After missing two delivery dates and waiting longer than expected I canceled the deal on a new motorcycle I was waiting for. They told me even after multiple attempts to meet delivery, I would not get my down payment back. So I the customer had to eat the $400 down payment because of their delivery issues with Honda. Flat out was told it was out of their hands. It was ordered and scheduled to deliver before I put anything down. I would agree if they kept their end of the non documented so called deal but after being let down with the deliveries. Sketchy to say the least. It was already ordered before my visit and according to them they was selling like hotcakes. So why would they still feel (after not meeting their end of the deal) the need to keep my money. Maybe taking it is easier than earning it.
Needing parts for a project that seemed to be getting more complicated at each step, the parts guy was patient and helpful. They are my go to guys for parts....I love having a local dealer and will continue to support them.

Purchased a sound bar for my husbands utv and he had issues with the battery life ever since. We took it to a couple local repair shops before finally taking it to Yamaha of Knoxville. They informed us it was the sound bar draining the battery and it was a faulty bar. They did little to help us remedy this issue and said nothing they could do. Who admits it is a faulty bar/installation issue and then doesnt want to fix their mistake. Please save your time and money go to a different store.

After owning Harleys for a number of years I decided to try something light and nimble. I picked up a Yamaha MT-07 the other day from Honda Yamaha Suzuki of Knoxville. The bike is everything the reviews said it would be; puts a smile on my face when I ride it. Purchasing the bike was equally satisfying. Derek, who sold me the bike, was very personable and professional. Turns out we had several mutual friends. He also lent me his personal carrier so I could transport the bike home. I was introduced to other staff members and they were all genuinely friendly and informative. Greg, who handles the financial details and is a mechanic as well, gave me advice on a vehicle I am restoring. Jimbo in retail and James in service were equally nice. Solid five star experience.
I purchased a new Yamaha UTV in 2020 and use it around the farm. I purchased additional accessories like sound bar and winch. I used the winch 3 times within a year and it quit working. Of course it was just outside of factory warranty, but if you are considering a purchase do not get a winch. It will not pull anything of weight due to the size of the UTV. You dont think of these things when in the buying process, but wanted to save someone the cost and hassle.
What an absolute joke of a dealership. Came in with all my paperwork approved for the bike but got there 10 minutes to late and was told theres nothing they can do that Ill have to drive 2 hours back the next day. Man I work and cant get there before 5 how am I supposed to buy something if they close early when Im scheduled to pick up a bike.

Awesome place! They dont have much on the floor right now but I came to get an estimate on cost of fixing my bike and they were very kind and knowledgeable and to beat that they can do everything I need done for about half the price I have been quoted elsewhere!
Mannn... I wanted to like this place. I avoided quite a few red flags before I went in. Wasnt really helped or shown any respect when i arrived at Honda. No salesman even came to talk to me. Went nextdoor to Harley and made an $18,000 purchase within 25 minutes of being there. 🤷🏻

So I went into this dealership to trade in my 2015 Honda CBR 650 abs.I specifically told the salesman that I had a history with Honda Financhal and we were in a good standing relationship as I might be able to go ahead and get a new loan from this company Honda Financhal.The salesman proceeded to take my credit information, and run it!Came back and told me that I was not approved I was a little shocked. Because before I went in I called Honda Financhal and they said my chances were great that I would be able to finance a new motorcycle since my payment history was in good standing with their company.well by federal law you you were to receive I notice from the finance company of why you were not approved for your application. Well low and beholdThey sent my credit information to a local credit union in Knoxville where they would get a kick back if the loan was approved. They never sent my information to Honda Financhal. I contacted the dealership and they told me they don’t deal with Honda Financhal why didn’t someone tell me that before I filled out the credit information and received an inquiry on my credit!!A ride with a lot of guys and I have expressed my feelings towards this dealership I will not be doing business with this company it is important as a company to be straightforward to your customers if you expect good reviews and return customers.

