Horrible customer service. Pharmacy cant confirm a appointment. Then isnt even smart enough to ask if you would like to make an appointment. Its as easy as that. But with the likes of that management and staff it is to hard for them. This establishment at this location could be ran better by a rock in my driveway. Oh they put up their sorry to hear that b.s. Nothing changes. No options for negative stars. -5 Stars in my opinion.
I would not recommend this store !!! Store manager extremely rude! The Pharmacy doesnt know how to answer the phone. We have witnessed the employees fighting in the pharmacy this place is a joke !! Better off going to a day care where there will be some maturity. Be warned!! There are better places that will help you and be polite.

Pharmacy does not answer their phone, but when I came in, I saw why. Pharmacy has a long line of people waiting. I saw the reviews and had me worried of this Rite-Aid location but the staff was friendly. Just have to wait a bit for the pharmacy.
Tried calling off and on over a 1 week period. 1 day called from store open to store closed. Nothing doing. Just rings and rings. Beginning to think they didnt pay their phone bill. Never experienced a business that doesnt answer their phones, ever. My Dr. tried for me and got the same. Will never ever do business with this company. Ridiculous!!
Tried calling for 3 days straight. Went into the store twice and still told to wait. Rude staff, was told you dont like it call corporate you can find the number on line, when I showed up at 7:20 and the pharmacy is closed. Now after waiting 30 minutes inside in a line I get told it will be another 30 minutes so I get to hop to the back of the line and start over. Definitely changing pharmacies this is beyond ridiculous
I was well taken care of even though the team had a lot of customers to accomodate.It must be very hard to deal with customers that are sick, hurting and grumpy. All day every day!The team has a hard job to do so please treat them with courtesy and kindness even if you dont feel well.Gratitude is contageous!
I was shocked to see the bad reviews. Now I know why. Made an appt for flu shot and did all the paper work. If the pharmacy is understaffed and stressed...sorry. Still not a reason to be short and ill tempered with customers. Will not be a customer again. No need for a reply.
I had a Rite Aid pharmacy in my old town and they were AMAZING. They communicated with me if things were going slow and they were NEVER rude to me. Ive never had a prescription done in less than 3 days with this place, unless I go in and end up forcing them to do it while Im there. Not only that, they are so rude of you try to politely inquire about a prescription. They act like youre in their way, and its honestly making me consider switching pharmacies. I cant wait 3 days for a prescription that I need NOW for a freaking broken bone. But, here I am.... waiting since Thursday. Im in so much pain, and I think Im switching after this. Its not the first time, and theyre never nice when I go in. Dont rely on this place if youre looking for a pharmacy.
Every one star review is accurate. Every reply from rite aid is insincere. Why I used them for 4 months is beyond me. Today is the last day I’ll ever visit this pharmacy again.
Seems like many of these reviews dont take the pandemic into consideration. Its not like theres a plethora of Pharmacists in Kfalls clawing at the doors desperate for a job. I for one have always felt accepted, helped, and cared for at this Rite Aid. They seem super popular too so others must agree. The drive thru is my favorite, because sometimes I dont want/cant go inside. You can even get some non prescription stuff in the drive thru. I thought that was pretty cool. Id rather wait an hour at Rite Aid than an hour in Walmart. WAY less people and stress! I love my pharmacy and have no plans on leaving. Maybe some people should check how theyre treating the staff.
It makes it really fustrating when I have to drive 3 times yesterday just to be told meds not ready, when its been there since Friday. And now I have to go again because I have been calling All morning and no one will answer. And so are they going to pay for my gas? No didnt think so. So I told my son we will be going else where after this. Almost a week and as of last night still not ready
I have called and called and no one answers the phone. My doctor sent them a prescription over a week ago. They deliver my prescriptions, which I appreciate, because I dont have a way to go get them. Anyway I have a yeast infection and need that medicine badly.

Came in looking for a nice address book for a gift...employees around chatting but no time to help...cashier sent me to cards and party stuff, nope...one employee sent me to stationary then went back to yacking with other staff, wasnt interested in following through with helping me find what i was looking for...sure miss the old pharmacy type stores...
Most inept pharmacy staff Ive ever dealt with. Tried for 9 days and multiple phone calls to have my prescriptions transfered and my pharmacy still hasnt heard from them. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Ill take my business elsewhere.
Horrible service. Every time my prescriptions get sent here it takes multiple days. They told me the other day they were “200 prescriptions behind”. They always have an excuse why my prescriptions aren’t ready in the estimated time frames they give me.

