I had to give them one star so it would show up on the page, but I would like to give the new owners no stars. These people are the rudest merchants in Klamath County. Local merchants ask why many customers shop in big-box stores or on-line, these people are a prime example. I have purchased thousands of dollars from Shaws before I retired, but I will not go in the store again. Very rude, very condescending, no, nada, customer service!