I am going to be generous and give a 3 stars since I have liked this place for years, but this last visit to the service department for two tires being installed wasn’t done correctly. The guys here are always nice, but I think they got in a rush this time. The front tire was installed with the rotation facing backwards, they are dual sport tires so it may not matter a whole lot, but the rotation is there for a reason, also, take a look at these wheel weights poorly installed on my spokes, they were falling off after a ten min ride.
Walked in and looked at all the motorcycles that they had not one sales person greeted me nor acknowledged me I was wearing my mask and I had the intentions of purchasing a motorcycle that day so after 40 mins walking around I left I went to Harley Davidson next door and was greeted after about 5 mins or less and I purchased a sportster for just less than 8k cash right there on the spot so I see where there loyalties lie.
Very smooth and easy process. It was nice to meet everyone and become familiar with the environment. Will do more business here in the future.

“I have Had my 1989 PC800 serviced here a few times. My old bike has received excellent care, whether it was just changing a tire or replacing the fork seals. The job was done very well, and when expected. The last time Lane was the service writer and was thoroughly helpful . I dont know the mechanic who worked on my bike but I was thoroughly impressed with the care and professionalism given my old ride.

Great people! Very helpful. They occasionally have fun events. Today they were doing demos of their side by sides, so we got to ride and even drive on on their course out back. They also had free food! It was a great time! They also have a wide variety of motorcycles, 4 wheelers, and side by sides. They have sizes for adults and children. They also have a great parts department. Its a great place!
This Dealer was not willing to work on a PC 800 by Honda, Also known as the Pacific Coast. Keep in mind I was not wanting any mechanical, just the swap out of a Rear Tire. The Excuse given is that anything earlier than 2010 is not worth the supposed liability. I found that excuse to be strange, in that I also have a NSX 1800 or better known as a Rune. Which less than a year ago they were Happy to charge top dollar to replace both tires. This is a 2005 model. Support? Not their own brand.

My husband and I came in today to purchase a bike. We weren’t greeted as we walked in. We walked around for 10 minutes looking at the bike with no one coming to ask us if we needed help. We continued to stand there while all of the sales people sat on their phones. Eventually we left after a period of time with no one even offering to talk to us. Appearances aren’t everything. And because Suzuki of Knoxville thought we were young and couldn’t buy, they lost out on a sale today. We will be going elsewhere to buy a bike.

Poor Service Department. Called Friday about service after getting no reply from the online service request. Was told Saturdays are first come first serve or can drop off next week and will fit it sometime during the week. Rode bike across town and had a buddy follow to pick me up. Was turned away after doing what they said. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

10/10 best place to go. The shop is very clean and the staff is always helpful. Ive been working on a 1994 Yamaha Virago xv535 and its been giving me a rough time. The service department helped me loosen some very tight screws on my carburetor, gave me some very helpful advice, and didnt even seem to mind answering some odd questions I had. The parts department was very helpful finding the small o-rings, jets, and fuel tank cleaner/liner I needed to get my bike running right. They even gave some tips that the manufacturer did not on the instructions that proved very helpful. Now I havent had much experience purchasing a bike there yet. However, Stephanie (the sales woman) was very polite and not at all pushy when I asked about a couple of bikes. She gave me plenty of information on the bike and let me think it over instead of pushing me towards something I did not want or need. Im very appreciative to have somewhere around that provides excellent service, advice, and pricing. I will definitely be back to purchase more and look forward to shopping more!
Needed a part for my honda foreman. Called this place was put on hold for 10 minutes then operator came back took my name and number never heard back from them. I would have chalked this up to they were really busy, if this had been the first time! They dont answer the phone. Took my business else where.

I recently went back to purchase my 3rd motorcycle from them and they actually tried to charge me the complete asking price. No kind of incentive was given. Was told by the salesman that no incentives were being offered by manufacturers at this time and once the current inventory was gone it would be a long time before they would get anymore in. I understand that with the current COVID issues going on that inventory may be a little more difficult to attain. I am a big believer in loyalty so that’s why I went back there. However, after I mentioned another dealership and their current price on the same exact motorcycle I was told by the salesman that they had hidden fees in the end that would end up costing me more. Well, I took my chance and saved almost a 1000.00. Sad, I guess my loyalty will go somewhere else from now on.
I have bought numerous new and used cars/trucks/toys over the years... Buying our 2020 Wolverine X4 from Yamaha of Knoxville was by far the easiest, fastest and most hassle free purchase Ive ever made. Chase and Greg treated us with respect and never pushed us in any direction on services/add ons and all the normal non-sense run around you tend to get on these types of purchases. Save yourself a boat load of time and get pre-approved before you show up. I messaged them for the 1st time at 9:00am (opening) and I live 1.5 hrs away. We pulled out of the parking lot with our new ride at 1:45pm with unexpected extras and cash in our pockets ... yep 5* just aint enough!

