and I was happy with service. I had a vstar 650 that I brought in for a simple oil change. I thought they should be able to handle this no problem.....when I recieved my bike the rectifier was dangling from the bike. And to my surprise they used an air compressor to tighten the oil drain bolt. I could not get it off the motorcycle. I do see all the robo reviews and cant believe this place is still in business after that experience I went to motorcycle mechanic school to work on my own vehicles from now on.

Since I got my Bolt I always go to the Motorcycle Clinic to get any services I cant do myself. I get all my oil from them too as its the only shop (that Ive noticed) that carries Spectro oil. Great guys, I trust them with my bike, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

These guys know how to do business. I learned to work on cars just because of how badly Ive watched family members get ripped off by mechanics but when I didnt have time to work on my bike I decided to give the MCC a shot and Im glad I did. The faces of this operation; Bryan and Jessica are some of the friendliest and most understanding people you will ever see behind a counter. The labor is a bit pricey but also fair and the pricing for parts is honest unlike a lot of other shops. Receipt included part numbers which allowed a mechanic-phobic person like myself to check prices online, all of which were within a very small margin of the cheapest price I could find. More than once these guys helped me out with small favors without asking for more cash. After taking a close look at my bike I even noticed some bolts in places where I know they were missing before. Little details like that along with many others made me feel like whoever worked on my bike genuinely cared about their craft, enjoyed their job and wasnt just in it for a pay check. The bike I left with feels like a completely different bike from the one I dropped off. To top all of that off, they got the job done way faster than the original estimate I was given. MCC is the first shop in a very long time to earn my business and theyll definitely have it in the future.

I know a lot of reviews are always posted one sided, with that I will be honest to the T. First off, I elected to have my bike checked out here because of the reviews (seeing now that they hire a company to place top reviews to the top and remove negative). I was a victim of purchasing a bad bike, that is ignorance on my behalf and my inherent trusting of others including Bryan and this shop. I spoke to them prior to coming out and electing them at length. We diagnosed the bike and the most certain issues. I dropped my bike off on a Friday afternoon, he told me that he and his team wouldnt be able to get me the diagnostic work until Tuesday (next week) latest. Well, I didnt hear anything from them Tues, I didnt want to bother them since they mentioned being rained on with bikes. Come Thursday I sent an email and got a quote for nearly $1700. I let it sit with me over the weekend not knowing what to do. Now to be honest I had lots of questions I reached out to friends sent quotes around and did due diligence before spending money that was not there and have to be credit. I also am someone that questions a lot to understand and was wondering why knowing that I needed help they wouldnt take off the diagnostic charges if I got the work done there. I finally emailed Wednesday and heard nothing back, I called on Thursday left a message, and then called again Friday left a voice message (nothing), gave it several hours and called back and talked to a lady up front who told me that in order to do the work they needed a deposit. Lets back track, I mentioned to Bryan from the start that I really needed help lost three jobs from the pandemic and seems like a got a bad bike where repairs are as much as what I paid for and instead he placed charges which are questionable at best. The diagnostic findings were exactly what we talked about over the phone and he was charging me to tighten steer bearings when I was getting front work suspension done already no inch of help. Which they dont like that being brought to their attention and seemingly overly sensitive for being bike mechanics. So after my bike had been there for 14-days Bryan and his staff elected to tell me to come pick up my bike at 3:30pm in a town an hour away and to do so by 5pm or I would be charged a storage fee. He also said they were only going to charge me for one hour of diagnostic work. When I got there not only were they mocking and condescending towards me they charged me for two hours of diagnostic work some $200, which I brought up and said I was not okay with but he charged me anyways. My UBER trip in this experience was nearly $90 to have this experience is not professional at all. They like to use buzz words or selling words such as, professional, honest, trustworthy, quality, you wont like to hear this, but its the facts because we are an honest shop, weve been in business for 40 years, I cant commit to fixing the issue until we do this one part first If you have taken the time to read this, they are definitely not professional, honest, nor trustworthy because for someone who lost three jobs got a bad bike and wanted to get it fixed and to tell them to come out and pick up the bike while laughing at them is anything but professional. His last imparting words were good luck finding someone to fix your bike.

After having problems with my motorcycle after two other shops had worked on it I took it to Motorcycle clinic. They were able to fix it and then let me know why the problem kept reoccurring.