The worst location! They deserve 0 stars. We dropped a prescription Thursday afternoon and we’re told it would be ready at 8 pm. We received no notification it was ready so we did a follow up call to the pharmacy and we’re told over the phone he had two prescriptions that had been there waiting. Fast forward to Sunday and according to the pharmacy clerk at the window they didn’t even touch the prescription until Saturday. We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru only to be informed nonchalantly that “THEY FILLED IT WRONG”!!!!!! We were asked to come back in 20 minutes. The line is wrapped around to the street and they close at 6 pm Sunday. The service at this location is not only unacceptable but potentially dangerous! My husband has had to go without prescription pain medication and antibiotics after surgery. This is completely unacceptable and not the first time we have had major issues with getting our medications at this location.
I think rightaid Pharmacy at the KLAMATH FALLS OREGON needs to remove all of their employees and start over, I for one will never buy anything from this store ever again. Lousy costumer service.
Had 2 prescriptions to be filled. One was pain pills for having a couple of teeth pulled. Prescription was called in about 9:50 am. Went to Rite Aid Pharmacy at 10:20 am and was told the prescriptions would not be available till after 1 pm. I tried telling her I had to get a ride, but she just turned around and left!!Obviously not customer friendly. Will not go back!
You should have let people know that the pharmacist quit. Not very business like to allow the phone to keep ringing and not know why there was no answer.
They mailed a flier which said you could walk in and receive a flu shot, but when you walk in they said you have to schedule an appointment on line, they don’t accept walk in’s. They scheduled an appointment for 8:40 am, and they don’t open until 9am. Many in a long series of bad experiences at Rite Aid
I dont know what people expect. Its a glorified convenient store. Theres plenty of other pharmacies. I liked it. Cashier was nice. They had what I needed surprisingly, which was an ice pack. Works for me!

Rite Aid corporate NEEDS to put their foot down and crack down on this pharmacy. How are you okay with a TWO star rating? You tell everyone to call the 1800 number yet NOTHING ever gets done. The male manager who I tried to address my problems to straight up said he doesnt give a s#it and that its not his problem (in those exact words) when my husband waited 4 days for his PTSD medication to be filled because after every hour they kept telling him to come back. And this is how they treat people who served our country. I can only imagine how other people have been treated. This isnt our first issue with them either. I am thankful we switched pharmacies and will never have to deal with them again.
I have always been treated real good, I think it would be a real challenge to take care of the amount of people they help. They have never made a mistake on my meds. Our lives are in their hands, they have always done a great job for me. Thank you, Rite Aid.

This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They just poke around and don’t put any hustle because they know everyone with Medicaid has to come HERE and so they don’t bother being competitive. On average, it takes them about 10-15 minutes PER PERSON in line at the pharmacy. Drive through is just as bad, with lines flowing into the street.
This is the worst experience Ive ever had the pharmacist lady was extremely rude and I had to wait forever to get the covid shot that I didnt want anyway the only reason I gave them a one star review was that it was the only way I could get to this page if I had the choice I would have given minus four stars
This is honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in any of the 7 cities I’ve lived as an adult.They constantly fail to follow up if there’s an issue filling a prescription.They’ll go weeks letting you wonder what the hold up is, instead of calling or texting that there’s a problem.The staff shouldn’t have any sort of a job interacting with people, as they’re constantly rude and unprofessional.Prescriptions get deleted entirely.I cannot wait to move.
I had an appointment for the COVID vaccine at 7:00 Pm, I checked in early and they have already made me wait 40 minutes with no one telling me anything about a wait plus there is a bunch of other people here with no signs of anyone getting a vaccine.
Horrible. Waited 45minutes for prescription that was suppose to be filled two days prior. Change to another pharmacy and safe your self some time. The staff here are clearly understaffed or not competent in their job.

