Talked to Les Schwans a few days ago about two new tires for our front wheel drive, and chose to have them do our tire work.Today, shortly after dropping the jeep off they called to say that, because we have a front wheel drive, they could not sell us just two tires. That we would have to purchase 4 tires for them to do the work! It is a Les Schwab policy. WHAT! 🤯😡👹We picked our jeep up and took our business elsewhere.WE WILL TAKE OUR EXTENSIVE TIRE WORK TO SOMEONE ELSE. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I was in Klamath Falls Oregon with my pickup and trailer delivering some stuff to a storage unit and on the way out of town my hub assembly went out. Luckily I work at Les Schwab as well just at a different location, so I was able to have a coworker get the assistant managers phone number for me. Just after 9pm I called Caleb and with no hesitation he met me at the store and I was able to install a new hub assembly in my pickup to get myself home. He didn’t have to get out of bed for my misfortune, but he was there in less than 10 minutes to help me get back on the road. Being a regular customer or a fellow coworker in a round about way, doing the right thing matters and we stand by it. Thank you so much Caleb!

These guys are SUPER AWESOME! they go above and beyond to get me home safely. Was on my way home dragging a heavy trailer and had a flat tire. No one in the area could fix me up to get me in my way home as Im from out of state and finally found these guys and they got me fix up when all others could not. Thank you to the fantastic team!

Went to the brand new Les Schwab! It could have been a bad day for all, but not as friendly as other sites of this company. But they did the job professionally. So thumbs up for that.

Employees are nice.... pitfalls... alignment tech floored it up the block in my truck. 4 hour 30 min wait for 2 tires and a front end alignment when we were the first ones in.... never coming to this location again. Im very convinced they loosened bolts on some parts I just replaced as well.... got charged 40$ for loose tie rods when I just had them done....

I have been working with Les Schwab for years, ever since I got my first car. I have always had great experience and they have always been so helpful. NOT TODAY! I went to the new store in Klamath Falls because my car felt like something was wrong with the alignment. I was not greeted nor did the women behind the counter treat me very nicely. It was as if she was annoyed. I had an appointment at 2pm, but I waited an hour before I my car got in. Which is fine, they were busy and I could see that. When they called me up to the counter the man told me he tried to align my car but the tire on the right side would not align at all. He told me he believed my frame was probably bent. He informed me that there was nothing that he could do for it. Then he proceeded to charge me $110 dollars for an alignment which he was apparently unable to do. I called the other store in the area and they are getting me in for a second opinion. I should have just waited for an appointment at this store. They apologized for the new store and told me they would not charge me unless they could align my vehicle or if they needed to buy parts and they would speak with me prior to any purchases. I do not recommend using the new store. Stick with the Les Swab on south six or Merrill. I would have given them a half star if it would have let me.

Nice 👍 new building however the helpwas a little slow. A 30 minute job turned into 2+ hours.

Very fast and nice service. Was able to sit inside an air conditioned lobby and watch TV while I waited for my new set of tires to be put on.

Some things never change thank you Les Schwab for being the industry leader in costumer service and not doing a damn thing to change it in 30+ years Ive seen. Refreshing

Brakes, struts, alignment. Price of an aged car. New location is clean and not as packed in as the original. They keep you informed so the wait is more tolerable.

My wife and I stopped in due to a flat tire on our horse trailer. Makayla (sorry if misspelled) repaired our flat tire in short order and ensured our trailers spare tire and remaining tires were at the correct pressure and ready for the road. She was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Well be back in when we need to replace our trailer tires. Thanks!!!!

I requested an inspection of the entire brake and suspension assembly as well as to whether or not I needed an alignment. They completely disregarded a response to the alignment and only mentioned 1 shock, ignoring the rear end with NO info. Wanted almost $500 just to replace brakes and parts were $205 for me with NO labor cost. 2 hours for me to do the job and Im half bind with limited tools and working on gravel.

Great ppl to work with, had to buy a battery and they had what I needed and reasonable in price.

Went to new store, oh what a difference. Super nice fast tires changed. Clean n warm. Good customer service. Will come here for service.

S 6th St. location was busy and I would be looking at an hour to an hour and a half for a battery replacement. Had them call the Washburn Way location and they got me right in.