Bryan Montoya and his staff are amazing. He sold me a great set of handle bar speakers for my two Honda Valkyries and Rocket III, the installation on the two Valkyries went smooth and fast. His shop will be installing a TTS stage 2 supercharger kit, a Barnett clutch upgrade and my new speakers on my Rocket IIIIn the middle of June.

My front tire on my motorcycle was losing air pressure every couple of days even when sitting in my garage. So i called the clinic and asked if they had a front tire for my motorcycle in stock and they did. I go to the shop expecting to have my tire replaced and they tell me its perfectly fine, that its just minor corrosion on the rim and theyll clean it and seal it and ill be good to go. I asked them to also look over a few things such as my belt, problem with cold starts and to also balance the front and rear tire. They added balancing beads to the rear and weights to the front. NOT EVEN 100 DOLLARS AND THEY DID ALL THIS!. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They are great guys and the work they do and honesty they complete it with is amazing. Id give 20 stars if google would allow me to 😊

This place is AMAZING! We came to this store to get an oil change for out Harley Fat Bob and the service in here is awesome. The manager Bryan made sure to give us a good inspection and found a lot of things that would have otherwise put my husbands life in danger on the road. They are very detailed and affordable. I bought a indian chief roadmaster from Miami and needed a lower end kit,Brian made some phone calls and called me back and said he found one. Every other dealer including indian said I had to have custom frame work done,motorcycle clinic hooked me up,perfect . Then went to get it and I sat on my bike perfect, but the beach bars were to far from me,they said it wasnt safe and I didnt feel safe,they knew just what would look good and work for me. My 99 Gold Wing needed a rear tire, that needed to be ordered. Once it came in, I needed it replaced that day, but they were swamped cause of Bike Week, I explained my situation to them and they were able to fit me in that day. They also were able to accommodate me on the price... The guys there are a great bunch. Very patient with you and they really seem to care about their customers.

LOVE THE MOTORCYCLE CLINIC. I would recommend for anyone who wants to get things done the right way the first time. They have been in business for decades and can literally work on any motorcycle/Chopper/customs....etc. They are super professional and respectful. They get things done properly on time and then some. There is nothing that they can not work on, I gave them my custom bourget chopper and they diagnosed it right away, ordered the custom parts, got me the sick paint job done, and got me back on the road in no time. The staff are so nice and welcoming, they answer your phone calls and take care of you right away. They have the best professional mechanics working there. You want tires, custom paint, custom builds, they got it. I did not have to go anywhere else for anything else. I dropped my custom chopper and picked it up done (tires, sick paint job, custom parts, serviced and ready to roll). The motorcycle clinic is a great place to order parts and to expect quality service. I own a 98 Suzuki intruder were I had a difficult time changing the spark plugs. Brian (the mechanic) was able to show and explain the process it takes to change the spark plugs. I would recommend this business to anyone who owns a motorcycle.

Motorcycle Clinic is the perfect place for literally any bike needs. Theyre able to order and receive parts quickly, service anything, I had a 30 year old Rebel 450. Practically all parts were disconnected, Dakota and Brian both helped out in getting the bike road ready and helping me out tremendously in the learning process and what went into fixing the bike up. Highly recommend those who need professional services to seek out Motorcycle Clinic.

Bryan Montoya is the mother freaking man. Before ever asking for a dollar from me, he went out fully inspected the issue I had with my bike and and tested a few things that could cause the issue Ive been having. Long story short. He saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to pay anywhere else.This shop will forever have my business and I recommend them to any and everyone. 5 star place with 10 star people.

Its hard to find a repair shop you can trust. Well at the motorcycle clinic they really make you feel like a close friend. They make sure the job is done properly. Its nice having one place that you can drop your love off at and know she is in good hands. Thank you Brian and Jenna for always making me stress free and relaxed when I need a repair.

Very hard to find a motorcycle shop like this one in my area that would do work on my motorcycle due to its build and its age. These amazing people took it right in and went to town. The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their work and their passion for the business really shows. I would recommend this shop to anyone and i will be back for future business.

So grateful to have found this place! Went in to get some work done and was told what I was doing wasnt the best for my bike. The next I knew it was the owner I had been speaking to and he gave me such wonderful guidance to explain the hows and whys. They even took the time to tell me how to shop online for a used part that would help save me money. I ended up buying a new part from them because I didnt want used and the went through 3 supplier books to find me the right part in my price range!