I called on and off for 2 days, before I got a hold of someone, to confirm that my prescription was available and was told that I could pick it up that evening. Waited an half hour in the drive through to be told itd be another hour. I said Thats okay Ill come back tomorrow :) I waited another half an hour the next day to be told it might be available the next day and theyd call me. Whether understaffed or incompetent something needs to be changed here. The back and forth wasting peoples time is probably part of the reason the line take so long.

Worst pharmacy ever! Prescription sent over a day ago still not ready! Was for premixed ear drops. In stock just horrible slow employees. Slowest in Klamath falls. Poor management. Was a great place to go last year not anymore. Avoid if possible.
Went in for a gallon of milk on Sunday. I was followed around by an Employee named Jess/Jessica. Who took of her work Vest to follow me around with pink pepper spray and act like a shopper. I guess Rite aid traines employees to follow latinos in the store. I do not know if I am more offended I was racially profiled or that while I was lost looking for the milk instead of asking if I need help like a helpful employee she acted like a shopper and followed me around. Next time I will go across the street and over pay for milk the to step foot in there again.

ZERO STARS! I am pained to write this review. I have given this pharmacy YEARS to change my mind about them. I understand that what they do is not easy. However, over and over again they have caused me and my family pain, anger, and anguish that should have been avoided. Their lack of organization, efficiency and employees that care about anything other than their next break is pretty amazing. Today was the last straw. I left the hospital with my husband (who had just suffered a bk amputation) and dropped off two of his prescriptions at 1:30 pm. After having me wait 10 minutes, they in formed me that it would be ready in an hour. I live a bit outside of town, so I drove him home, got him settled, and came back at 4 pm. There was one overworked cashier working both the drive-through and the walk-in line. When she had a moment, she ran over got my info, searched frantically for my scripts for 10 minutes, finally found both of them, then checked me out. I drove back home again, hoping to get my husband his pain pills as quickly as possible since it had been over 4 hours since his last dose and I knew he was suffering. You can imagine my horror when I realized that neither of the prescriptions they gave me was his PAIN PILLS! I thought, “Well, with my history with them, I really should have known that I needed to double check.” So, away I went to go back to the pharmacy again. In the meantime, my husband gave them a call to make sure they could have it ready for me when I got there. I didn’t get to hear that phone call, but the end result was that they didn’t have enough pills to fill the prescription completely, the woman he talked to LAUGHED when he said that he was in agony because he’d just lost his leg, and told him that maybe it was a good idea that he wanted to switch to another pharmacy. Heartwarming, isn’t it? Anyway, I’m sitting at another pharmacy waiting for the perscription to be filled and thought I should share. Don’t trust the Rite-aid pharmacy with anything important for you or your loved ones. You WILL regret it.
Very slow. Been in line for half an hour and there were only two people before us.
Pharmacist is painfully slow.... painfully slow... to count out pills. My guy was waiting in the car with a full mid face fracture, already been waiting over 30 minutes, then I have to ask him to start filling it. And then he said 30 minutes... for 8 pills (have to count out and back count for narcotics.), I asked any quicker possibly, he said 20?? I said if thats as good as it can be, then he followed with 15 I then asked him to please start filling instead of negotiating time with me.
If I could rate them at 0, I would in a heartbeat. I waited 4 hours for my medication to be ready, after having to come back 4 times because of some excuse about the label. Turns out, they had it in the wrong basket so I was waiting for nothing but their ignorance. Then, the dark haired female pharmacist had the nerve to look me up and down and give me the dirtiest look! I decided to not speak up and call management instead. Huge mistake. He couldnt care less about my wait OR the extremely rude pharmacist. This isnt the first time this has happened either. But this time I WILL be calling corporate AND switching my pharmacy. The customer service here is pathetic. No wonder they are rated so low. Good job to the horrible pharmacist and manager for losing yet another customer!

I know a lot of people had negative experiences with the pharmacy, but ours was quite pleasant.I was violently sick enough one day to go to the E.R. I got some medications, I take it to Fred Meyer, and they were all out of what I needed.I took the script to Rite Aid where my upset and frustrated attitude got the best of me. I took it out on the lady that was trying to help me get back home. She and the dude with the ponytail (super cool guy and very nice) made it a priority for us because we had to go back to Idaho.It was filled in record time (it had to be like, 10 minutes — if that), and delivered with a smile.I apologized to the pharmacists working up front. I felt terrible, as it wasnt her/their fault and she still helped me out to the best of their ability. Great folks work there and I really appreciated them.
If you have questions or want to know whats going on dont bother because They never answered the phone.

