Hi! I went to the store looking for an alternative to the big box stores (HD & Lws) and had the most pleasant experience ever...and it was also FUN! Justin is as good as it gets in Customer Service. He is knowledgeable, courteous attentive and very resourceful. He made my experience with paints and colors one I cherish for years. Its quite annoying that Justin is not at the store at all times cause Im local to Poinciana and have referred friends and family to see him and he ia not there all the time. I checked the matter myself and is true. You cant find him at all times. This is quite disappointing cause my friends and family go asking for him for consultations and advice and he happens not to be there. Justin is a great asset to this store. Im thinking he probably is a part-time employee. However if indeed he is, the management should take notice and expand his schedule. By not doing this they are definitely loosing business by not having Justin be physically at the store for morw hours.

I visited this store to purchase a gallon of paint which I had previously purchased from another Sherwin-Williams store (1013 E Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34744). The person who attended me told me that if it was to touch up the wall, it would be convenient to buy it in the previous store since the machines were different and the color could vary in tone (this I can understand) but I clarified that it was not to touch up an area but to give a second hand to an entire wall and that this would not affect at all if it does not remain with the same tone. He kept insisting on the same line of thought and I knew he wasnt going to get anywhere.I asked him how much the paint would cost me under my business account and he told me that the paint was a merchant-only product (which I know) and that it cost $ 60 (which he also knew) and that he could leave it to me ( while making a count expression in mind) as in $ 30. Look at my corduroy, that does not work like that, the price is one defined for regular customers and another defined price for merchants, and that IS NOT the price for merchants.Certainly this individual did not want to work and to top it off by pricing the product on his own account and not according to the price established for merchants. First and last time I visit this place, I prefer to travel 30 minutes to the other store before returning to this one, which is 3 minutes away.
