Spencer was incredibly rude. He didn’t know how to find a road I told him about ten different times that was real and he was super late and had a harsh tone. When he got lost in trying to find the street I told the towing company about ten different times to go to, he raised his voice and glared at me saying “he didn’t have all night”. Worst service, and it was about 400 dollars too. Thank god I have insurance. Don’t ever use this company unless you want to someone to be mean to you.

My friend locked his keys in the car and Spencer was quick getting here and super fast getting the car unlocked for us! He is super nice and has great customer service😊 I will definitely call Hughes towing again!!