However, I absolutely hate their 1990s phone system!They have great makeup and hair care sections, selection is huge. The little money Id save shopping for the same at Walmart is not worth the hassle of shopping at Walmart!
The staff can be unprofessional. I asked where the KY Jelly was and the pharmacy counter person said, Its (smirk) over there by the condoms (smirk, smirk). Really? Well, I didnt say anything but my thought was, Not that its any of your business, but I have a cat with megacolon and he needs enemas and I make them out of warm water, mineral oil and KY Jelly. Any time you would like to make it a threesome I would be more than willing to let you help. It is inappropriate to comment on customers personal affairs.

I seriously wish I could give this place zero stars! They are the most incompetent people Ive ever had an encounter with. They lie and say things like your doctor cancelled it or waiting on your insurance. I work for my doctor, she did nothing of the sort!If you can wait a week for your prescription while being told for days it will be ready in half an hour then this is the place for you.This hasnt happened once or a few times, but pretty much every single time I need to refill something. Getting medications on time are pretty important. I would be a little more patient if they actually acted like they cared at all, but they really couldnt care less.You are an inconvenience for them.
Terribly incompetent pharmacy staff. These people lose prescriptions, they have given prescriptions out to the wrong people, they have nothing in order whatsover. The sheer lack of professionalism on part of the staff speaks volumes. Would not be surprised if the staff was high on their own meds, they make junkies look organized. Staff should be dumped like bad garbage and a new team should be hired in place asap.
If you need some OTC drug quick, this is the place, flexible hours, friendly staff and anything you need including most food and beverage items, even a pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars that would be an accurate representation of not only their customer service but the way the do their job too. Where do I even start. You’re lucky if they answer the phone. Trying the doctor line doesn’t work either. They say call in your refills 3 days before you need them, then I call (or go in since they hardly answer) on the third day and they say “oh, we’re out of that, we’ll have to order it and it takes 3 days.” The pharmacists are above working the cash register so only one cash register open no matter how long the line is. They truly seem to not care so don’t waste your time.Update: I’ve been trying to get my prescriptions switched to Bi-Mart. This involves Rite Aid sending Bi-mart a fax. Started this on Monday and it is now Thursday and Bi-Mart hasn’t heard from Rite Aid and has requested twice.

I have been waiting 5 days for my prescription to be refilled. This has also involved me visiting this store twice. A worker informed me that 4 people have quit on them and was very unprofessional about it. I am lucky because my medication is not crucial to my health; but this doesn’t mean others medications aren’t crucial to theirs. Get it together!!!!! I will be switching pharmacies.
Girlfriend for the past 2 months has been continuously denied medication when shes called in multiple times asking if it was ready and preauthorized. Over the phone its always a yes you can come pick it up when your ready but as soon as we get there to pick it up its not ready and they say they need a preauthorization. We have even contacted her insurance and they say we shouldnt have to be the ones asking for it and riteaid are the ones who should. They cannot claim responsibility for anything and we are looking somewhere else to get the medication

This place constantly messes up ky medicine and the guy who answered the phone ty8s morning just was totally rude for no reason and just hung up on me. I couldnt believe it 8 was not rude to him at all just concerned about my medicine and now Im just crying because all this miscommunication with them and now Im just scared I miss going to be without my medicine and end up in hospital with withdrawal not to mention Im 23 weeks pregnant.
Worst pharmacy I have ever been to! The wait takes longer than any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy told me my insurance was blocking my meds. When I called my insurance and finally got a hold of them. And they said it was the pharmacies fault.

Super Slow, super unfriendly, super unhelpful. I ordered a different brand of medication from the rite aid pharmacy and they told me I would have to wait a week for it. I called after that time, and they said it was ready for pickup. I came in to get it, and they had ordered the wrong one on purpose, and claimed that they were told not to tell me until I arrived; hoping I would take the wrong medication instead.