Ordered and payed for a battery over a month ago. Never heard anything back. Call them once a week and just end up on hold so long I have the holding message memorized. If you want to ride sometime this year just order from Amazon.

I went in to buy a new helmet and was graciously helped by the guys in parts and apparel. I was disappointed because I was told my motorcycle couldnt be worked on because of its age and its a 98.
I visited them 11/12/2016 to get my 600 mile initial service on my new 2015 Yamaha FJR. I bought the bike in Illinois and was riding it home to South Carolina and they were right at the 600 mile mark for me. I had called a few days before to get an estimate for the service and was quoted just under $250 which is what I was told by my dealership that it should cost. Instead when I got there he said it would be $277 + the final drive oil which he guesstimated at about $8. He thought it would take between 1.5 and 2 hrs. to complete. I mentioned that I was quoted earlier in the week that it would be $240 something and that included all the fluids and he said thats right, plus tax. The price ended up being $304.73. I think originally I was quoted 1.5 hrs. labor which is how long it took but was charged for 2 hrs. That was the difference. They charge $49.50 per 1/2 hr. Just feel like I was taken advantage of since I was just passing though. I had other options but this is what I planned ahead for so at that point I was committed.

No one would talk to you. The sales man was to busy on his phone. Hell everyone was on theyre phone. When finally flagged down to asked questions the sales man knew pretty much nothing at all about the product he had to look up specs and info on his phone.

Great purchasing experience. Just great. Possibly because I bought 3- 250s with warranty ($600 each) total of $14136 . Was told any manufacturer defects will be covered by warranty as long as maintenance was done. Ive bought cars before, so yes sign me up. Ok so now after having 4 wheelers for 3 years, (yes we changed the oil, cleaned the air filters maintenance) we are riding down a busy road and the motor locks up and the 4wheeler is toast. So we take it in. My son does his own maintenance, showed the service guy the air filter that he had cleaned. The service guy agreed the air filter was clean and not a concern. After many calls to customer service and the dealer - they still say the other one is responsible for making the decision (so somebody sure doesnt know what their job is)-I was told there was dust in the motor and the warranty will not cover it. Ive argued and got mad. You know I may not have got my customer satisfaction, and I sure as heck didnt get what I paid for--BUT I sure dont have to spend my money on another Honda! So Honda, the Rancher or Foreman that we had planned on purchasing, will sure have a different brand on it. You cut off your nose to spite your face. That warranty coverage sure makes better business sense than losing a buying customer who has 3 boys that loves 4 wheelers. So thank you for this learning experience!!
What can I say A+. My wife and I purchased a Honda from this local Dealer and it was Fun and Fast. This was our third vehicle purchase from them in the past 5 years. They are family owned and very flexible. I would differently recommended them to family and friends.
I used the service dept to replace my rear tire and tube on my 2005 Honda VTX....dropped off the bike late afternoon on Monday with no appointment scheduled. I received a phone call Tuesday afternoon with complete details of the service needed ...and it was ready for pickup on Wednesday morning by 11am. The service guys have ALWAYS taken great care of my bike ....they seem to go above and beyond...and I will continue to take it to them for ALL my needs!!!
When I called to see about availability about one of their Indian motorcycles, they were actually able to get me financing and get everything ready for me before I even left the house. If I didnt stay afterwards to talk to their friendly staff about everything that came across my mind, I could have been in and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was really nice, even though, Im sure I got on their nerves running my mouth so much. Great experience. If I didnt live so far away, i would visit more often. Thank you guys for all the help and patience! I got a one of a kind bike and wouldnt have wanted it from any other place!
